The wake family gathering. Yankton, South Dakota. Friday, 26th April. (Off camera)
It's been a tough day for both Markus Raab and especially Samuel McPherson who's still in tears, feeling sad about the loss of his dad with a stroke. He barely communicated with anyone, apart from his brother and Markus, feeling very sad. It was an unusual situation for Markus who to this day is not a fan of interacting with other people, but Konrad pats him on the back and says this while attending to Samuel.
Konrad Raab: “I know you aren't confident communicating with people but do it for Samuel.”
Markus Raab: “Yeah, you're right.”
Konrad went away to talk more to Sebastian, Samuel's brother as Markus does the one thing he fears to do, speak to other people. He goes over to Samuel's mum and sits next to her, seeing her being so teary and he says this.
Markus Raab: “I know what it's like to lose a husband/father like Liam. Mine and Konrad's dad died a couple of years ago. Things will get easier over time, and you'll always remember your memories with your husband.”
Amiela McPherson: “Thank you. I know it must be difficult for you to see Samuel not interacting as he should be doing, but you can understand why with how much he loved his dad.”
Markus Raab: “Yeah. The guy has changed me as a human being. He didn't treat me like crap; he treated me the same as everyone else. It's funny he was hired as a bodyguard to me, mostly because Henry was desperate for me to get me to chat with someone.”
Amiela McPherson: “That's down to how we raised Samuel. He might not be able to talk, but he's a very caring guy. It makes me happy you, and he are happy together. It's a shame you never got to meet Liam. Guess you've always been busy, wrestling around the world.”
Markus nods, hearing everything Samuel's mum has to say on him being raised to be so caring towards people and her being happy about Markus and Samuel's relationship. For the first time, she embraces a hug towards Markus and says this.
Amiela McPherson: “I never thought Samuel would ever become a wrestler. He was going to play NFL. We always thought he'd do tough sports because of his size and strength. Liam at first didn't approve of Samuel wrestling, but he got to accept it due to my stern words to him about it.”
Markus Raab: “I can understand that. Most parents don't approve of wrestling. Even my dad was against it too, but he had to accept it because it was what I wanted to do my whole life.
Amiela McPherson: “Liam thought wrestling is fake, but Samuel had to take pictures of the injuries he had in the ring with and without you. It was then he realised it's not as fake as he thought it was.”
Markus Raab: “My dad thought the same as well.”
So far, the meeting between Samuel's mum and Markus was going well without any arguments which they will be none because not a right time or place to do so, but Markus sees the tears of Amelia's face, still feeling pain as he places his arm around her and says this.
Markus Raab: “Your son was the only person that took his time to listen to me. I felt things I never felt before when I kept interacting with him, and when we were friends. He understands how difficult it is for me to talk to new people like yourself.”
Amiela McPherson: “I'm sure it is for you. Samuel's always talking about you, what you do and other things. He also said he's got a son as well.”
Markus Raab: “Yeah, Callum. I had to get DNA tests done as I wasn't sure I was his real dad, turns out I was. He's a perfect dad to Callum. We're in the process of getting a seven-year-old boy, Maverick very soon from an orphanage in Las Vegas.”
Amiela McPherson: “That's great. I think it's nice you're adopting a boy who needs a home. Not many people would do that. That shows you aren't that bad of a guy.”
Markus smiles as he has never been complemented by a woman apart from his mother and his auntie before. It was a nice change, and he says this.
Markus Raab: “I've had a bad past with women I got to be honest, but I don't offend my family. It's just how I am as a wrestler on TV, that's all. Samuel's the same as well. He generally grew the idea of being a wrestler to a point; he's a pro wrestler now.”
Amiela McPherson: “It's amazing how Samuel's good at what he does and is happy to do what he wants. Have you both been champions?”
Markus Raab: “Together, yes, although we're going to target the Carnage Wrestling tag titles when we return.”
Amiela McPherson: “I can say you're fortunate to be married to Samuel because he's never been happier. I think from the sounds of it; you needed to be with Samuel more than the other way around.”
Markus nods, it was what everyone says about him, needing Samuel to be with him for life and it was down to his ability of not arguing was what Markus got attracted to in the first place. He never went for Samuel's looks; he went for his personality, which was the main point of their relationship.
Markus Raab: “Yes, desperately as I was a horrible person. I was because I didn't trust anybody or felt like I could be in love with anyone until Samuel came around. Liam would've been happy about me and Samuel being together and having two kids in our lives. Liam must've been a good man to you all.”
Amiela McPherson: “He was, and he loved us all. I hope you and Samuel will come to see me very soon as I like you and you aren't a horrible person. Something happened with that woman, and it caused you to build this hatred for them because of your past and didn't get it sorted.”
Markus Raab: “I'm getting counselling every week now to get over my past and wrestle. Although I'm generally an angry person in the ring, anyway, it's nice to meet you, and I hope to see you very soon.”
Markus decides to leave Amiela as he wanted to talk to other people, especially Samuel's brother Sebastian as he only had a brief talk with him as well as wanting to sit back with Samuel and hugs him as Sebastian says this.
Sebastian McPherson: “Trying to get Samuel to communicate, but he hasn't written down anything since we've got here.”
Markus Raab: “Well, you seem to take it better than he is. So, you're a basketball player?”
Sebastian McPherson: “Well actually, I'm the Chicago bulls boss. I love the sport to help and guide players to be successful players. When I was younger, me and Samuel watched nearly all of their games. We were very close brothers, we had some fights now and again, but we were mostly close more than anything. Samuel's lucky he has you.”
Markus Raab: “I'm more lucky to have Samuel than the other way around. I can't say anything bad about him. Him not talking to me along with his nice personality is why I picked him to be with forever.”
Sebastian nodded, he got slightly jealous as he didn't have a girlfriend or anything of a kind as Markus says this.
Markus Raab: “There's someone out there for everyone. If I'm capable of being married to a Samuel, you can. After all, he's more than just my partner outside of the ring, he's my tag partner in the ring as well, and sooner than later, me and Samuel are going to capture the tag team belts in Carnage Wrestling when we return and make a statement to everyone on the roster.”
Sebastian McPherson: “Yeah, I know you guys are a team in the ring as well. Think it's great how you two and Kieran get along. Why isn't Kieran here?”
Markus Raab: “Because Kieran is only someone we work within the wrestling business. I don't like the guy, and he knows that, but at the end of the day, he does a good job with teamwork and being a success by himself. Anyway, I can see the food being served. Let's go and get something to eat.”
Sebastian and the rest of Samuel's and some of the Raab family came down like Konrad Raab, Fizz Raab, Jake Raab all attended the funeral for Samuel. Markus came to Samuel, and he says this.
Markus Raab: “Come on, Samuel, please write to us. I know it's hard, but do you trust me when I say things will get easier?”
Samuel McPherson: “Yaaarp.”
Markus Raab: “Me and Konrad think about our dad all the time, even times today for the pair of us, but we are used to it. It'll take time to get used to Liam not being around, but you're a good man. Come on, let's get something to eat.”
Samuel nods his head at Markus as he gets up from the chair with Markus doing the same and they go up and pick foods they want or like to eat and then they sat back down, eating away with snacks they had as he says this.
Markus Raab: “When we come back to wrestle on Carnage, we need to tell them why we've not been around and to make a mark to go for those tag titles. Everyone wants those solo's title shots, well obviously I do, but they need us to build the tag team division. What do you say, willing to go for the tag titles in Carnage?”
Samuel McPherson: “Yaaarp.”
Markus Raab: “That's the deal, but let's eat for now and make this day for your dad.”
Samuel nods as he ate some food, before drinking his beer, likewise with Markus and he spots Jake drinking a beer also, while Konrad drinks some orange juice. They were talking to different members of the family until nearly everyone went back home as they enjoyed the wake in a games club where Liam used to go to every single week. They went back home or hotel in Jake's and Konrad's case and went straight to sleep in Samuel's bed.

“Before I get onto that topic, I want to discuss the comments made by a generic piece of shit named Isaiah Luck, who said Kieran sucks my dick to get to the top. Newsflash you fucking generic moron, he doesn't because unlike you, Kieran has proved he doesn't need me when he's a Divine Wrestling Hardcore champion. You never won a title because you're an untalented piece of shit who slips down ladders. If you had said Samuel sucks my dick, yes I agree because it's no secret me and Samuel are married and suck each other off every so often. If the referee saw Kieran's foot on the ropes, you wouldn't have won that match, and you won by a technicality.
Moving on, me and Samuel have a chance to be hopefully tag title contenders, and it's been a long while the last time me and Samuel had the opportunity to be tag champions. Of course, the guys in our way are the Steeles of Sebastian and Trent. Now, this is a team that me and Samuel can get behind because, unlike the other teams, they aren't afraid to get their hands dirty and use weapons on us. We're all about violence and hurting people as well.
But why are you seeking help for your anger, Trent? You should be grateful you have anger issues, use it to your advantage, especially against us. I prefer you being angry than a calm Trent. See me and Samuel have no problems showing our anger towards you and Sebastian who's somehow not wanting to encourage you to embrace it in your life.
Me and Samuel have been emotionally upset lately. If you want to know why we've not been around, it's because Samuel's dad died. That's what the family emergency was all about, and you don't see us hiding our anger. Forgive me here, but have you both even teamed up as of late? Because we don't recall you working as a team to win matches.
Me and Samuel? Oh yeah, plenty of times and been tag champions, plenty of times as well. I know Carnage need tag teams right now and if Carnage wants me and Samuel to team up and get this win over you both to face Paragon, damn right, we will because they need tag title contenders and because you both are fresh, we have more experience. With Trent wanting to get rid of his anger problems, you're already at a disadvantage, and we'll exploit them in the match because of being a better team.
The Monstimals are going to be rising to the top once again as a team as each time we've entered in a company as a tag team, we've won tag titles, and that's the thing that makes us dangerous. It's also down to our lack of care and doing anything it takes to break the rules to earn ourselves to be number one contenders for the tag titles. Me and Samuel are going to win because we are confident and we are the better wrestlers and are a more experienced team in the match.
Bring your violence and anger towards us because we'll do the same thing and we'll crush you like bugs, throwing you around like rag dolls and win the match. Do anything it takes to win, but it'll only come up short because we'll pin you guys for the three count or force you both into submission, screaming through your lungs until you have to tap out. Prepare for a brutal beating by The Monstimals, claiming our stake to be the number one contenders for the tag titles. See you both out there before being put on stretchers after we've beaten the holy shit out of Sebastian and Trent Steel.”
