The Fizz is at the Gym in Chicago about 5 minutes away from the arena. The gym Fizz is in now is very crowded. Suddenly she sees that Rick is also doing training too and begins to speck to him.
The Fizz: Hey Rick. How are things going?
Rick: Things are going great thanks Fizz. I see that you are in a Battle Royal with 6 other female wrestlers tonight. I heard you are in a match too against Allie Stratus round two of the T.V title. It is going to be a tough match for you tonight because this guy is really good but I don't think he is better than you though really? I think that you will win tonight also just because you are one of the best female wrestlers in FWF.
The Fizz: Well. Thank you Rick. I am going to do my weights now. See you later and good luck for tonight
Rick: Same to you as well Fizz.
Fizz sees Rick go on the running machine while Fizz sees Miles turning up late. Miles explains why.
Miles Johnson: Sorry I am late Fizz. I had to sort out things for you.
The Fizz: What things was that Miles?
Miles Johnson: It was medical things about you that were important that’s all
The Fizz: We should get started now Miles shouldn't we?
Miles turns round to look at Rick, Thinks about it and then says
Miles Johnson: Good idea Fizz. What do you want to start of with?
The Fizz: I think we should use weights first.
Miles Johnson: OK Fizz.
Miles and Fizz go off to do weight training and then Fizz goes to the lockers and puts her stuff in and starts to do warm ups. While she is doing that she begins to speck.
The Fizz: Well what do we have here? Six wrestlers in the battle royal. What a surprise that only one of my competitors has said something about the match.
Fizz gets interrupted by Miles to come over and do weight training. Fizz has put all of her stuff away in her locker and does some weights and begins to speck again.
The Fizz: I can't really say much about the other 4 of you because 1. you haven't said a word since this match was planned and 2. It doesn't matter anyway because you all can't beat me it is a fact. Anyway to the person that said something about me Astryd Thorn. OK I see that you haven't missed that I lost the title a few times but to me that doesn't really mean anything to me what so ever. What matters to me is that I want to make history and be one of the best female wrestlers to ever walk into FWF.
Fizz goes off to the bathroom to brush her hair and continues to talk.
The Fizz: But unlike most female wrestlers. You stopped talking half way though your promo and you never do that. Did I read on the card that you are in two matches tonight? I remember once that I had to be in two matches before and I lost both of the matches but that was before Miles came around to help me out.
Fizz is finished brushing her hair and now goes on the running machines and continues to talk.
The Fizz: You think that I am a carbonated drink? Think again because I am different and I have been on holiday for a few days. You should watch more of my wrestling matches not just on FWF but on other promotions as well. Nothing will get in my way. Wait a minute are you related to a wrestler in ECW? Because your last name sounds the same as his. What do you mean by I won't win the women's title.
Miles: Fizz. Keep on running
The Fizz: OK Miles. As I was saying I won't win the women's title again? Just like every other female wrestler would say that. You are not the first female wrestler to say that. Have you forgotten that it isn't a one on one match? It is a battle royal match. So what you are trying to say is that you will throw me over the top rope and other female wrestlers in this match to win the title? Wrong because I know that my fans have wanted me to get my women's title back where it belongs. I will throw you and the other 6 wrestlers over the top rope and I will become the FWF Women's champion again and tonight you will get fizzed.
Fizz and Miles are still in the gym and Fizz goes on the rowing machine while Miles writes down her progress.
