Where The Iceman nickname came from (Part 4.) (Konrad at five years old.) Cologne, Germany. December 1971. (Off Camera)
It was seven in the morning as usual for Konrad as he did the usual things in the mornings before breakfast. Except Konrad learnt a lot from his adventures of playing outside yesterday and he really wanted to tell his parents all about it. Of course, he wanted them to sit at the table with him and he says this while he was dressed to go out to play later today.
Konrad Raab: “Daddy and mummy should sit with me at the table.”
Jens Raab: “Why?”
Konrad Raab: “I learnt something yesterday about this snowy weather.”
Ingrid Raab: “That's great. We will sit at the table with you and talk about it.”
So Konrad goes to sit at the table, being excited as anything to eat breakfast with his parents, even his brother who was allowed to go out and play today as he served up his ban from going outside from being a bully. Markus asks Konrad a question.
Markus Raab: “What's going on?”
Konrad Raab: “I want to tell mummy and daddy what I learnt about snow and ice yesterday.”
Markus Raab: “I bet I already know what you are going to tell them.”
Markus might be someone who learns things far quicker than Konrad does mainly because he never had any problems of interacting with other children and learning about the world, but Konrad's first experience came four days ago when he experienced playing in the snow for the first time and he enjoyed it. He enjoyed every single minute of it and he was excited to go out every day since. Their mum and dad came to the table and ate breakfast as a family.
Jens Raab: “What did you learn yesterday?”
Konrad Raab: “You can play sports in the snow and ice?”
Jens Raab: “Yes son, you can. People do skiing, snowboarding, ski jumping, ice skating and even Ice Hockey. There are many other winter sports out there.”
Konrad Raab: “I want to go and see all of those sports.”
Jens Raab: “You're already experiencing a sport. Snow sleigh is kind of a sport, but without an engine and on a snow jet ski, but what you call those is snowmobiles. I've never watched it, to be honest, but that's going to be a new thing next year.”
Konrad Raab: “I want to see it.”
Markus Raab: “Yes I already know this rubbish.”
His mum gave Markus a slap around his head for being horrible in a way to Konrad, thinking he was slow and didn't know anything about winter sports as she says this.
Ingrid Raab: “That's no way to speak to your brother like that Markus. You should be ashamed of yourself for not allowing Konrad telling us what he's learned. I know you know, but it's good he's learned something.”
Jens Raab: “I mean it's good we're talking as a family and Konrad discussing what he's learned as it's better than him being stuck in his room, playing with cars all day. He's learning new things and is proud of it.”
Konrad Raab: “I want a snow sleigh for Christmas.”
Jens Raab: “You will find out tomorrow.”
Ingrid Raab: “That's right, it's Christmas day tomorrow and we're getting the house ready for Christmas today. You boys go out and have fun with your friends today.”
Konrad finishes his breakfast and immediately steps outside to play, but his friends weren't waiting for him as he goes to Luka's house to see if he was able to play. He was nervous speaking to his parents or rather his mum as he didn't really know why Luka didn't have a dad but it didn't stop him from ringing the doorbell and he waits until his mum opens the door and says this.
Luka's mum: “Hello, you're Konrad, aren't you?”
Konrad Raab: “Yes, can Luka come out and play with me?”
Luka's mum: “Yes, he will be out in a second. He is finishing off his breakfast at the moment.”
The front door in their house was right across the kitchen table as the house was very small, compared to Konrad's house and Luka sees Konrad and waves at him while she closes the door to keep the heat in her home as Konrad stands outside, waiting for Luka, but he also watches the snowdrop on his head and his feet. The snow was heavier than yesterday and then Luka steps out of the door and leaves his house as he says this.
Luka: “Let's go and see how Brock's feeling.”
Konrad Raab: “I hope he is better today.”
Luka: “Me too.”
Konrad Raab: “My daddy and mummy said they are happy I have learned about sports you can play on the ice and snow. Daddy also told me that snow sledging is a sport, but they have engines and on jet skis.”
Luka: “Oh yes, that is a fantastic sport to watch.”
Konrad Raab: “My daddy has never watched it.”
Luka: “Really?”
Konrad Raab: “Yes.”
Luka: “It really is great racing.”
Konrad was certainly learning a lot about his friend who obviously loves snowmobile racing which is why it's explained he has a snow sleigh because he liked it and when they reached to Brock's door, Brock immediately came out and he closes his eyes, feeling the snow on him and Konrad was excited but asks a question.
Konrad Raab: “How are you feeling?”
Brock: “Much better. I heard you two made a new friend yesterday.”
Henri: “Yes me.”
Henri walked in right at this moment as children were running all around, screaming in excitement for Christmas tomorrow and of course, Brock wasn't well yesterday so he wasn't able to come out and he sees Henri for the first time and he shakes hand and Konrad says this.
Konrad Raab: “This is Henri.”
Brock: “Nice to meet you, Henri, I'm Brock.”
Henri: “Yes, Konrad and Luka told me all about you. What happened yesterday?”
Brock: “I woke up and I was being sick everywhere on the floor, but I'm better now. Let's go and have fun in the snow.”
Konrad Raab: “Whooo.”
As they walk to the park where nearly every child was there and once they get there, they start to throw snowballs at one another with lots of laughing and giggling, getting along as friends they were or at least they were kids Konrad knows and knew what he wanted to do when he's older to have fun in the snow all day long without being bored doing so. They also go on the ground and make shapes with their arms and legs.
Konrad Raab: “I like doing this.”
Henri: “Because you are lying on snow?”
Konrad Raab: “Yes and watching the snow fall on me. It is great to watch.”
Of course, Henri, Luka and Brock start to place lots of snow on him, like it was full of sand on the beach and they say this.
Luka: “We will bury Konrad under the snow.”
Brock: “That is a very good idea.”
Henri: “Let's do it.”
As they all followed what Luka was doing and Konrad was giggling because he was having lots of fun to lay in the snow and get buried under it since the snow was very deep so there was plenty of snow where they are and covered Konrad all over, except his head as wasn't able to move anymore and he still laughed and giggled from being covered and he says this.
Konrad Raab: “I want to sleep here tonight.”
Luka: “But if you do that, you will miss the presents tomorrow.”
Konrad Raab: “Yes, daddy and mummy are decorating the house all day.”
Brock: “My parents said the same too. Your house looks nice Luka and is ready for Christmas.”
Luka: “My mummy did it yesterday.”
Henri: “Sadly, you cannot sleep here tonight. It is not allowed.”
Konrad was disappointed hearing that as he really wanted to sleep in the freezing cold weather instead of being at home all the time, but he understands as Henri, Luka and Brock all uncover Konrad from the snow and took them a while for Konrad to be completely uncovered and now says this.
Konrad Raab: “I want to bury someone.”
Brock: “Yes, let's bury Henri in the snow.”
Henri goes on the snow and they all start placing snow everywhere on Henri as Luka tells Konrad something about the whole thing.
Luka: “Cover everything, but his head as he needs to breathe.”
This was something Konrad obeyed by as he was still laughing with having lots of fun with his friends as he was really enjoying today as although the other kids got excited for Christmas, Konrad was excited to play with snow every single day since he jumped outside for the first time four days ago that wasn't him trapped in his bedroom, playing cars all day. They got Luka completely covered for a little bit before they uncovered him again and they end up throwing snowballs at one another for a bit. Of course, Luka went back to his home to get something. A few minutes later, he brings out his snow sleigh as the other three boys went home to get the same thing as Konrad speaks.
Konrad Raab: “I cannot wait to get myself a snow sleigh tomorrow.”
Luka: “It's a lot of fun, I tell you. You can use mine for today.”
Brock and Henri got their sleighs and went down the hill with the other children. Konrad looks over to his brother who again was picking on somebody and shakes his head with Markus causing problems again and he says this.
Konrad Raab: “When will my brother learn to play?”
Brock: “Wait, that big guy over there is your brother?”
Konrad Raab: “Yes, my twin brother Markus.”
Henri: “He does not seem like a very nice person picking on another young kid.”
Konrad Raab: “He picks on me sometimes and my parents told him off. He was not allowed to play yesterday, but I do not care if he gets in trouble again. Let's continue to play.”
They play sliding in the snow with their snow sleighs until the bell from the church rang six times for everyone to come back in, but problem was Konrad wanted to stay out as he waved goodbye to his friends who all went in the house, but Markus saw him and he says this while Konrad builds a snowman.
Markus Raab: “Come on, remember what daddy said?”
Konrad Raab: “Yes, but I want to play longer.”
Markus Raab: “Let's go home.”
Markus dragged Konrad's arm all the way home despite him causing problems with another kid today as they went inside and saw all the Christmas decorations and the Christmas tree is up. It was all ready for tomorrow as they all sat at the table, eating dinner, talking about Christmas as Konrad gets excited to say this.
Konrad Raab: “Hope Santa gets me a nice Snow sleigh tomorrow.”
Markus Raab: “Be quiet. I want boxing gloves to punch people out.”
Jens Raab: “You won't be getting anything if you speak to your brother like that again. Now eat your dinner.”
It went quiet from there as they ate dinner at the table like a family they are and Konrad was all excited for Christmas, thinking nothing, but getting the snow sleigh for Christmas as he finishes his dinner and he says this.
Konrad Raab: “I want to give Santa biscuits and milk.”
Markus Raab: “And a carrot for the reindeer.”
Jens and Ingrid get things out of the cupboard and Konrad went to the fridge to pour out some milk in the glass and he takes it over to the fireplace and places it there, while Markus gets a carrot out of the fridge and then places biscuits on the plate before taking it over to where Santa will come through the roof with presents. Of course, it meant they were going to bed early tonight as Konrad and Markus ran upstairs to place their pyjamas on and Jens comes in and reads both Konrad and Markus a bedtime story and they get put to bed to sleep, wondering if they'll receive their boxing gloves and a snow sleigh tomorrow morning on Christmas day.

Mentality talks after the Owen Cruze loss. Anaheim, California. Saturday 5th May. (Off Camera)
Konrad was home for the first time in a few weeks since he's been wrestling none stop since one of the companies that changed their shows to Fridays wasn't on this week so he was able to be home for a little bit, problem was that he came home after a loss with the Owen Cruze match he had and of course, he only found out just a few hours ago that he's one of the nominees for the chance to go for the one title he's been chasing for almost a year, Adrenaline title.
Another problem was that his mind was very low, even beating himself up very badly on twitter which luckily nobody in SCW noticed his low mood for the whole thing and of course, it left Fizz saying that she was going to help him a bit to improve his mentality which was full of he couldn't do it and didn't deserve it and this was something Fizz needed to point out at home as he came home to sit on the sofa after coming home from doing gym work and she speaks, knowing this had to be addressed quickly.
Fizz Raab: “For goodness sake Konrad, I'm sick of you beating yourself up all the time.
Konrad Raab: “What's the point? How can I motivate myself to win the Adrenaline title if I keep losing time and time again?”
Fizz Raab: “You pick yourself back up and try and try again until you get that win. The only thing that's stopping you from winning is you. You are stopping yourself from your negative attitude. If Owen Cruze can spot that, why can't you?”
Konrad Raab: “So I go and say I beat Cruze? So I actually won that match? OK, good point Fizz.”
Once again, it was sarcasm coming from Konrad as he was usually quite sarcastic when it comes to things like that and knew he'd be bullshitting himself if he said he won which he knew he didn't. Fizz shook her head and admits something of her wrestling past that she hasn't really quite told Konrad about.
Fizz Raab: “When I wrestled, I was very arrogant and although you're very different in that and you actually fear of being arrogant and having an ego, I didn't and you see, that's why I'm here with loads of titles under my name. I didn't care if I knew I'd lose, I never allowed anybody getting me down. Just imagine today the wrestling business was like in my day when there was no twitter or anything?”
Konrad Raab: “Things would be better.”
Fizz Raab: “I agree. Point is you have to believe in yourself, no matter how scared you are of doing so because of your past. I get that, but Andrew isn't taking you seriously as he does with Owen and Dylan and that's because of them being motivated. Here's something you should say, there's one thing you've done and they haven't, beating Andrew in a match. If that's not motivation enough, I don't know what is.”
Konrad Raab: “I said what I said about people not giving a shit about my win against Andrew. It doesn't mean anything anymore.”
Fizz could see his point, it was way before Andrew Raynes was a champion that he defeated him in his early run of being in SCW and on top of that on Konrad taking part in the rumble which he still hasn't talked about, but Blake told her that she should wait until he's ready to talk about it and that discussion was done for now.
Fizz Raab: “I can see why Andrew didn't talk about you with your negative attitude. Babe, you know it's having a negative impact on your kids by doing all of this, right?”
Konrad Raab: “No.”
Fizz Raab: “Why do you think Mattheus doesn't win every single race? It's because he doesn't have mentality sometimes, but he picks himself back up and gets better by winning because he's far more positive than you. I think honestly, you need to learn from Mattheus.”
Konrad Raab: “Wrestling is a far different beast from motocross racing. It's easy to forget about being in what position he was in the race and get better. It's not like that with wrestling. A loss is a loss and sometimes, you can't bounce back and get better.”
Fizz at this point in time felt like beating Konrad up, but she couldn't because of being pregnant and she sees his insecurities big time as he was never positive about any loss he gets and it may have affected him and she knew it hit him very hard with Owen giving Konrad constructive criticism and knowing she wanted to help him improve on it that he needs to do very badly and she says this.
Fizz Raab: “I do think you don't have alone time at all with yourself. I know you hate it and you're afraid of being isolated, but it's one of the only ways to feel confident and have self-esteem. I love you, you know that.”
Konrad Raab: “I know, but I need to think of a way how to be mentally stronger and I don't know where, to begin with, that.”
Fizz Raab: “I will read up things over the net the next two days and see if I can help because I know there are things you aren't doing that you should. All the gym work you do is not gonna cut it. You have to be alone, you have to feel you can do it because it's the thing you have to do to be champion. How do you think Owen beat you? He didn't beat himself down, did he?”
Konrad Raab: “I don't even know how he's positive about losing and being attacked. It's just difficu.........”
Fizz Raab: “No it's not, you just got to believe in yourself. You have to.”
Fizz also knew another thing that why Konrad was snapping like crazy as of late, medication. He hasn't taken his weed medication for quite some time and she mentions it while Konrad takes a long think on how to improve his mentality.
Fizz Raab: “You haven't taken your medication, have you?”
Konrad Raab: “No.”
Fizz Raab: “You don't have time?”
Konrad Raab: “Yes.”
Fizz Raab: “You wonder why you snapped at me and your mum. There's your answer. So after we've had this discussion, you go downstairs to your basement and smoke weed because right now, you need that, especially in your upcoming match potentially against Andrew Raynes. I will go online and figure something out for you.”
However, despite the loss and despite what's going on twitter, Konrad in his head smirked a little bit on something that could very well be a start to motivating himself as he says this to Fizz on something he thought of on top of his head.
Konrad Raab: “I'm actually OK with Andrew Raynes doubting me and why I say that? Because he's gonna look so stupid when he realizes he forgot about me and I'll throw him off his ballgame again and this time I'll capture the Adrenaline title away from him.”
Fizz Raab: “Yeah and it'll be pretty funny when you're selected by the fans to take part in the match and Andrew overlooking you for you to cost him the match. See, there's one piece of motivation already as well. I do think you should remember the win and also the extreme amount of work as well to change your wrestling style. What has Andrew done with his title reign since he became champion?”
Konrad Raab: “Shit, you're right, how can I forget about his lacklustre reign of a belt? Yeah, I do see where you're coming from. The only people he's defended the belt against are Bill Barnhart and Gable Winchester and to be fair, Gable is a miss or hit and Bill is just a punk ass rookie who I've beaten before as well, the same way as how Andrew got his title match. I noticed he hasn't done much at all.”
Fizz Raab: “Fact is he's only wrestled when he's forced to put the title on the line. He's never gone out his way to make something of it. You see babe, you have no problems with your confidence. Now I say you go downstairs and take your medication while I go online and figure out a way to help you be mentally stronger.”
Konrad nods as he kisses Fizz on her lips passionately before he goes downstairs, while Fizz slowly walks upstairs to the office room where she went to look up mentality training for wrestlers as she found a lot of info for him, while Konrad, on the other hand, was in the basement, doing the one thing he missed, smoking weed.
He had to be careful not to go over the top because of an early travel to Japan tomorrow but ended up smoking three joints and he looked at the mirror, smiling because of being better. After he's done that, he went out of his basement and went upstairs to Fizz and kisses her again before she forces his hands on her stomach for a little bit before he goes off to sleep to catch his flight to Tokyo early in the morning.
Eight hours after he was on the plane to Tokyo, he received a DM message on twitter which was unusual for him while being on the plane, but he pulled his phone from the plane pockets and opens up twitter which he sees it's from his wife and she states this to him.
Fizz Raab to Konrad Raab: I put something in your hand luggage as I feel you don't do this at all. Check it out.
Konrad Raab to Fizz Raab: Did you? I have a look in there now.
Konrad goes through his hand luggage which took him a while and he finds a small player in his bag. It seems like when he turned it on, there were pictures of CD covers of songs sliding left as he DM's Fizz back with this.
Konrad Raab to Fizz Raab: Music player? What's that about?
Fizz Raab to Konrad Raab: It's for your mentality and apart of your new workout routine. I put music on there you like and what songs suit you for certain matches. Let's say it's a gift from me. You got a charger and everything with it.
Konrad Raab to Fizz Raab: Thank you. You're right, I never listen to music if at all. Nice secret present.
Fizz Raab to Konrad Raab: It will help you mentally prepare for matches babe. Yeah, you don't and should do it more often.
Which at that point, Konrad places them over his ears and presses play as he didn't have a single clue what music was on his I-Pod so he closes his eyes and falls asleep while listening to music as it was eleven at night American time. He wakes up and still realizes the music player was still going as he already felt the power the tool had and make do his business on the plane until he got off and got a taxi to his apartment as he didn't need to stay in a hotel, especially when the arena was thirty to forty minutes away from Tokyo so it's one of those times where Konrad didn't need much money for anything. He lays on the sofa for a bit and listening to music again throughout the day.
-----------------------------------------------------
An unexpected family visitor. Tokyo, Japan. Tuesday 8th May. (Off camera)
It was an early morning rise for Konrad as he wasn't at his apartment, he was out for a run in the streets with his headphones in his ears, working on being mentally prepared for the potential match against Andrew Raynes who at this point was cutting off every single thing about human interaction as from today just to focus on being ready for Andrew should he get selected for the Adrenaline title match. It's something he's wanted ever since August and it's always been a target he's always targeted for, especially the amount of weight cut he did and even evolving himself to be a high flyer because of his boredom with being in the Heavyweight division.
He continues running for five more miles, doing a bit of punching on the way since one of the songs was a boxing-related song. He hadn't once mentioned or even thought about the rumble match mainly because he was more or less focused on fighting Andrew on top of what everyone thought his lack of interest in the Rumble match.
After running five miles, he ran straight home, still listening to music as his new workout routine on top of mentally training himself, knowing it was the right thing to do as he needed time alone, he needed to gather his own thoughts about positivity and self-confidence that he seriously lacked from the tweets he did the other day. Little does he know however was when he ran to his apartment, there was a masked man waiting outside as Konrad took his earphones off and says this.
Konrad Raab: “Markus?”
Markus Raab: “That's me.”
Konrad Raab: “What you doing here?”
At first, Markus doesn't say anything other than giving each other a hug with Konrad being in shock to see his brother here, despite wanting to cut off any interaction with humans, but this was something he couldn't avoid, especially it was obviously something urgent as Markus sees Konrad being normal, but he still needed to talk to him as he speaks.
Markus Raab: “We'll talk inside.”
Konrad nods as he turns his I-Pod off and puts it in his pocket as he gets his keys to his apartment out of there and places the key in the door and they walk into the apartment as of course, Lord Raab's only been in the apartment once since Konrad brought the place and a lot has changed since he last went there as Konrad had a question to ask as they sat on the sofa.
Konrad Raab: “How do you know I was in Japan?”
Markus Raab: “Word gets around. Not from Fizz or anybody in our family. Just heard things, that's all.”
Konrad Raab: “OK so you surprised me after I was trying to mentally train myself, but what are you doing here?”
Markus Raab: “I get straight down to it, what the fuck's going on with you lately?”
Konrad Raab: “What?”
Markus Raab: “You snapping at Fizz, our mum and most importantly, the other company. Seriously, Konrad, you have lost who the fuck you are.”
Konrad Raab: “Trust me, these last few months have been extremely tough on me. That wasn't me who did those things to Fizz and our mum. It was somebody else and I don't remember doing those things either until they told me.”
Markus is already aware of Konrad's mental condition of him having Dissociative identity disorder and although it was the past, Markus wished he got there earlier but was busy dealing with other things with his son and he still missed one of the points of what Markus told him as he brings it up as a recent discovery.
Markus Raab: “What about shitting on the company? I mean it can't be as bad as the place I'm in.”
Konrad Raab: “Sadly Markus, it is far worse than the company your in. At least wrestlers there don't treat the sport like a damn joke it is and being nothing more than an entertainment circus with women showing their tits and underwear off and spanking each other in matches too. There's also no competition there for me whatsoever on top of champions not giving a shit about their belts.”
Markus Raab: “Wow, that's what you call a shit company. Seriously though I admire you for standing up for everything wrong with them. You do need to call out bullshit on things sometimes and yeah, I have to agree with you, they are doing everything wrong.”
Konrad Raab: “That's why I signed with another company because I know I'll get more than enough competition there and most importantly, they are a real wrestling company who have wrestlers taking the sport seriously.”
It was something Markus had been waiting for Konrad to do for a very long time, to stand up for his morals with the wrestling business and wasn't something Konrad liked or even wanted to do, but he had to just down to how serious he takes to the wrestling business and at least that's solved one problem and Markus says this.
Markus Raab: “While I see you being alright today, why on earth were you running with headphones on?”
Konrad Raab: “I'll be honest with you. Owen Cruze gave me some really constructive criticism lately about my mind being the biggest demon that's hunting me. This music player has helped me a lot to help me mentally prepare for big matches like the one I have tomorrow night.”
Markus Raab: “That's another thing I'm here for as well. You need to stop the negativity crap dude. I mean me, Samuel and Kieran have every right to be negative about our opponents, but there's a difference between that and negativity on yourself.”
Konrad Raab: “Which is why I'm isolating myself away from everyone, including Fizz because I need to be focused on nothing, but Andrew Raynes. I could go for the Adrenaline title if fans select me to wrestle tomorrow night. I've been listening to music because Fizz said it'll help me mentally prepare for matches better.”
Markus nodded as he knew he was allowed to help himself to a drink in the fridge which it seems there's plenty of bottles of water in the fridge as it was obvious Konrad was strict on being healthy and he takes a sip of it as so does Konrad after Markus gave him one after the run he went on for almost two hours early in the morning and still wanted to go to the gym later today as well as going to watch a Japan wrestling show.
Markus Raab: “She isn't wrong, I admit that's a very good strategy and I didn't know you were mentally training for that, but the point is you needed me here. You need me to beat the living shit out of you because honestly, that punk your potentially facing is an angry son of a bitch on top of wanting to smash your head for your lack of self-confidence.”
Konrad Raab: “I'm afraid of that. You know damn well I hate being arrogant and full of myself. It's not who I am.”
Markus Raab: “That's why I've won more titles than you because boost how great I am as self-confidence and you need to learn that quickly. You can beat Andrew and you think he's gonna play fair? Fuck no because he's a hypocritical fucking bitch.”
Konrad Raab: “I'm aware of that because I beat him before.”
To Markus, that was the silver button, Konrad had defeated Andrew before and he knows from hearing rumours that Konrad was using Andrew's doubts about him being a potential title contender was also a sign of motivation as well. Of course, things had gotten better since Sunday over the last few days of Konrad being pretty positive, but Markus still needed to show him as he speaks.
Markus Raab: “Let's go to a local wrestling gym cos you need a lesson in preventing someone being angry at you.”
Konrad nodded as it's good to see Markus here, even if he didn't even ask for him or from Fizz, but knowing his resources to get to Konrad from his own head most likely Konrad thought since he wouldn't use a computer, unless it was to help Callum with his homework would be the only time Markus would use a computer. They left Konrad's apartment after making sure Konrad has his keys and his I-Pod placed in his pocket and head towards the wrestling school that has a wrestling ring in the middle of the hall. After Konrad placed his I-Pod and his apartment keys on the floor, he and Markus got in the wrestling ring and Lord Raab aggressively beats the living hell out of Konrad, not as a punishment like he would with Samuel and Kieran, but a beating to get Konrad mentally stronger.
Konrad gets dominated by Markus, the problem was he doesn't see any attempt from Konrad to fight him back as he shakes his head with Konrad says this.
Konrad Raab: “What's with the shake of the head?”
Lord Raab: “You not fighting back is the issue. This is your mental training with me kicking your ass. What you gonna do if you're facing Andrew Raynes for the title right now, you allow him to kick your ass like this to retain his Adrenaline title or you'll grab your fucking balls and beat the shit out of him to win the title. What's it going to be, brother?”
This completely woke Konrad up as although, he didn't like being angry when he was The Iceman side, he didn't have a choice in the matter as he went to beat down Markus like he was Andrew Raynes right now with Markus having a smirk on his face, smiling that Konrad was doing some serious damage, even him doing some high flying moves which were something Markus hadn't seen from his brother before, but it was also the case of the Adrenaline title involved as well as Markus says this while Konrad beating and punching him down.
Markus Raab: “That's it, you show Andrew you aren't to be fucking doubted and I know you want him to continue doubting you to make himself look fucking stupid when your selected, but he also knows not to overlook you ever again, especially when you beat the cunt once again, but this time you'll be champion for it.”
Konrad Raab: “Yes.”
Markus Raab: “He's done jack shit with the title, he's barely had any title defences apart from two people and they weren't impressive, to say the least. You're mentally getting stronger, this is gonna be the reason you win the title tomorrow.”
Konrad does nothing, but unleashing the power of his mentality into a major positive by beating the hell out of his brother until there's another thing Markus hadn't experienced before, something not really seen yet in SCW, his new finisher which was named the same and the move, except it was a handspring version of it to fit in the Junior Heavyweight or in this case, Adrenaline wrestling style which he learns more from Konrad than Konrad does with Markus as he pats him on the back with pure aggression he showed on top of being a high flying wrestler. They took a seat in the ring and Markus speaks.
Markus Raab: “I'd never thought I'd see my brother evolved into this high flyer.”
Konrad Raab: “Been working a lot on it lately. Speaking of that, one of your trainees has been helping me out with a few moves in your headquarters.”
Markus Raab: “Riley told me. He talked how different you and I are in and out of training. He said you kept getting the shooting star press wrong, but got it right in the end. He's a good kid and I paid him extra for that.”
Konrad Raab: “You did?”
Markus Raab: “Yeah because it was a nice thing he did. Anyway, I think you know what you have to say and do tomorrow, don't you?”
Konrad Raab: “I do and I'm gonna win the title away from Andrew because I've been waiting for this opportunity for nearly a whole year and it's not going to waste. It's not going to waste the extra hours I've put in to evolve myself in this division and I'm gonna get better.”
At this point, the work was done for Markus as he sees a very confident Konrad of knowing where he was going wrong in his career and Konrad leaves the ring and picks up his keys and his I-Pod to head straight towards the gym to do another three hours of workout with the weights and peddling on a bike before punching a bag. He went home to his apartment in Japan and decides to get something to eat before going to watch a Japan wrestling show and then coming home afterwards by going straight to his room and going off to sleep before the next day of potentially being an Adrenaline champion.

“That's the question of the day because I'm one of the three people asides from Owen and Dylan who could be facing Andrew Raynes for the Adrenaline title. I might've been the quietest guy out of all of my opponents because what I've been working on is getting better mentally as thanks to the constructive feedback I got from him. I even put myself down after the loss against Owen because, at the time, I didn't even think I'd be able to come back from the loss.
Let's talk about my quest for the Adrenaline title shot. Ever since August, I've been on a mission to get myself a chance to go for the Adrenaline title and why? Because I wanted to try something new on evolving myself to be known more than just a heavyweight wrestler, I wanted to be a high flyer which is something you rarely ever see German wrestlers do and I don't really know why so of course, I have to be mentally prepared for this match, especially a guy I've beaten in the ring before.
Isn't that right Andrew, you know the win I got you claim was pointless? The win I got that meant nothing? I had to be beaten over the damn head with that because it's one of the main parts of motivation I have right now along with the other thing that may go against you and you're quite silly to do this, doubting me. I've seen the tweets you've done to Dylan and Owen about how you view them as a threat and you know why I didn't get involved?
Because the more you doubt me as a threat, the better it will be for me to capture the win. I know the things you've even been saying towards Gable Winchester lately, calling him a hypocrite and a coward for what he did but you're the biggest hypocrite and coward there is out there, considering you flat out said if you won the Trios tournament, you would've cashed in your contract for the title match as well. You went out and said he never deserved his shot for the title. Funny because I don't call winning two matches over Dylan deserving a title shot at all, far from it as you gave a cheap shot to other wrestlers to climb the ranks to get the Adrenaline title all because you felt it's been disrespected.
You've barely shown any commitment for your Adrenaline title and that's the one thing that will change when I become champion that the title will be defended every single time I step into the ring because unlike you, I'm not scared to defend the title each time I'm in the ring, showing pride, honour and prestige you're ruining with the belt.
You may have backed up on beating people, but you haven't backed up a single thing of being a great champion. The last time you wrestled was against Gable for the Adrenaline title at the PPV. You've barely had any title defences apart from him and Bill Barnhart and they weren't impressive ones either since you were forced to defend the belt instead of wanting to defend it. You've had it easy for too long and it's about time someone would beat the snot out of you as you truly deserve it.
I've put in a ton of work to improve in the ring to get better and placing myself in this division, heck I was absolutely gutted when I couldn't compete for the end of year battle royal because of other commitments I had, especially the amount of hard work I've put in to get here. I've worked and earned this chance to face you for the belt and I know you think I won't face you, you proved that, but what you've done is mentally giving me the strength to throw you off your ballgame once again.
Apart from Owen who hasn't faced you in a match yet, out of the two people of me and Dylan you've faced, you've never beaten me in the ring so I can truly say I'm very much deserving of your title because of beating you in the past. I can't wait to get in the ring with you, showing how much I've improved which is the major factor in this match.
I've already gotten over the loss I had with Owen, but at least he'd be deserving to face you too because he's beaten me. Dylan I know is motivated to defeat you in the ring because of what you did to him and yes, Dylan's done things that are questionable, to say the least, but at least he showed pride for the Adrenaline title and most importantly, at least he earned it by winning the rumble.
I will show you what an honourable wrestler I will be when you and me step into the ring tomorrow night in my resident country of Japan since I live here as well as in Anaheim California and Cologne, Germany to beat you down for the count, placing ice cubes in your mouth to do everything I've been training for the last few days with all the psychical and mental work to beat you down with pure aggression because of how badly I really need and want to win the Adrenaline title.
I will deliver on everything if you fans vote for me tomorrow night as I will push Andrew Raynes to his limits to a point I'll throw off his plan of facing Dylan and Owen shatter to pieces for him to take me as a threat. I do view you as a threat because you have been undefeated since you won the belt, can't deny that, but that's about it as far as giving you credit goes as what I said earlier. You come at me angry?
I will as well and you aren't gonna like it because I'm bringing my complete A game to our match and wrestling for fans who have the most respect for what we do in our business and that's why it's important I bring everything I have towards you Andrew and do everything possible to pin you for the three count in the middle of the ring and having my hand raised here in Japan. Tomorrow night, you'll prepare yourself to be Iceinated by the new Adrenaline champion if I'm selected and I wish Owen Cruze and Dylan Howell the best of luck if they are selected and I'd be happy for them as well. See you all tomorrow.”

Will I be selected to face against Andrew Raynes for the Adrenaline title or not? Youtube.com shoot (On Camera)
