Psychology hospital. Los Angeles, California. Monday 24th February.
It's been almost a week since Stefan entered himself in a Psychology hospital and he still had the one thing on his mind that scared him a lot. Stefan and the Psychologist sit in a special room with a table where other patients can talk about anything they wanted wtih their problems or worries about things. The Psychologist has worked with Stefan for almost a week and they talked about everything except one thing and it wasn't anything to do with his left shoulder pain because he could cope with that since it was only a sprain shoulder he's carrying will recover within a week in a bandage and the Psychologist begins to speak.
Psychologist: "OK so we have had a lot of talks together as of late about developing your self confidence, blaming yourself for mistakes and putting yourself down which we are still working on and I can tell there's something else bothering you isn't there?
At this point, Stefan nods at the Psychologist as he has his head down to the ground and the Psychologist continues to speak.
Psychologist: "Tell me what's on your mind Stefan?"
Stefan takes a deep breath and was silent for a while, but he realizes that he can't have his problem solved until he tells his Psychologist what's on his mind as he starts to talk about it.
Stefan Raab: "It's the fear of being a potential threat to the TNT title. When I left Madison Square Garden after my match against Telmini I won, the fans bombarded me and all of them said "You are a threat to Travis Harris for the TNT title and should be the next challenger for the belt".
Psychologist: "What's scary about that?"
Stefan Raab: "I personally feel even though I'm on a winning streak, I'm nowhere near ready for the challenge due to the loss I had against Travis when I had the chance to go through the tournament for the TNT title and when all the fans tell me I'm a threat for the belt, I felt scared cos I know I'll fail the second time to aim to defeat Travis again."
Psychologist at this point nods at Stefan cos he's listening real carefully on everything he's saying and luckily for the Psychologist, he watches wrestling especially WEW so he knows everything going on in the company and shook his head thinking Stefan was insane to say something like that and begins to speak to him.
Psychologist: "Is it because you aren't confident on being prepared for the title match?"
Stefan Raab: "Yes that's exactly it on me not feeling confident to be a threat to Travis for his belt."
Psychologist: "Seriously Stefan, you need to be a lot more confident in your wrestling because you are a fantistic wrestler and even the fans see that with you and they are saying you are a threat to Travis and his TNT title because you're winning matches and they are helping you become confident in your wrestling. I mean you've proved a lot of people wrong on sorting Telmini out with you're problems with him by yourself without Jake being around you, that's a major step up from how you were and before that, you wrestled Mikal Jordan when you weren't one hundred percent and defeated him."
The Psychologist drinks a bit of his water as he sees Stefan being afraid, shaking like mad and Stefan begins to speak.
Stefan Raab: "But I lost to him on my return match and if I'm booked against him in my second return match, what happens if I lose again?"
Psychologist: "Try and try again and don't let people tell you to give up because you would be running away from a fight. Everyone has had one loss against Travis, but you need to face him in a match again in order to overcome your fears of that loss you had. Just be confident in yourself, stop putting yourself down and realize the fans are telling you what everyone including you wants to hear about you being a number one contender for the TNT title which is potential at this point, but don't think that you'll get the match with Travis again for the title just because it happened the first time. It doesn't mean you will get it."
Psychologist had more to say towards Stefan as he continues to speak after taking a bit of a breather.
Psychologist: "I'm going to work with you on getting your confidence back and make you become a wrestling machine I know you can be. I think it's all in your head to be honest and you got to stop saying things like you don't deserve things or you aren't ready to challenge for the TNT title because you are and those three wins explain in more ways than one you are more deserving of the title shot than any other TNT wrestler because nobody else apart from you and Travis have been winning matches. I'm going to change you in a way you won't even expect very quickly to have all of your doubts removed from your head and be back to the wrestler you was in you're first match on TNT."
Stefan nods to take notes on what the best Psychologist in America said to him as he wanted to get back to being confident in his matches and himself, to not blame himself for his mistakes and putting himself down. He put his head up and asked a question.
Stefan Raab: "How are we going to work on that a week and a day before I leave here?"
Psychologist: "Just by chatting together and be handed some anti depressents that will effectly improve on your health. It's not going to affect you're diabetes injection you take. Also I'm going to give you some relaxing tips to calm yourself when you get Anxiety. You have a lot of great skills in the ring and you do so much for WEW company with promoting the company and wrestling for the fans I feel you're the only one that actually does more for the WEW company than anybody else does. You're a very talented wrestler and you go out there and do your best regardless of the condition you are in for the match and I want you to continue to do that when we've sorted you out. You have a lot of heart and desire of not wanting to give up wrestling in TNT, but courage however is the thing me and you are going to work on these next few weeks."
Stefan again nods as he puts his head up and looking at the Psychologist and for the first time in his life, he trusts him and he begins to speak.
Stefan Raab: "Since you are the best psychologist in America, I trust you to do a good job that I will improve on myself and life and to be willing on being more confident in my matches and make my wins in wrestling like they are worth it rather than me saying my wins are cheap."
Psychologist: "As I said everything is in your head but I want you to help you improve on that a lot more. You may leave Stefan as I'm done supporting you for today and we'll get you confident in not only with your matches, but the feeling of being a threat to the TNT title. We'll chat more about this from tomorrow onwards for the rest of the week until you come out of this hospital."
Stefan Raab: "That's a deal."
Stefan and the Psychologist shake hands as Stefan smiles at him approving on his comments and trusting the man as he leaves the room to walk straight back into his room to get some well deserved sleep since he's had a real hard day of dealing with noises coming from other mental patients from their rooms and struggling to sleep with his sprined shoulder and he laid on his bed on his right shoulder since he had a bandage on his left one and went off to sleep.
