An argument about stuff going down on twitter and Fizz's life. Anaheim, California. Sunday 28th January. (Off camera)
Since Konrad had been away from home, he knew everything about Fizz starting trouble with some of the SCW roster and a couple of people in another company Konrad works in. It was clear he had to have an argument with Fizz, something he hated a lot. Each time they needed to argue, one thing they always do is having their kids stay at Fizz's dad's house as they've always stuck by that ruling when it came to parenting is to never argue in front of the kids.
Konrad had been wrestling in Japan last night and he was due to be home at any minute to talk about the issues Fizz's been having, including something that had started last Saturday. He wasn't looking forward to it as he's driving in his car from Los Angeles airport, wondering what he'll say to her.
An hour later he arrived back home at eight in the evening which isn't anything for him to look forward to, especially he knew that something bad could happen, despite her brother being at the house, but he leaves as soon as Konrad stepped into the house and waves at him as before he can even talk to Fizz, he goes to place his wrestling clothes in the wash along with placing his bag in his bedroom. He came downstairs and sees Fizz isn't in the living room as he decides to sit and wait for her.
Problem was that waiting ended up more than ten minutes as he goes to search all around the house until suddenly, he went into the garage and sees Fizz trying to hang herself to death, despite her stomach getting bigger as he goes to find some scissors to cut her down from hanging on the rope with her neck. Once he does, he holds Fizz to get her down nicely and coughs. Once she got her breath back, he starts getting into details.
Konrad Raab: “What are you doing to yourself?”
Fizz Raab: “Saying goodbye to the world.”
Konrad Raab: “By hanging yourself in the garage? I'm only just getting started. This is only the beginning of the amount of rubbish I want to talk about.”
Fizz Raab: “Oh it's funny how you want to talk about your issues.”
Konrad Raab: “My issues? This isn't about me. Come on, we'll discuss this in the living room.”
Fizz knew Konrad would be pissed off and why wouldn't he be after having to talk to his friends via Twitter DM's to talk about the situation Fizz has been having as he waits for Fizz in the living room which she eventually did come to the living room, there was a lot more to talk about as it wasn't the suicide attempts to talk about as Konrad speaks.
Konrad Raab: “What's the whole idea of you talking amount of rubbish to the SCW roster?”
Fizz Raab: “Oh so I expressed my support for being excited to watch Moto GP testing, yet these fucking idiots come at me, saying it's boring and how people like me should have a life.”
Konrad Raab: “You know why they did that? Because you said exactly the same about NFL. You knew they hit you back on it. I don't know why the hell you are wasting time with your angry thoughts about a sport.”
Fizz Raab: “Because I'm angry about people just talking nothing, but NFL. It pisses me off wrestlers don't give a shit about other sports apart from that.”
Konrad Raab: “Who gives a damn if they talk about NFL and that's it? Maybe they aren't into other sports, but you shouldn't get angry at people because of you not coping with our son or daughter you're carrying in your stomach potentially having psychological issues.”
Fizz Raab: “Yet you act like you can handle it?”
It was clear as day that Konrad knew he was in for a long night, not fully getting any idea of why Fizz would talk so much rubbish about NFL all the time, especially it had gone on for two weeks near enough and that wasn't the only thing he needed to talk about either. Of course, that message Fizz said got Konrad bad as he says this.
Konrad Raab: “I haven't acted I can handle it. It's a challenge for me as well, but we're gonna work together as I said. There's no need to take a dump on people's hobbies, attempting suicide and talking about people's love lives.”
Fizz Raab: “It is when I'm struggling and crying every single day of knowing our potential psychological child may break the law and me not being able to handle it.”
Konrad Raab: “No, not a bloody excuse at all. I don't care about their love life, although I don't condone what they said about you at all either and I'll be speaking to them on Thursday about it, you aren't innocent either, especially you started it.”
Fizz Raab: “When I was giving them advice of them not to go the route I did.”
Konrad Raab: “Which is the wrong route to take. I don't care much for Cody and Maci love talk, although I don't understand why they are on twitter if they only talk to themselves, that's not the point, the point is you shouldn't have said anything at all, especially the state you was in. Wait one minute as I need the toilet and you better not go anywhere.”
It was clear Konrad was desperate for the loo as of course, all that weight cutting did make him need the toilet a lot as he hadn't really eaten anything, but protein and fat foods for nearly two weeks and it always made him feel good. He went upstairs and does what he needs to do as he knew he had to drink less in the next three days to lose that weight to make it to the Junior Heavyweight tournament.
He came back downstairs and still sees Fizz in the living room, except she was sitting down now, drinking water as Konrad decides to take a chair from the kitchen and sit on it to look opposite to Fizz and trying to get the situation sorted as Fizz comes back with this.
Fizz Raab: “Yeah cos telling me to go to hell cos I was lying about things helped my situation better, didn't it? Also the.............”
Konrad Raab: “I know what they said, I'm not stupid to completely ignore what they said. I know they said for you to go to hell amongst the family comments and me checking out women wasn't the right way, but they retaliated like that cos you was upsetting them. I don't care what Nicky says or does, but I certainly do with you.”
Fizz Raab: “Yeah cos saying those things is the right way of reacting to hit back at me with those words. You're not supporting me.”
Konrad Raab: “Oh really? Didn't I just say I will talk to them about it as well? This argument is about me stopping you from killing yourself socially as well as trying to end your own life psychically. You even said the other day many times you want the baby to die?”
Fizz Raab: “Yes I did.”
Konrad Raab: “Tomorrow, I'm going to call up somebody for you to talk to about your mental health as you need help. Also unless to update the world about my weight, from tomorrow, you are temporarily banned from tweeting publicly.”
Fizz Raab: “Why do I need a temporary ban from tweeting publicly?”
Konrad Raab: “Because not only you go too far with stuff on there, but I'm protecting you for your safety. You're very toxic on there at the moment and word can easily get around if not now your health is declining. They could even find out your pregnant. Who's fault would it be?”
Fizz Raab: “Mine?”
Konrad Raab: “No, mine because I failed to protect you and keeping you safe from danger.”
After he said that, Fizz was emotionally gone from anger to crying as she was unable to control herself, saying things she shouldn't have on too many people she blamed for the situation she's in when it's nothing they and the world could do as it did leave Konrad, wondering what he could be blamed for Fizz going off the way she had. There was nothing for Fizz to argue with anymore as she shakes like crazy, touching her heart as she was afraid of the situation she was in.
Fizz Raab: “Sorry.”
Konrad Raab: “Don't need to be. Those guys don't understand what we're going through and that's why we're keeping it safe because we're not gonna go through them taking the piss out of us again. I've been crying too, crying because you said you want the baby to die and you trying to kill yourself and that doesn't sound like a wife I can love right now.”
Fizz Raab: “I can't help myself. I'm losing control of me being myself. I just want to die because I can't hand..........”
Konrad Raab: “We've got wonderful kids, they should be the reason you shouldn't commit suicide at all. Maybe the baby is gonna be different to the rest of our kids, but you're seeing people about this because enough is enough. I'm so scared and worried about you. Please, don't be disgusting with your thoughts and we will talk more about these kinds of issues by ourselves.”
Konrad decided it was enough as he said everything he got to say to his wife and instead of walking away, he decides to hug her, allowing Fizz to cry on him, not because of the argument she had with her husband, but because of her troubles of knowing to deal with the potential psychological issues with their baby. Konrad had a few tears himself because he was also struggling to cope, but he wasn't showing it as much as he had been busy losing weight for the tournament.
There was nothing else to say in the argument as it was done and dusted as they went upstairs to the bedroom, only to realize in the hour of them arguing, Konrad realized his wrestling clothes were done and he says this to Fizz.
Konrad Raab: “Give me one minute, got to hang my wrestling clothes up and needing the toilet again. Will be back, don't worry.”
Konrad goes downstairs to the kitchen to place his wrestling clothes up on the washing line outside in the large garden as he then closes up the door and goes upstairs to the bathroom to once again needing the toilet to pee before going in the bedroom, attending to Fizz who still was crying, but at the same time, has the laptop in front of her which Konrad shakes his head, knowing she's back on Twitter, but while Konrad tries to take the laptop away, Fizz says this.
Fizz Raab: “I got this out for a reason. Look.”
Konrad looks and knew he was dead wrong, it was clear she did have a good reason for Konrad to look as it was a list of matches. Of course when Konrad looked on the day the card came out, he wasn't placed for a match on Breakdown, but there's been a sudden change as he saw he's against Aaron Blackbourne, a guy that's new to SCW who's had a couple of matches against Gothfather and the End Of Year rumble.
Konrad Raab: “I apologize. I didn't know you were going to show me that.”
Fizz Raab: “I had to show you because you've been way too busy to consistently check for changes. So Helena Merriman had to pull out for reasons unknown, but it changed on Friday to put you in instead.”
Konrad Raab: “I'm glad because it would've been embarrassing to go to Breakdown and find out I have a match last minute, but this is good for me because it gives me the chance to lose more weight, especially on the day I need to.”
Fizz Raab: “That's what I thought too.”
Konrad nodded as he was happy at least something cheered him up, giving him something to look forward to on Wednesday as he would've gone to Breakdown anyway to mainly interact with his Trio's teammates or at least see them which was the one thing at least went right for Konrad in the wrestling business.
Fizz Raab: “I think it's best if we weigh you tomorrow. I don't think today is the right day for it like we originally planned.”
Konrad Raab: “Yeah, I understand and I will quickly find a way to study and research my opponent more as you said, it was the last minute well near enough anyway to face Aaron Blackbourne. He likes art and being creative so I'm sure he'll be very understanding about me losing weight to be a Junior Heavyweight title contender in CWC.”
Fizz Raab: “I'm sure. Anyway, I think both of us need to get some sleep before we check your weight tomorrow.”
Konrad Raab: “I agree.”
Fizz and Konrad kiss each other on the cheek after the day of an argument was over with along with things being better from here on to talk more and Fizz's temporary ban from Twitter unless to update to CWC staff on Konrad's weight as they fall asleep or Konrad tries to sleep as he needed to get up five times to go to the loo, of course Fizz does as well due to being pregnant, but it was Konrad who needed the most as he was drinking so much water. He does get an extra two hours sleep though.

Week two of what weight Konrad is. Anaheim, California. Monday 29th January. (Off camera)
It was another week as Fizz got up from her bed and leaves the bedroom to get the weight scale ready for Konrad when he wakes up. Fizz knew Konrad had in a way been struggling to drink so much a few days and then drinking less the next few days as he had been having headaches over it. She knew about it from his trainer, but at the same time, Fizz nor his trainer were going to stop him from doing what he had to do because he's far too committed to stop.
After she gets it all ready, Fizz goes into the bedroom with Konrad being dead asleep still as it was now eight in the morning after sleeping for two extra hours as she shakes him to wake him up as he does as he opens his eyes with Fizz looking at him.
Fizz Raab: “Morning, ready to get weighed?”
Konrad Raab: “I would be, only I need the toilet again.”
He was naked already as he goes to the bathroom and closes the door to do his business before he brushes his teeth and puts deodorant on before opening the door as Fizz comes in with paper of weight he was just to know what he weighed. He then steps on the scales and waits for the numbers to be corrected once again. She nods her head to write down the weight he was now and she says this while Konrad flicks his muscles.
Fizz Raab: “Konrad Raab weighs two hundred and eight pounds.”
Obviously he had lost more than five pounds in the week, but he was very close now to reach his target as he's only got three more pounds to lose in the next three days, including today as it was going to take things slowly to reach the target, although it was quite a drop from last week, then again he couldn't be weighed on Friday cos he had to go to Japan as Konrad gets off and is more than excited about being so close to achieving it as he says this.
Konrad Raab: “I only got three more pounds to lose Fizz. I'm gonna actually do it.”
Fizz Raab: “Yes you will. I'm so happy you're showing so much commitment towards this weight cut. I know it's been very hard for you.”
Konrad Raab: “Especially staying away from pasta, that's been the hardest part, but I think about my dream of being a Junior Heavyweight champion, but that win against Takashi Shinobu on Saturday in Japan certainly helped my motivation more.”
Fizz Raab: “I'm so proud of you, keep it up and I know the matches against Aaron Blackbourne and Oliver Quinn this week are gonna help you so much more to lose that three pound you need to achieve the goal a lot of people thought you wouldn't achieve.”
Konrad Raab: “Yes and I refuse to put it all back on because I'm sick of people saying I'm only known for being a heavyweight wrestler. I've done everything there is in the heavyweight ranks, time to move on. I want to defeat Patricia Payne to be the Junior Heavyweight title contender more than ever.”
Fizz Raab: “I'm glad you do. However, I want you to eat breakfast as I want you to go to the gym and put in just one hour of work. I think that's enough to do so for today.”
That was all they wanted as Konrad goes back to the bedroom to put some regular clothes on as it was quite a hot day which was good, considering his wrestling clothes will dry quicker and he goes down to eat breakfast Fizz provides him with eggs and eats them as he can't get enough of eggs. Of course he doesn't go to the gym right away as you had to allow yourself to let the food go down for two to three hours before he heads off to the gym to work for an hour on his stamina before doing his usual daily routine before the next day of going to Dallas, Texas for the match against Aaron BlackBourne and cutting three more pounds of weight before the CWC Junior Heavyweight title tournament begins on Friday.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Day sixteen of weight cutting. Dallas, Texas. Tuesday 30th January. (Off camera)
It was the last few days before the day of being weighed in Miami, Florida straight after his match against Oliver Quinn and he needed to lose three pounds. He hadn't long got into Dallas Texas, yet that's all he wanted to do was to work out in the gym along with being watched on by John Smith who's been Konrad's temporary trainer throughout the entire time he's accompanied him to every single match he's had, every gym session he's had and keeping track on his diet as well.
John has seen the amount of work Konrad had to do to get where he is now. Of course, he doesn't know what Konrad weighs, but he still sees Konrad wanting to shed more than ever before. It was motivating him to drive himself forward with the idea of a former heavyweight leading himself into a new path.
Konrad knows it's a way for any heavyweight to prove that they can do it if they really commit to it and wanted to promote it a bit more after the tournament was over. He was working extremely hard on each cardio work he's done and lifting up weights to not lose the muscle he has in his body. Of course, the only thing John knows is Konrad doing one hour a day with less to drink each day. He wasn't allowed to drink a lot and knows that would be hard, but worth it at the same time.
Of course, it wasn't the only thing to look forward to, he was also looking forward on taking part in the Trios tournament as well which was shown how happy he was by coming out to the ring at Learning From History PPV to look at the crowd when he was announced to be in it for the second year in the row. While Konrad was lifting weights since he did an hour of cardio work earlier, John talks to him.
John Smith: “How does it feel to be in the Trios tournament?”
Konrad Raab: “Fantastic. It changed my career in another direction last year and I'm hoping to get farther than the first round this year.”
John Smith: “Good to hear. Fifteen more minutes of lifting weights before you call it a day here and we'll continue tomorrow.”
Konrad Raab: “Alright, but I'd like to go in the sauna for ten minutes today.”
Which was great for John to see how committed Konrad was on losing weight as he shouts each time he was lifting the weight. Of course, he's sweating everywhere from the treadmill run he did for an hour, but it was clearly worth it as John was wondering how much Konrad weighed, but at the same time, he knew he had lost a lot, just from how much his body shown how ripped he was on his body, of course, Konrad may not have realised how visible it was shown lately due to how busy he was.
Once fifteen minutes was up, Konrad stopped and got off the machine as he's clearly out of breath, wiping his forehead with a towel and takes off the top workout suit and dries his body with it, of course he wanted to go in the sauna, but clearly needed to feel the air for a bit as he goes to the changing rooms to squeeze out the sweat from the workout suit he's wearing along with needing the loo. Once he's done that, he places the workout suit in the bag and gets out his swim shorts before putting them on. Once he does that, he goes in the sauna and sits there to close his eyes to relax.
John follows Konrad in a few minutes later to make sure Konrad doesn't stay there longer than twenty minutes with most mistakes MMA fighters make was to be in there for more than minutes to shed pounds off. John was curious on what Konrad weighs as he asks him.
John Smith: “How much do you weigh now?”
Konrad Raab: “According to the scales yesterday, I'm two hundred and eight pounds.”
John Smith: “Wow, that's impressive. So you only have three more pounds to lose to get there.”
Konrad Raab: “Yeah, but I'm here also for another reason now. I thought I was gonna come here and show my face along with meeting Sophie James and David Callahan, but now, I have a match against Aaron Blackbourne tomorrow night.”
John Smith: “That's great because it means it might help you lose more weight, of course, you'll easily make the weight before the official weigh-ins on Thursday, but having two matches before the tournament sounds good to me.”
John sees Konrad just relaxing with his eyes closed as it was pretty relaxing for him in the hot sauna it was, although there was a little fear Konrad could pass out, of course, John was in there with Konrad to prevent that from happening, but John consistently checks the time of his watch to not stay in there more than Konrad needed to. Ten minutes later, Konrad opens his eyes and gets out as he decides to sit on the bench for a bit, although John was standing in front of a mirror and asks Konrad something.
John Smith: “Have you looked at how ripped you are lately?”
Konrad Raab: “No.”
John Smith: “I think you'll like the look of your body now. Check it out.”
Konrad didn't really have time to after wrestling nearly all week in the UK and Japan on top of dealing with Fizz at home as well with her suicidal attempts, but he stands up and goes to look in the mirror, being in shock on what he sees.
Konrad Raab: “You weren't wrong.”
John Smith: “It shows just how much work you've put in and that's the result of it. Of course, I saw it, but it's clear as day now. You like what you see?”
Konrad Raab: “Yeah I do. Makes me look good. No wonder why Fizz was touching me all over Monday night. I had no idea I looked this ripped.”
John Smith: “That's because you've been eating the right foods and doing the right training for the last two weeks. It's not easy for people who were fifteen pounds over be in the Junior Heavyweight division to shed that much weight in two weeks.”
Of course it wasn't for Konrad who especially being diabetic was twice as hard as he had to drink quite a lot of water, but obviously couldn't go over the top drinking it. While he had been so focused on the weight cut, he still hadn't gotten around on knowing more about his opponent Aaron Blackbourne and he knew he needed to, but John says this.
John Smith: “Great job on training today, go and get some rest buddy.”
Konrad Raab: “I need to know more about Aaron Blackbourne more than him wanting to be creative and being an artist. I'm gonna focus on him now and win the match or at least trying to.”
John nods his head as he clearly didn't need to go over the top with training, although it was questioned if Konrad did too much at times over the last week, but at the same time with playing soccer again for LA Galaxy reserves team and wrestling against Kenna Roy and Takashi Shinobu certainly helped a lot of things regarding Konrad's cutting weight diet along with eating what he's allowed to eat which didn't phase him. In fact, he loves to eat healthy foods as he feels a lot happier and stress-free than usual.
He picks up his gear from the changing room and places it in the bag before he heads up to his hotel room, having a rest and a break from gym work before going on the laptop to watch some of his matches and his videos of him talking about his previous matches and opponents he's come across. Two hours later, he goes in the shower and puts on some regular clothes before he goes on youtube and does a live stream about his opponent Aaron Blackbourne and talking about trios a bit too.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Iceman side: A bit about the Trios tournament and mostly about Aaron Blackbourne youtube.com shoot.
“It's time to start of with something that's recently been announced lately to be in, something I've wanted to take part in again. The Trios Tournament. Of course, I'm just talking a bit about it because I want to thank Olek for placing me in the Trios tournament again as it took my career to another level last year and I love the idea of having contracts being given out to three members of the teams instead of title shots as it's such a different type of match and I actually enjoyed taking part in it last year, regardless of the lack of effort by Blake Mason, me and Katie Steward still put in our best and show the world what we're made of, well mostly me, but that's beside the point.
Moving on, I'm facing a guy who seems to be into the whole being creative stuff going on in wrestling and I've been replaced at the last minute to be in the match actually so forgive me for lacking time to know much about this guy, Aaron BlackBourne. I get the idea of what you mean by people exploring creativity with their words and having a new outlook on the sport and doing different things, really I do.
It also shows to me at least you're willing to help SCW grow bigger and better company and that's something I've always vouched for and something I really fully get behind. However, I don't understand why you're moaning so much about it. If people want to be themselves, so be it you know. As I've said to Fizz the other day if people don't want to change, why should we force them?
We have people running around attacking for no reason in the ring like Amy being jumped by Blake for an example and heavy discussions about Ravyn and Syren being in a car crash by somebody named a street who I don't believe it would be Kennedy at all. Just so much garbage that needs sorting out one way or another. The thing is I've faced my fears quite a lot last year Aaron, more than you imagined. In October, I had to do something that I truly didn't want to do, show my dark nasty side to the entire world.
I was afraid of that side because it made me say and do things I shouldn't have said and done, but I did it because I was sick and tired of the garbage being thrown at me by Jason Helms and if you went through as much as I did, it's bound to make any man break as it did me. I hurt him badly and I thought I'll have remorse about it, but I didn't.
Also comes the time I had to force myself to be in a hardcore title match which was the hardest thing I've had to overcome my fears on mainly because I was never a hardcore wrestler, but at the same time, I was told I don't jump out of my comfort zone quite a lot and what happened last month? I won the hardcore title against all odds stacked against me and I still hate the idea of being in them, but I use weapons when I have to, much like using my dark side when I have to.
Then comes me taking the biggest risk a former heavyweight would do, losing fifteen pounds of weight to compete in the Junior Heavyweight tournament on Friday. I've got three more pounds to lose. Already, Aaron, you're facing a man who's achieved or achieving all of those risks and being out of their comfort zones and not many people think I would. I changed because I got bored of being known as a heavyweight wrestler, along with the division as a whole as I've done everything I needed to do. That's why I'm taking a risk of being in the division to try something new and never been a champion in that division before.
Point is I know you're somewhat on a losing streak at the moment with losses in the End of Year Rumble and against a man, my twin brother has defeated before in Sin City Wrestling, Gothfather, however, I do think you need to focus more on your opponents than the name they go by.
I want to know what artistic nature you'll bring with your wrestling moves. I care what sort of high flying moves you'll bring to me days before I compete in the CWC Junior Heavyweight tournament itself to see what I'll learn from you. I can gain a lot from this match as you're a Junior Heavyweight yourself and I'm excited to see the art nature you'll bring to the match.
I'm in the process of improving to be a high flyer myself, but at the same time, while I will learn from what you'll do in the ring, even for me to take a few risks or two for the fans, I won't be looked at as someone who's unable to craft a style of how you wrestle Aaron. I'm excited to face you as I said as I won't be one of those opponents who's afraid to mix things up in the ring because I'm willing to do them against you.
However only one person will walk out the winner of the match and that will be me because while I'm not as small as you, I can also use some of my heavyweight moves as well as learning about high flying moves to get better as a wrestler. We'll tear the house down, no question about it as I'm willing to risk anything to win this match, well within the rules of course, but I'm gonna pin you for the three count because I've got way more motivation than you have right now to win and succeed. Tomorrow night here in Dallas Texas, prepare to be Iceinated by The Iceman.”
