A day after being in the Academy. Anaheim, California. Thursday 21st November.
There was a time and place where a wrestler was itching to come back to competition to wrestle against the best wrestlers in the world, but the problem was that this guy had tried so many times to wrestle to his full potential, but he didn't have the training to make it into the big leagues. Jake Raab has only had two matches in his wrestling career and he'd only has one win and one loss behind his back. He used to be an MMA fighter back in Germany almost close to making it in the UFC, but he wanted to turn his attention to wrestling. Jake was standing outside of the Anaheim train station, waiting to meet up with someone. A few minutes later, a man came up to him and he begins to speak.
Unknown man: "I've heard all about you Jake Raab. I'm your cousin's best friend, Elton."
Jake Raab: "Ah yes of course. How could I forget. So why isn't Stefan meeting with me here?"
Elton: "Because he's training at an MMA gym for his punishment on trash talking on twitter, than not training for his title match at Phoenix Wrestling."
Jake Raab: "Is he still a nightmare to deal with?"
Elton: "Sadly yes."
Jake sighs to himself because he knew his cousin had a lot of anger problems and he got the piss taken out of him a lot when he was at the Academy yesterday due to his cousin's crazy antics. Jake shakes his head as he's ashamed to have a cousin that's in the wrestling business, showing no respect to anybody and he begins to speak.
Jake Raab: "I'm ashamed to have Stefan as my cousin. Hell I don't know if I want to chat to him any more because he's such a prick and I got a hell a lot of hate yesterday because they think I'm going to be just like Stefan."
Elton: "I wouldn't worry about it Jake because already from your attitude, you won't be like how Stefan acts around the wrestling business. The problem with him is that he fears of showing respect and being nice to people."
Jake Raab: "I know that's not the way to go for him, but honestly Elton, I couldn't care what that asshole does on twitter because I'm sick and tired of being labelled as Stefan's shadow and being taken the piss out of it. That's why I left the wrestling business due the amount of piss taking I got from other wrestlers and I was stupid to think I was able to compete against the big leagues when I lost to Sally Talfourd."
Elton: "See Jake, that's something you can do and Stefan can't is admit about being unable to compete against the top wrestlers in Phoenix Wrestling, but he says he's the best and that he can wrestle against anyone."
Jake Raab: "Because I'm not Stefan. No matter what he says about showing respect is for wimps and pathetic people, I'm going to show respect to people and let people know that I'm in wrestling to win matches and to win titles just like I did with MMA when I was fighting the best fighters in Germany."
Elton sees frustration on the younger Raab's face as he felt he was getting picked on quite a lot from the fellow wrestlers purely because of Stefan and Elton knows Jake's confidence on being a successful wrestler in Showtime Elite Wrestling was very low as he tries to cheer him up with a puppet that he had in his pocket that looked like Stefan. Elton then stomped his foot all over the puppet and put some tape around his mouth which cheered Jake right up with Elton taking the piss out of Stefan.
Elton: "That's exactly what that punk needs to do at times is to shut his fucking mouth up and get on with his job, but you however do get down to it and improve the best you can with proving people wrong about not being in Stefan's shadow. Ignore what these idiots in the academy say about you because if they've been bothered to watch a couple of your Code Red Wrestling matches and promos, they'd know that you are a different guy from Stefan. You need to not let the hate get to you Jake and do what you came back to do. Wrestle and doing your best."
Jake Raab: "You're right that I need to work on ignoring people and not let the hate bring me down like it already has. You are such a nice guy and it's no wonder why Stefan likes you, but he ignores everything you say."
Elton: "I know I should leave him, but at the moment he's in anger management and he needs a lot of support with it now so I have to be there for him just for that."
Jake Raab: "I understand and maybe, he'll learn how to treat people with respect. Thanks for coming down to see me today but I got to get home to carry on unpacking from my move to live in Arizona now. I'll see you later.
Elton: "Of course I understand as I got to get going to San Diego myself to see if Stefan's over training himself or not with the MMA training I told him to do to let his anger out. Bye Jake.
Both Elton and Jake go to the car park together and Elton drove straight to San Diego while Jake drove straight to Arizona as he continues getting things out of the boxes and puts things in his new home he brought as soon as he signed a contract to Showtime Elite Wrestling to improve on his wrestling skills. Jake knows that he needs a lot of improvements on his stamina and to be confident on doing wrestling moves on his opponents. He then carried on unpacking for the day until he went off to get some sleep at midnight.

He knew that he really needed to improve on his stamina since his MMA fights only lasted for 3 minutes each around when he used to fight in the sport that he retired from because there wasn't anything else left to do in the MMA sport. He was at the Academy running on the treadmill until he sees someone who he recognizes from the days of being his major rival when they fought against each other for the German middleweight title back in Germany in Düsseldorf. They've grown to respect each other and he speaks to Jake as he gets off from the treadmill after improving on his stamina work.
Niklas Jager: "What the hell are you doing here Jake?"
Jake Raab: "I meant to ask you that question since you are an MMA fighter."
Niklas Jager: "I'm here because I found out quite recently that you are trying out wrestling again right?
Jake Raab: "That's correct"
Niklas Jager: "Let me ask you a question. Why did you decide to get your ass back in a wrestling ring again?"
Jake had a deep thought as he went straight to picking up weights to keep himself strong although he was a very strong guy, he hadn't got much wrestling experience to get himself big and in shape for wrestling. He had a lot of reasons why he wanted to try wrestling again and he begins to speak.
Jake Raab: "Because I wanted to get back into wrestling again and when Stefan told me that Terry Marvin was opening a wrestling school, I went to find out every bit of information about it and boom here I am, training to get myself in shape for my upcoming match against Edward Jacobson on Saturday night and learning everything about what I've done wrong since my last two matches I had in Code Red Wrestling when the company was around."
Niklas Jager: "That's awesome though that you want to wrestle again because you have passion and the desire for the wrestling business unlike most wrestlers out there who only do it for the money. I can see it in your eyes Jake on how badly you want to win this match against Edward Jacobson and how badly you want to get out of your cousin's shadow as well."
Jake really listened to Niklas as he was giving Jake some advice which was pretty shocking considering the history these two fighters had in the German MMA company they fought at but maybe Niklas in Jake's mind has changed his attitude and become a nicer guy to where they just hated each other's guts. Jake was pretty shocked, but knew that he would get liked by his former enemy one day as he begins to speak.
Jake Raab: "That's right and it doesn't help that this Edward guy is just like my sickening cousin as well, disrespecting the trainers and the trainees alike while I saw him last week. I got to stand up for myself just like you and my cousin always could when it comes to wrestling because I don't know how to do that without being nasty and disrespecting people."
Niklas Jager: "Sometimes you have to because it shows that you aren't willing to take shit from anybody, otherwise they will throw you around like a doll. There are lots of ways going about it, but sometimes you have to get mean at people and be angry. Another thing is to completely ignore them and let actions speak louder than words Jake especially against this guy who as you said is a disrespectful punk that doesn't know how to respect people in the business."
Jake Raab: "He's also the guy that started this whole I'm in Stefan's shadow shit. It's going to end when I defeat his punk ass straight back to where ever the hell he comes from and he's going to pay for disrespecting Terry Marvin that even my cousin doesn't do any more because he respects Terry a lot after the match they had in Action Packed Wrestling and he recommended me to join Terry Marvin's school due to him knowing how experienced Terry is as a wrestler."
Niklas Jager: "There you go. You got a bit more experience than Edward has and honestly Jake, you already got the match won because this guy from what I heard doesn't even take this sport seriously at all. Showing up late for training is one of the sickening things you can do in any sport. It's just really bad on the school reputation. Have confidence in yourself Jake and I'm going to be in the crowd watching your match because you need a lot of support now. Go and beat the motherfucker.
Jake Raab: "You're right that I'm going to show this idiot just how Edward spits on the hard work these men and woman do around the wrestling business and even some that have worked hard over the years to get where they are at. I'm going to the ring and show him a taste of respect. I'm going to win this match on Saturday night against Edward and beat the hell out of him for the sake of the legends that have made their mark in the sport including Terry himself and win the match for him and the fans."
Niklas Jager: "That's the spirit but for now I let you continue on your stamina training and work hard to beat him. I'll be in the crowd to support you on Saturday night. I'll see you on Saturday. Bye."
Niklas left Jake alone to continue doing his training as he finished lifting weights and went straight back on the treadmill to work on his stamina throughout the day before he went back home to catch up on some sleep.

"So today I'm going to talk a bit about why I'm back in wrestling along with my opponent. The reason I came back wrestling again is because I needed more experience in the ring and there wasn't any wrestling schools I could go to until Stefan told me about Terry Marvin opening a wrestling school up and due to the amount of respect Stefan has for Terry Marvin, I signed my contract straight away and I haven't regretted it since because I thrive for my wrestling passion I have for the sport itself.
Which can't be said for Edward Jacobson who actually has more guts than I do on standing up for himself and saying what he had to say towards other people since now it's the biggest weakness I have because I'm too nice to be a wrestler. He seems to have talent that's for sure with the way he has that quickness in the ring and he was pushed to his limits by Terry Marvin and although he threw up, he had a never give up attitude which I struggled to cope with when people hated on me due to how my cousin is in the wrestling business. I got to be careful of not losing against him because he can pull an upset if I completely rule this guy out from being a complete threat to me which now he is because Edward's my opponent and I got to take note of it.
But the thing I don't get about Edward is why is he hating on everything these men and woman have done for years? I mean with turning up late for training classes and disrespecting the trainers that have a lot more experience than him? Honestly, I think he's a complete utter scumbag for showing absolutely no respect at all whatsoever for the wrestling business, especially he goes off and spends time hitting on female wrestlers than being bothered to listen to what the real wrestlers say what to do in the class and that's just rude and disrespectful. He seems like he's only wrestling for the money and to knock women up and that's unacceptable because it's taking away everything that these wrestlers have put everything on the line for with the amount of hard work they've done over the years to get themselves to the top.
Women in wrestling aren't here to date you, they're here because they understand the amount of hard work their idols have done to get into the wrestling school and willing to sacrifice everything they've done to get in the academy and some turn out better wrestlers than us guys and that was proved when I lost to Sally Talfourd and because of that, I have a huge amount of respect for her and for Terry Marvin too since unlike you, they were passionate about wrestling and it's such a shame that Terry can't wrestle any more because of the injuries he sustained from being run over by a car at a Sin City Wrestling show a month ago.
You're even pissing on the fans too because they pay money to watch us wrestle because they even are passionate about the sport too and by god, some of those fans should be wrestlers but it's a tough business to make it into. Even they have more of a chance of being more successful wrestlers than you do because and I don't say this very often if at all that you are just a god damn joke to the wrestling business and you are just a piece of garbage. You don't even deserve my respect Edward because you are a waste of my god damn time being in the wrestling ring against you. I rather face people like Matthew Shields or Tommy Evans over you because they show a lot of respect towards their coaches and even had their family blood being just such successful wrestlers over anything you will do in your life time if you continue to behave like the way you are.
I may have an MMA background, but most MMA fighters can actually wrestle and pretty damn good as well like myself. I've done everything I could in the business and now it's time for me to prove to people who I'm a different person to Stefan and I want to be out of his shadow like I'm sure Tommy and Matthew want to be out of Rex's and Chris's shadows. They'll be the future of wrestling because of their family members and the amount of hard work they've done in training as well as their passion for the sport.
You however, I don't see anything that is going to make an impact of the sport and you should know that actions speak louder than words and everyone knows that it's what you do in the ring that matters more than what words you may have said about me because I'm going to stand up for myself and say you're an idiot and a dickhead.
