Practicing and perfecting high flying moves. Las Vegas, Nevada. Sunday 23rd April. (Off camera)
All of last night after placing his nephew in bed, Konrad had been trying to perfect some high flying moves. Ever since he cut a lot of weight to be known as Junior Heavyweight, he hadn't had much if any time to perfect some moves and he knows he's got a title defence tonight against two other wrestlers at a PPV, there's nothing like a good workout like trying to perfect moves like moonsault from the ropes, moonsault to the outside without using the turnbuckles, corkscrew 630 senton but there's one move he hasn't been able to perfect, shooting star press.
It was somehow very hard for Konrad to pull off and the problem was there's nobody free the help him where he was going wrong, or so he thought as somebody from Lord Raab's headquarters appears out of nowhere and sees so many attempts from Konrad doing a shooting star press which he could not pull off, even from standing as he wanted to be perfect with everything he does before performing a move.
Some guy in the gym: “I've seen all of yesterday and today how bad you want to pull this off, but the problem I've kept seeing is you aren't moving in one motion.”
Konrad Raab: “I appreciate the feedback you've given me, but who are you?”
Some guy in the gym: “Sorry, I should've introduced myself. I'm Riley Thomas.”
Konrad Raab: “Nice to meet you. I needed somebody to train with anyway because I want to get better at high flying, even doing some moves I really want to do like this.”
Konrad catches Riley out of nowhere with some sort of hurricanrana move on top of wanting to do a diving neckbreaker which Riley seems to know how badly Konrad wanted to change his style or something like that as he wasn't quite sure why someone like him want to be a high flyer as he certainly in his mind didn't see Konrad looking like a Junior Heavyweight. He also sees the shooting star press, but as usual, didn't get it in one movement and Riley shook his head, knowing Konrad wasn't getting it right.
Riley Thomas: “OK, obviously you really want to do this move. I tell you, it's one of the hardest moves to pull off. I got to admit, I never viewed you as a Junior Heavyweight wrestler.”
Konrad Raab: “I only changed to be a Junior Heavyweight back in February because I sat back and thought, if I retired today, what if I tried doing high flying moves, would I be a Junior Heavyweight champion, would I be able to be Adrenaline champion? Doing the same old power moves got me bored as I wasn't learning anything new anymore.”
Riley Thomas: “That's not a bad thing at all. I think it's different than seeing a young kid trying all these moves out all the time. OK so obviously you need help on being demonstrated on the shooting star press.”
Konrad Raab: “Please do as I want to shock the world someday, especially when it involves my crave for the Adrenaline title in SCW as well.”
Riley Thomas: “I'm going to show you a couple of times before you able to do it as it's clear nobody has come out to show you.”
Riley goes on the turnbuckle at first because he thought it was easier for Konrad to see and he does a shooting star press from the turnbuckle right on the mat. Konrad sees exactly why he couldn't pull it off as he wasn't twisting his body at all. He nods and still watches again to see if he could spot anything else wrong with what he did and once again, nods at Riley knowing he got everything else right, just not the twisting bit as he certainly gives it a try without any sort of hesitation and Konrad does it for the first time, but lands very awkwardly, but he tries again and still lands awkwardly, but he still did the twisting motion and he gets up with frustration, banging his fist on the mat, knowing he's tried so many times to get it right.
Riley Thomas: “You need to land on your stomach. The twisting motion was good, but you aren't landing it properly. Look, go on the ground on your back and I show you.”
Konrad goes on his back and sees exactly what he meant by landing on Konrad's stomach and he starts to get the picture now as Riley now decides to lay on his back and Konrad goes on the turnbuckle and looks at Riley before doing the one motion and doing it by landing on his stomach as he smiles as Riley claps at Konrad and speaks.
Riley Thomas: “That's fantastic. See, you've put a lot into practicing that move to succeed it. I do want you to do a few more attempts at it from the turnbuckle.”
It was a strange situation Konrad was in when it came to a young kid teaching Konrad the ropes, but it's something he takes happily as he heard a lot about Konrad being Lord Raab's twin brother which he does see a lot of similarities between them, but only he thought Konrad wasn't anywhere near as brutal and rough from the moves he performed. Of course, Riley knows that Konrad wasn't getting another move right he performed on Riley. He sees Konrad was fully getting the shooting star press in one motion.
Riley Thomas: “That's great, but I ask you to do a few standing ones of them since you want to get it right. Sometimes, the move can be performed from when your opponent is on the ground, only it's without an assist from the ropes.”
Riley shows Konrad what he meant and lands it from a standing position which seems a bit more tricky than on the turnbuckle that had ropes guiding him, but he sees Konrad's willing to learn it as he stands up and gulps for a bit, knowing he wasn't very good at jumping high, but he does as he jumped and does the twisting motion to land on his stomach which was perfect, but knowing Riley wanted to make sure he gets it right, he does a few more.
Riley Thomas: “I think you're getting it now. There's something else I want to help you with and that's the hurricanrana move. While it can easily be done with catching someone off guard, you weren't landing it properly. I get someone here to help you with that. Wait one minute.”
Konrad had no idea about these random trainers coming out of nowhere to wrestle, maybe it was a system Lord Raab had, but he was very thankful to get the help he needed and certainly on stuff he needed somebody to train with. The guy Riley was bringing out was in his twenties as he was a dark guy with curly hair as he says this.
Riley Thomas: “This guy's Shaquille and he and I will show you where you're going wrong with this.”
Riley does the hurricanrana move on Shaquille who was obviously being taken down and then whispers something in Riley's ear and then Shaquille does the hurricanrana move as well as Konrad sees exactly where he went wrong and he nods before doing it on Riley and he knew he messed up because Riley didn't flip as he banged on the mat.
Riley Thomas: “OK, you need to flick me around. Want me to show you one more time?”
Konrad Raab: “Yes.”
Riley does as he shows the flicking side of things where Shaquille flips after being turned over and land on his back as once again, Konrad does it on Riley and was perfect this time, he wanted Konrad to do it on Riley a few more times and he got it. He got what he wanted out of all of it, despite knowing none of the people he trained with and he speaks.
Konrad Raab: “I can't thank you both enough for helping me with this as I really did want to get better so badly.”
Riley Thomas: “I felt sorry for you quite honestly that you've been trying the shooting star press so hard and you kept going wrong. You obviously only gave up because you were tired last night. Seriously, you just needed to be shown where you're going wrong.”
Konrad Raab: “Looks like I did.”
Riley Thomas: “I admit, you're nothing like your brother in the ring and yes, I watch wrestling a lot to know about you.”
Konrad Raab: “I hate violent wrestling.”
Riley nods as that was one thing he spotted that he wasn't anybody who'd like getting their hands dirty, well when he was in this sort of guy he is and he didn't understand one thing about Konrad as they sit in the ring and discuss it.
Riley Thomas: “Tell me about this other side?”
Konrad Raab: “I can't because I don't remember anything.”
Riley Thomas: “You have to wear the other mask to be the other side?”
Konrad Raab: “Yes for some reason, it changes me. I don't even know what the fuck happened to me when I wrestled Damian Angel. Nothing at all.”
It was clear as day that Riley got lost on the sides he sees with Konrad. Somehow, he thinks he saw Konrad showing off two different sides of himself, the problem was he can only remember one of those sides. Of course, Riley asks him a question about it.
Riley Thomas: “Have you had time to watch it?”
Konrad Raab: “No because I've been so busy with wrestling that I haven't had the time to, but I need to watch it tomorrow so I can remember something I did since I have free time then.”
Riley Thomas: “I will give away one thing you did because it's relevant to what we did today, you used a moonsault on Har Megiddo from the turnbuckle.”
Konrad Raab: “Really?”
Riley Thomas: “Yeah and that was great. Even from there, I can see why you want to be more than just a power wrestler so bad. You want to show the world you can do high flying stuff and I saw that, even if you were a different guy just from that alone.”
Bingo, Konrad found out he did something he could be proud of, even if he didn't remember it cos it wasn't his usual self, but it was good to be told that at least the SCW audience and the wrestlers saw Konrad do a high flying move, something that was a success for him and he saw the time was seven in the morning. He got up at five to gave himself time to practice and perform moves, but he says this.
Konrad Raab: “Sorry Riley, but I have to go. I have to wake Callum up and get his breakfast ready as he wakes up at this time. I thank you for helping me out today as I really needed this training.”
Riley Thomas: “You're welcome and next time you come by, you're more than welcome to call for me and help you out. Never be shy to ask for help.”
Konrad nods as he gets up from the ring and gets out as he picks up the towel from the floor and wipes his body down with it as he was covered with sweat and he takes it along with his mask to the washing room and puts the washing on as he already was in his tracksuit trousers which he needed to take off when he goes in the house.
He puts his clean pants and jeans on along with a shirt before going downstairs to get Callum's breakfast ready and wakes him up fifteen minutes late for him to eat it. After Callum was dressed and washed, Konrad and Callum went to the playground to play nearly the entire day as Konrad was wrestling tonight and needed to find someone to take care of Callum while he wrestled tonight which he eventually does.

Talking about SCW related business with rumble and Owen Cruze match. Anaheim, California. Monday 30th April. (Off camera)
It was a hard time for Konrad, knowing he's been asked non stop by Fizz about taking part in the Taking Hold Of The Flame Rumble match. He doesn't move or say anything, no matter how hard Fizz has tried to drill in Konrad's head of taking part and the discussions have been taking part for a few weeks, even after watching the match with Damian Angel, but Fizz has to change the subject just for Konrad to move and talk again as it was uncomfortable as they were sitting on the sofa, talking together about wrestling.
Of course, things have gone downhill with a company he's in and wanted to leave the company cos of the lack of competition and lack of wrestlers giving a damn about the wrestling business. That wasn't up for discussion today however as it was about SCW business as Fizz tries to get Konrad to talk as she says this while Konrad not moving or talking, barely breathing.
Fizz Raab: “Come on Konrad, talk about Taking Hold Of The Flame Rumble match please.”
Konrad Raab: “Owen Cruze match discussions sounds like a much better topic. Owen is someone I've always wanted to face Fizz. I want to get better at high flying and this is exactly what I got. I know he's been struggling since he started out in SCW, heck even beating himself down.”
Fizz Raab: “No, enough with that match as you talked enough about it.”
Konrad Raab: “It's not because I'm excited to face him. I want to help him, but I'm in a sticky spot that he'll end up helping me get better in the ring.”
Fizz Raab: “But you need to think about being in the rumble. I'm trying too hard to get in your head about taking part because you want to. I mean I know a lot of wrestlers haven't spoken to me, but they are laughing at the fact you don't want to try to win the rumble.”
Konrad sat still, not even looking at Fizz as he drops his head on the floor, thinking more about wanting to fight Owen Cruze more than he's said any word about the Rumble match. He didn't show any care for it at all as his mind was on other things and he didn't feel the need to speak about it and Konrad still sitting still not moving or saying anything doesn't for a bit until he brings up the match again.
Konrad Raab: “I can't wait to face Owen Cruze on Wednesday night. Just think about how many Junior Heavyweight wrestlers are willing to watch me succeed in the world just like I somehow did with Damian Angel match and pull off fantastic moves I can do in the ring. I've been working on a lot of high flying moves to get them better two weekends ago. I'm glad I did.”
Fizz Raab: “I know Konrad, I know how much you've been focused on the Owen Cruze match, but face it, you have to talk about the Rumble match at some point, heck he's in the rumble. Why can't you talk about it?”
Konrad Raab: “Owen is all I'm focused on. I felt sorry for him when he got attacked by Gothfather. I wonder if he's gonna be at one hundred percent when I face him? I want to face Owen who'll come at me one hundred percent. You don't understand how much this match means to me.”
Fizz Raab: “I do, you mentioned it a thousand times, but mentioned nothing about the Rumble match.”
Konrad Raab: “Me fighting Owen Cruze match means more than any title match I have because I've been given an opportunity to improve myself and have my skills on par with Owen's who I know is one of the best Junior Heavyweight wrestlers I've seen in the ring.”
It clearly wasn't sinking in, it's been like this for many days since the match was announced with Konrad ignoring everything about the rumble because it was clear as day he wanted nothing mentioned about it. He knows what he clearly wants and it was a title, but not the title stated for the Rumble match as he says this.
Konrad Raab: “Heck, I want nothing more than to win Adrenaline title, but I'm not expecting myself for that to happen next week because I'd end up disappointed so better to use this Owen match as a chance to improve what I did against Damian Angel.”
Fizz Raab: “I know you got so excited when you saw yourself doing a moonsault on Har Megiddo but that's just it, you've already proved to the entire world you want to be viewed as a high flying wrestler, why do you need to fight Owen to do so? What about being excited to face him because of the potential and legacy he has within the Cruze name?”
Konrad Raab: “I am excited for those reasons as well, but you know I have to believe I can defeat Owen, that's the way it goes. Of course, I'd be happy and gladly shake his hand if he beats me because I do take him seriously as he's someone who's hungry as hell to win against me. He's hungry to get a win against a top wrestler and that's something I got to look out for.”
Fizz Raab: “Of course I get your goals but come on babe, you need to say something about the Rumble match at some point. I promise I won't do what Chris Richards did last year by signing your name up, that was sickening, but you won't see that from me cos I love you and I really want you to win the SCW World title.”
Konrad still sat like he was ignoring the rumble match being a thing because he didn't want to do it or take part in it but he knew Fizz would already get that message already with how much he's ignoring it because he didn't want to say no a thousand times like he did last year and she brings up a valid point to him.
Fizz Raab: “What happens if some wrestler on the SCW roster would sign your name down for the rumble?”
Konrad Raab: “Also I hope to god that Gothfather will not get involved in the match with Owen Cruze because he's a sick freak who's literally stalking the kid for no reason and attack him again because Owen didn't want to follow his orders. Owen is far more mature than he is and he's a wrestler will bring me to the ultimate test.”
Fizz Raab: “I get it, darling, I do. I do understand how passionate and excited you are to wrestle Owen. I mean that's all you've talked about, not even the loss to Damian Angel.”
Konrad Raab: “What is there to talk about other than losing to him? I stood my ground, got spiked on my head and lost. You expect me to bitch about that loss? No way. I'm happy I've done a moonsault. That's my achievement I walk away with.”
At this point, there was no point of Fizz talking about the Rumble match with Konrad as it was not getting her anywhere, especially when he's getting closer or he feels on being a Junior Heavyweight title contender. He only just got back from Japan a few hours ago and Fizz hasn't gotten anywhere with the rumble discussions. Konrad kept changing the subject all the time.
Fizz Raab: “At least one thing is for sure, you certainly seem much more yourself other than the other company thing, but you certainly seem excited about a match and that's something I've not seen in such a long time regarding SCW matches. It's annoying you're going on and on about it, but I'm glad you have something to look forward to.”
Konrad Raab: “I'm happy too, happy to be in the ring with a future SCW legend and even do what AJ Helms did in his first year, win a title. He's just been put against great talent who's faced more competition than me and that's because he's a gifted wrestler taken from his father's genes. Heck, I think a lot of people are excited to see me and Owen wrestle.”
Fizz Raab: “I heard Amy could be excited, considering her daughter and Owen have gotten to be close friends.”
Konrad Raab: “I noticed that on twitter lately that she's gotten close to Owen and I'm sure her daughter is excited as well. I'm excited and so should you. I'm going to do everything I can Wednesday night where they'll see a classic Junior Heavyweight match and succeed to be a potential Adrenaline champion at some point. I do wish there were such rules as a Junior Heavyweight rules match though.”
Fizz thought Konrad was being stupid at this point, but she giggled, knowing how much she saw how excited Konrad was about the match and he got a bit over excited when she saw something below his trousers that caught her attention just down to the excitement he had about the match and she pointed it out.
Fizz Raab: “I think somebody's excited right now, maybe a bit too overexcited.”
Konrad Raab: “I admit, I have when I'm facing a family legacy wrestler and admit I went over the top with it.”
Fizz Raab: “Interesting you aren't noticing what's happened to your body right now.”
Konrad Raab: “What you talking about?”
Instead of Fizz telling him, she grabs the part of his body that caught her attention which left Konrad embarrassed with a red face of him not noticing of the part of his body needing something he hasn't done for quite some time and he said this.
Konrad Raab: “How? I was only talking about the Owen Cruze match.”
Fizz Raab: “Aww, I think it's cute you were just talking how excited you are of facing against Owen Cruze and then your dick sticks out like that.”
Konrad Raab: “What can I say? Maybe it needs your attention now, but damn babe, I have to change up positions for it cos your stomach is so big with you carrying two babies in there. It's fucking lovely.”
Fizz Raab: “OK no more wrestling talk. Let's give that part of your body the attention it needs.”
As they did since they went straight upstairs and they closed the door before they lock themselves in as they went wild with whatever they did with noises lasting up to two hours before they finally fall asleep. Konrad clearly had the right mindset for the match against Owen Cruze, knowing what he had to say about him and the match itself. He had a lot of things to do on Tuesday regarding signing autographs, posing for pictures, taking kids to school and nursery on top of taking them to the playground and doing one hour of gym work.

“How I've got ice chills all over me since this matchup was announced and of course, I mean in a good way as well. I mean how can I not be excited to face someone who's been busting his ass since he's been in SCW? How can I not be excited to face someone who follows in his father's footsteps and most importantly, how can I not be excited to face someone who's got a Junior Heavyweight style wrestling I'm learning and practicing with every single day with Owen Cruze?
Because any guy from our division would love to see the amount of high flying moves we can perform on top of me showing my power and technical style of wrestling towards each other? Fact is he mentions a lot and will mention his speed is faster than me. That I can't deny, it is, although I've been working a lot on getting faster and being more inventive with my wrestling moves. Heck, I was spending all of the weekend practicing new high flying moves because I want to get better at them.
Owen Cruze I will dare to say it is the future legend of SCW because he's even fought against the best wrestlers, some even former champions, and champions now. There's a reason why Owen Cruze gets placed to face against the best wrestlers and that's because he has a lot of talent in the ring with his amazing moves that are just pure high flying on top of standing on people's heads and he's also got a great coach on his side guiding him all the way too with Kelcey Wallace who I have nothing, but respect for. Of course, Owen helped me out with the downtimes I had with another wrestler I had issues with. He was there, he was someone who stopped me from doing what I did.
There's not really any downside to him that I don't have quite honestly apart from he's fought the wrestlers I've yet to face and I've been in SCW a lot longer than he has. I haven't fought likes of Ikiro Yoshida, Alistaire Allocco, Beard and these are some of the top names we're talking about here and he generally doesn't seem to beat himself down about losses either, especially the time I asked if he'll be OK for facing me that he didn't seem that down about being attacked from behind by Gothfather who I'd thought would know better than attacking an eighteen-year-old kid when he has a kid of his own.
I felt sorry when that happened because Owen didn't do anything wrong and he gets treated like that. It's a sad state when kids like AJ and Owen get stalked by the vets of the business or they meant to be vets when they get jealous of being top names in the business. Really the only downside I see with Owen is my power. That's really the only thing I can talk about because if I went to bad mouth Owen for his losses, I'd be a hypocrite quite honestly because I've done no better.
But he certainly can move on from situations quicker than myself in some certain situations and if anything, I'd be wanting Gothfather's head if he attacked me like that but I know Owen will just beat him in a match. I lost to Damian Angel, well after I watched the match to know what happened, but that one moment seems to be the reason why we're fighting together in a cruiserweight match-up.
I got way over excited I admit because I haven't been excited for quite some time to bring everything towards each other to our full potential with the amount of respect I have for Orlando and Shaun for what they've done in this business and this will be a match that will leave the fans off their feet if anything because of the types of moves they expect to see from both of us and a chance potentially to view us as title contenders.
You are getting better in the ring every single week Owen, I love seeing new fresh talent walking through these doors and not be all self-centred and arrogant about it. You're someone very different who knows they got to get better in the ring. I will say your time for wins will come, heck I wouldn't be surprised if you beat me cos you've been a high flyer longer than I have so we're in the same spot.
However it does mean I have to remind people I'm here and I'm making sure that I aim to go for my next target which is earning myself a shot for the Adrenaline title because it's the only solos belt other than the SCW World belt I've never had, but I'm aiming to use this match to get better at high flying on top of knowing everything I know already and put them into practice on what I've been working on in this match.
Because like you, I need to improve and get wrestlers to take us seriously, although you know damn well I take you seriously because you are someone that's a major threat to me, especially the comment about me what you said in your second video that I'm a technically able wrestler to have full of momentum to win and I do have momentum a lot and the first time I've truly been excited for quite some time to fight you.
Tomorrow night in Los Angeles, California, we will show the entire world the match everyone has been waiting for and get excited about and I have gone over the top with this match, I admit, but I can't help myself when I'm willing to do anything to get better with the style of wrestling I have to aim on being known as a high flyer wrestler as well as a technical and power wrestler. I'm gonna push you to your limits as you deserve that, but your best isn't gonna be good enough as I will do everything to defeat you on my own and you better stay the hell out of our match Gothfather because if you don't, I'll come down and attack your ass before you know it.
It's going to end with me pinning Owen Cruze and winning the match fair and square after the cheers of the crowd they will give to me and Owen for putting everything into our match and leave the fans talking about you see what Owen did to Konrad, you see what Konrad did to Owen? That's the kind of matches I want with you as we're gonna tear the house down because that's what the match will be like. All I say is good luck and may the best wrestler win.”

Konrad goes on his back and sees exactly what he meant by landing on Konrad's stomach and he starts to get the picture now as Riley now decides to lay on his back and Konrad goes on the turnbuckle and looks at Riley before doing the one motion and doing it by landing on his stomach as he smiles as Riley claps at Konrad and speaks.
Riley Thomas: “That's fantastic. See, you've put a lot into practicing that move to succeed it. I do want you to do a few more attempts at it from the turnbuckle.”
It was a strange situation Konrad was in when it came to a young kid teaching Konrad the ropes, but it's something he takes happily as he heard a lot about Konrad being Lord Raab's twin brother which he does see a lot of similarities between them, but only he thought Konrad wasn't anywhere near as brutal and rough from the moves he performed. Of course, Riley knows that Konrad wasn't getting another move right he performed on Riley. He sees Konrad was fully getting the shooting star press in one motion.
Riley Thomas: “That's great, but I ask you to do a few standing ones of them since you want to get it right. Sometimes, the move can be performed from when your opponent is on the ground, only it's without an assist from the ropes.”
Riley shows Konrad what he meant and lands it from a standing position which seems a bit more tricky than on the turnbuckle that had ropes guiding him, but he sees Konrad's willing to learn it as he stands up and gulps for a bit, knowing he wasn't very good at jumping high, but he does as he jumped and does the twisting motion to land on his stomach which was perfect, but knowing Riley wanted to make sure he gets it right, he does a few more.
Riley Thomas: “I think you're getting it now. There's something else I want to help you with and that's the hurricanrana move. While it can easily be done with catching someone off guard, you weren't landing it properly. I get someone here to help you with that. Wait one minute.”
Konrad had no idea about these random trainers coming out of nowhere to wrestle, maybe it was a system Lord Raab had, but he was very thankful to get the help he needed and certainly on stuff he needed somebody to train with. The guy Riley was bringing out was in his twenties as he was a dark guy with curly hair as he says this.
Riley Thomas: “This guy's Shaquille and he and I will show you where you're going wrong with this.”
Riley does the hurricanrana move on Shaquille who was obviously being taken down and then whispers something in Riley's ear and then Shaquille does the hurricanrana move as well as Konrad sees exactly where he went wrong and he nods before doing it on Riley and he knew he messed up because Riley didn't flip as he banged on the mat.
Riley Thomas: “OK, you need to flick me around. Want me to show you one more time?”
Konrad Raab: “Yes.”
Riley does as he shows the flicking side of things where Shaquille flips after being turned over and land on his back as once again, Konrad does it on Riley and was perfect this time, he wanted Konrad to do it on Riley a few more times and he got it. He got what he wanted out of all of it, despite knowing none of the people he trained with and he speaks.
Konrad Raab: “I can't thank you both enough for helping me with this as I really did want to get better so badly.”
Riley Thomas: “I felt sorry for you quite honestly that you've been trying the shooting star press so hard and you kept going wrong. You obviously only gave up because you were tired last night. Seriously, you just needed to be shown where you're going wrong.”
Konrad Raab: “Looks like I did.”
Riley Thomas: “I admit, you're nothing like your brother in the ring and yes, I watch wrestling a lot to know about you.”
Konrad Raab: “I hate violent wrestling.”
Riley nods as that was one thing he spotted that he wasn't anybody who'd like getting their hands dirty, well when he was in this sort of guy he is and he didn't understand one thing about Konrad as they sit in the ring and discuss it.
Riley Thomas: “Tell me about this other side?”
Konrad Raab: “I can't because I don't remember anything.”
Riley Thomas: “You have to wear the other mask to be the other side?”
Konrad Raab: “Yes for some reason, it changes me. I don't even know what the fuck happened to me when I wrestled Damian Angel. Nothing at all.”
It was clear as day that Riley got lost on the sides he sees with Konrad. Somehow, he thinks he saw Konrad showing off two different sides of himself, the problem was he can only remember one of those sides. Of course, Riley asks him a question about it.
Riley Thomas: “Have you had time to watch it?”
Konrad Raab: “No because I've been so busy with wrestling that I haven't had the time to, but I need to watch it tomorrow so I can remember something I did since I have free time then.”
Riley Thomas: “I will give away one thing you did because it's relevant to what we did today, you used a moonsault on Har Megiddo from the turnbuckle.”
Konrad Raab: “Really?”
Riley Thomas: “Yeah and that was great. Even from there, I can see why you want to be more than just a power wrestler so bad. You want to show the world you can do high flying stuff and I saw that, even if you were a different guy just from that alone.”
Bingo, Konrad found out he did something he could be proud of, even if he didn't remember it cos it wasn't his usual self, but it was good to be told that at least the SCW audience and the wrestlers saw Konrad do a high flying move, something that was a success for him and he saw the time was seven in the morning. He got up at five to gave himself time to practice and perform moves, but he says this.
Konrad Raab: “Sorry Riley, but I have to go. I have to wake Callum up and get his breakfast ready as he wakes up at this time. I thank you for helping me out today as I really needed this training.”
Riley Thomas: “You're welcome and next time you come by, you're more than welcome to call for me and help you out. Never be shy to ask for help.”
Konrad nods as he gets up from the ring and gets out as he picks up the towel from the floor and wipes his body down with it as he was covered with sweat and he takes it along with his mask to the washing room and puts the washing on as he already was in his tracksuit trousers which he needed to take off when he goes in the house.
He puts his clean pants and jeans on along with a shirt before going downstairs to get Callum's breakfast ready and wakes him up fifteen minutes late for him to eat it. After Callum was dressed and washed, Konrad and Callum went to the playground to play nearly the entire day as Konrad was wrestling tonight and needed to find someone to take care of Callum while he wrestled tonight which he eventually does.

Talking about SCW related business with rumble and Owen Cruze match. Anaheim, California. Monday 30th April. (Off camera)
It was a hard time for Konrad, knowing he's been asked non stop by Fizz about taking part in the Taking Hold Of The Flame Rumble match. He doesn't move or say anything, no matter how hard Fizz has tried to drill in Konrad's head of taking part and the discussions have been taking part for a few weeks, even after watching the match with Damian Angel, but Fizz has to change the subject just for Konrad to move and talk again as it was uncomfortable as they were sitting on the sofa, talking together about wrestling.
Of course, things have gone downhill with a company he's in and wanted to leave the company cos of the lack of competition and lack of wrestlers giving a damn about the wrestling business. That wasn't up for discussion today however as it was about SCW business as Fizz tries to get Konrad to talk as she says this while Konrad not moving or talking, barely breathing.
Fizz Raab: “Come on Konrad, talk about Taking Hold Of The Flame Rumble match please.”
Konrad Raab: “Owen Cruze match discussions sounds like a much better topic. Owen is someone I've always wanted to face Fizz. I want to get better at high flying and this is exactly what I got. I know he's been struggling since he started out in SCW, heck even beating himself down.”
Fizz Raab: “No, enough with that match as you talked enough about it.”
Konrad Raab: “It's not because I'm excited to face him. I want to help him, but I'm in a sticky spot that he'll end up helping me get better in the ring.”
Fizz Raab: “But you need to think about being in the rumble. I'm trying too hard to get in your head about taking part because you want to. I mean I know a lot of wrestlers haven't spoken to me, but they are laughing at the fact you don't want to try to win the rumble.”
Konrad sat still, not even looking at Fizz as he drops his head on the floor, thinking more about wanting to fight Owen Cruze more than he's said any word about the Rumble match. He didn't show any care for it at all as his mind was on other things and he didn't feel the need to speak about it and Konrad still sitting still not moving or saying anything doesn't for a bit until he brings up the match again.
Konrad Raab: “I can't wait to face Owen Cruze on Wednesday night. Just think about how many Junior Heavyweight wrestlers are willing to watch me succeed in the world just like I somehow did with Damian Angel match and pull off fantastic moves I can do in the ring. I've been working on a lot of high flying moves to get them better two weekends ago. I'm glad I did.”
Fizz Raab: “I know Konrad, I know how much you've been focused on the Owen Cruze match, but face it, you have to talk about the Rumble match at some point, heck he's in the rumble. Why can't you talk about it?”
Konrad Raab: “Owen is all I'm focused on. I felt sorry for him when he got attacked by Gothfather. I wonder if he's gonna be at one hundred percent when I face him? I want to face Owen who'll come at me one hundred percent. You don't understand how much this match means to me.”
Fizz Raab: “I do, you mentioned it a thousand times, but mentioned nothing about the Rumble match.”
Konrad Raab: “Me fighting Owen Cruze match means more than any title match I have because I've been given an opportunity to improve myself and have my skills on par with Owen's who I know is one of the best Junior Heavyweight wrestlers I've seen in the ring.”
It clearly wasn't sinking in, it's been like this for many days since the match was announced with Konrad ignoring everything about the rumble because it was clear as day he wanted nothing mentioned about it. He knows what he clearly wants and it was a title, but not the title stated for the Rumble match as he says this.
Konrad Raab: “Heck, I want nothing more than to win Adrenaline title, but I'm not expecting myself for that to happen next week because I'd end up disappointed so better to use this Owen match as a chance to improve what I did against Damian Angel.”
Fizz Raab: “I know you got so excited when you saw yourself doing a moonsault on Har Megiddo but that's just it, you've already proved to the entire world you want to be viewed as a high flying wrestler, why do you need to fight Owen to do so? What about being excited to face him because of the potential and legacy he has within the Cruze name?”
Konrad Raab: “I am excited for those reasons as well, but you know I have to believe I can defeat Owen, that's the way it goes. Of course, I'd be happy and gladly shake his hand if he beats me because I do take him seriously as he's someone who's hungry as hell to win against me. He's hungry to get a win against a top wrestler and that's something I got to look out for.”
Fizz Raab: “Of course I get your goals but come on babe, you need to say something about the Rumble match at some point. I promise I won't do what Chris Richards did last year by signing your name up, that was sickening, but you won't see that from me cos I love you and I really want you to win the SCW World title.”
Konrad still sat like he was ignoring the rumble match being a thing because he didn't want to do it or take part in it but he knew Fizz would already get that message already with how much he's ignoring it because he didn't want to say no a thousand times like he did last year and she brings up a valid point to him.
Fizz Raab: “What happens if some wrestler on the SCW roster would sign your name down for the rumble?”
Konrad Raab: “Also I hope to god that Gothfather will not get involved in the match with Owen Cruze because he's a sick freak who's literally stalking the kid for no reason and attack him again because Owen didn't want to follow his orders. Owen is far more mature than he is and he's a wrestler will bring me to the ultimate test.”
Fizz Raab: “I get it, darling, I do. I do understand how passionate and excited you are to wrestle Owen. I mean that's all you've talked about, not even the loss to Damian Angel.”
Konrad Raab: “What is there to talk about other than losing to him? I stood my ground, got spiked on my head and lost. You expect me to bitch about that loss? No way. I'm happy I've done a moonsault. That's my achievement I walk away with.”
At this point, there was no point of Fizz talking about the Rumble match with Konrad as it was not getting her anywhere, especially when he's getting closer or he feels on being a Junior Heavyweight title contender. He only just got back from Japan a few hours ago and Fizz hasn't gotten anywhere with the rumble discussions. Konrad kept changing the subject all the time.
Fizz Raab: “At least one thing is for sure, you certainly seem much more yourself other than the other company thing, but you certainly seem excited about a match and that's something I've not seen in such a long time regarding SCW matches. It's annoying you're going on and on about it, but I'm glad you have something to look forward to.”
Konrad Raab: “I'm happy too, happy to be in the ring with a future SCW legend and even do what AJ Helms did in his first year, win a title. He's just been put against great talent who's faced more competition than me and that's because he's a gifted wrestler taken from his father's genes. Heck, I think a lot of people are excited to see me and Owen wrestle.”
Fizz Raab: “I heard Amy could be excited, considering her daughter and Owen have gotten to be close friends.”
Konrad Raab: “I noticed that on twitter lately that she's gotten close to Owen and I'm sure her daughter is excited as well. I'm excited and so should you. I'm going to do everything I can Wednesday night where they'll see a classic Junior Heavyweight match and succeed to be a potential Adrenaline champion at some point. I do wish there were such rules as a Junior Heavyweight rules match though.”
Fizz thought Konrad was being stupid at this point, but she giggled, knowing how much she saw how excited Konrad was about the match and he got a bit over excited when she saw something below his trousers that caught her attention just down to the excitement he had about the match and she pointed it out.
Fizz Raab: “I think somebody's excited right now, maybe a bit too overexcited.”
Konrad Raab: “I admit, I have when I'm facing a family legacy wrestler and admit I went over the top with it.”
Fizz Raab: “Interesting you aren't noticing what's happened to your body right now.”
Konrad Raab: “What you talking about?”
Instead of Fizz telling him, she grabs the part of his body that caught her attention which left Konrad embarrassed with a red face of him not noticing of the part of his body needing something he hasn't done for quite some time and he said this.
Konrad Raab: “How? I was only talking about the Owen Cruze match.”
Fizz Raab: “Aww, I think it's cute you were just talking how excited you are of facing against Owen Cruze and then your dick sticks out like that.”
Konrad Raab: “What can I say? Maybe it needs your attention now, but damn babe, I have to change up positions for it cos your stomach is so big with you carrying two babies in there. It's fucking lovely.”
Fizz Raab: “OK no more wrestling talk. Let's give that part of your body the attention it needs.”
As they did since they went straight upstairs and they closed the door before they lock themselves in as they went wild with whatever they did with noises lasting up to two hours before they finally fall asleep. Konrad clearly had the right mindset for the match against Owen Cruze, knowing what he had to say about him and the match itself. He had a lot of things to do on Tuesday regarding signing autographs, posing for pictures, taking kids to school and nursery on top of taking them to the playground and doing one hour of gym work.

“How I've got ice chills all over me since this matchup was announced and of course, I mean in a good way as well. I mean how can I not be excited to face someone who's been busting his ass since he's been in SCW? How can I not be excited to face someone who follows in his father's footsteps and most importantly, how can I not be excited to face someone who's got a Junior Heavyweight style wrestling I'm learning and practicing with every single day with Owen Cruze?
Because any guy from our division would love to see the amount of high flying moves we can perform on top of me showing my power and technical style of wrestling towards each other? Fact is he mentions a lot and will mention his speed is faster than me. That I can't deny, it is, although I've been working a lot on getting faster and being more inventive with my wrestling moves. Heck, I was spending all of the weekend practicing new high flying moves because I want to get better at them.
Owen Cruze I will dare to say it is the future legend of SCW because he's even fought against the best wrestlers, some even former champions, and champions now. There's a reason why Owen Cruze gets placed to face against the best wrestlers and that's because he has a lot of talent in the ring with his amazing moves that are just pure high flying on top of standing on people's heads and he's also got a great coach on his side guiding him all the way too with Kelcey Wallace who I have nothing, but respect for. Of course, Owen helped me out with the downtimes I had with another wrestler I had issues with. He was there, he was someone who stopped me from doing what I did.
There's not really any downside to him that I don't have quite honestly apart from he's fought the wrestlers I've yet to face and I've been in SCW a lot longer than he has. I haven't fought likes of Ikiro Yoshida, Alistaire Allocco, Beard and these are some of the top names we're talking about here and he generally doesn't seem to beat himself down about losses either, especially the time I asked if he'll be OK for facing me that he didn't seem that down about being attacked from behind by Gothfather who I'd thought would know better than attacking an eighteen-year-old kid when he has a kid of his own.
I felt sorry when that happened because Owen didn't do anything wrong and he gets treated like that. It's a sad state when kids like AJ and Owen get stalked by the vets of the business or they meant to be vets when they get jealous of being top names in the business. Really the only downside I see with Owen is my power. That's really the only thing I can talk about because if I went to bad mouth Owen for his losses, I'd be a hypocrite quite honestly because I've done no better.
But he certainly can move on from situations quicker than myself in some certain situations and if anything, I'd be wanting Gothfather's head if he attacked me like that but I know Owen will just beat him in a match. I lost to Damian Angel, well after I watched the match to know what happened, but that one moment seems to be the reason why we're fighting together in a cruiserweight match-up.
I got way over excited I admit because I haven't been excited for quite some time to bring everything towards each other to our full potential with the amount of respect I have for Orlando and Shaun for what they've done in this business and this will be a match that will leave the fans off their feet if anything because of the types of moves they expect to see from both of us and a chance potentially to view us as title contenders.
You are getting better in the ring every single week Owen, I love seeing new fresh talent walking through these doors and not be all self-centred and arrogant about it. You're someone very different who knows they got to get better in the ring. I will say your time for wins will come, heck I wouldn't be surprised if you beat me cos you've been a high flyer longer than I have so we're in the same spot.
However it does mean I have to remind people I'm here and I'm making sure that I aim to go for my next target which is earning myself a shot for the Adrenaline title because it's the only solos belt other than the SCW World belt I've never had, but I'm aiming to use this match to get better at high flying on top of knowing everything I know already and put them into practice on what I've been working on in this match.
Because like you, I need to improve and get wrestlers to take us seriously, although you know damn well I take you seriously because you are someone that's a major threat to me, especially the comment about me what you said in your second video that I'm a technically able wrestler to have full of momentum to win and I do have momentum a lot and the first time I've truly been excited for quite some time to fight you.
Tomorrow night in Los Angeles, California, we will show the entire world the match everyone has been waiting for and get excited about and I have gone over the top with this match, I admit, but I can't help myself when I'm willing to do anything to get better with the style of wrestling I have to aim on being known as a high flyer wrestler as well as a technical and power wrestler. I'm gonna push you to your limits as you deserve that, but your best isn't gonna be good enough as I will do everything to defeat you on my own and you better stay the hell out of our match Gothfather because if you don't, I'll come down and attack your ass before you know it.
It's going to end with me pinning Owen Cruze and winning the match fair and square after the cheers of the crowd they will give to me and Owen for putting everything into our match and leave the fans talking about you see what Owen did to Konrad, you see what Konrad did to Owen? That's the kind of matches I want with you as we're gonna tear the house down because that's what the match will be like. All I say is good luck and may the best wrestler win.”
