Mental training day two. Orlando, Florida. Sunday 10th June. (Off Camera)
It was another day to rise after the alarms go off at six in the morning and Konrad was still exhausted from the amount of training he did yesterday and his gym time was very short cos of the curfew being at eleven at night. He woke up and rubbed his eyes before he places his teddy in his bed and goes to the bathroom to sort himself out before he gets himself changed and goes to sit down on the desk which every guy he shared a room with had each desk to themselves to write their diary about what they did yesterday and how they felt.
It took Konrad half an hour to write in his diary and although they were meant to go for breakfast, the other three guys who were in the room for him decide to wait for him. Once he was done, they go to the large dining hall and Konrad smiled because he thought him and the three other guys he shared a room with were the only ones struggling with themselves mentally, but it wasn't the case as he began to feel good to know there's at least fifty lads in the same position as him and maybe some who understand Konrad's struggles.
Nothing they were provided to eat were unhealthy as it was a complete Athletes breakfast with eggs, two pieces of fruit, nuts, wholemeal bread, peanut butter and a whole fruit drink that's made from pure fruits and already, it was all the stuff Konrad was used to eating, but only the food was better. The caterers were well aware of Konrad's vegetarian diet. Once breakfast was up, they all head back to their rooms to socialise with one another as they don't train until three hours after they've eaten. Konrad got invited to play a game with his room-mates known as UNO for an hour before playing monopoly.
During the game, the alarm went off again as they quickly packed the game away and went, but the Mexican lad still sees Konrad sitting there with, of course, not knowing anything as to what's going on and he says this.
Mexican lad: “Oh, that alarm signals it's time to do some training.”
Konrad really didn't feel like training at all after the struggles he went through yesterday, but one thing that's different compared to yesterday he had support and was with the other kids or grown men his age to do the tasks they were going to do with mental training. The coach saw once again Konrad's struggling and he already wanted to walk away during the one-legged squats.
Peter Lawley: “No, you can't give up, you'll never be able to handle the amount of pressure you're in. Do you want to be an SCW Champion?”
Konrad Raab: “Yes.”
Peter Lawley: “Then get your ass back there and continue to do the stuff you're told to do.”
Konrad did just that as after taking a sip of water, he had to put up with this hell he's going through, being so uncomfortable being here, but knew at the same time, he was the one who asked for help, he knew he wanted to get mentally stronger, training his brain to do things beyond his capabilities. Peter was frustrated because he knew Konrad could do the stuff he's doing with the dumbbells, but his body language says everything and it was only a matter of time when one of the lads took the mickey out of him.
Bully: “You're fucking weak. You're not a wrestler, you're a joke.”
Instead of ignoring it, Konrad stopped and chased down the bully in the gym and went to lay some punches in that were pretty vicious and it took a few coaches to hold Konrad and the bully who was bigger than Konrad back as Peter saw the other side to Konrad that he also wasn't very good at taking insults well as he says this.
Peter Lawley: “We don't tolerate violence in this gym.”
Konrad Raab: “What, you expect me to take shit from him?”
Peter Lawley: “I expect you to ignore him and continue with your task. In life, people aren't always going to like you and you have to take shit sometimes. You have to not overreact to stuff like that. Get back to work.”
As Konrad did as he has been told many times by fellow wrestlers to ignore crap said about him and to live his own life, problem was it's such a hard thing for him to do as he wasn't good at taking insults and it might be something he knows that could very well be apart of his training asides from gym work. He's been told to do the same as what he did in the five-hour session he had which was nearly all of it.
After the morning hell of mental training, everyone was told to leave to have lunch, but the bully went up to Konrad and he says this
Bully: “Things are only gonna get worse for you because I will continue to take the piss out of you cos you're fucking easy. Enjoy your time here, punk.”
This really has gotten Konrad worried that not only he was dealing with enough shit he was taking in SCW, but now has a man wanting to bully him with his words too. The bully made kissing noises which signals you're my bitch to Konrad which he lipped sink those words as once again, Konrad chased after him and speared him down, putting punches in before he swore at him and then the bully gave Konrad a beat down before the staff came right in and pulled the both of them apart as it was clear as day Konrad needed a lot of work as he was granting to pound the bully even more with Peter telling Konrad this.
Peter Lawley: “Stop it right now.”
Konrad Raab: “I'm not gonna stand there and take shit from anybody.”
Peter Lawley: “That's the reason why you're here so you can work on that and if you continue to be violent with someone here, you'll be suspended from training for a day.”
Konrad Raab: “I'm not good at taking insults.”
Peter Lawley: “I can tell and I can also tell it's hurting you inside as you're crying. Justin's an asshole and the only reason he picks on you is that you're very easy to make you break. He spotted that and that's something you have to learn to tackle.”
Konrad Raab: “How the fuck do I? It's bad enough I get picked on by SCW wrestlers all the time.”
Peter Lawley: “That's why tomorrow, there's going to be a session where you learn how to take shit like this in the wrestling ring, in a set up that's not made by your social media accounts so you learn how to tackle it. Go and have your lunch.”
Konrad screamed that he was being in trouble because of Justin since he found out the bully's name that he was only reacting to something he was meant to do. It's just something he just cannot take at all as he left and once again goes into the large dining area to pick out once again lunch made especially for wrestlers around and the caterers pick out special lunch for Konrad because of his diet. After that, they were told to write in their diary of what they did in the morning which Konrad did and then he goes to lie on his bed in tears. The other lads see him being upset, basically hiding from everyone.
Dark lad: “I know this place is hard, even for us, but you'll get used to it in no time. It took me four days to get used to the training here.”
Konrad turned around to the guy and he says this.
Konrad Raab: “I'm sick and tired of being taken the piss out of. Everywhere I fucking go, I get told I'm weak, I'm a pussy, I'm a joke. Then Justin comes and picks on me for the stuff I always have trouble taking insults from other wrestlers in SCW. I can't handle it.”
Mexican guy: “Thing is we all get picked on around here, heck I had a guy who nearly crushed me with the weights because he hates me, but you need to learn to not overreact to it and not cause violence.”
Konrad Raab: “I'm just sick of it though. You guys have no clue the amount of shit I've gone through in SCW, heck I've almost committed suicide over it, but because of my wife and my kids, I've not gone through with it. I got myself drunk straight after the loss I had against Andrew Raynes because of how devastated I was to lose the Adrenaline title to him.”
There was another white guy in the room who only joined yesterday and had to get to training right away came to him and said this.
White guy in his twenties: “Well, you're already tough for not committing suicide so you must in some way been able to take it but all of us have to figure out how to take the insults and be a bigger man than being little boys to dish insults back, including beating them for it.”
Dark Lad: “He's right, we are all here for a reason, we all are struggling. Let's play snakes and ladders for a bit, alright. I think we also need to introduce ourselves. Of course, we know you as Konrad cos you're a wrestling star on TV. I'm Dwayne.”
Mexican guy: “I'm Juan.”
White guy in his twenties: “I'm Steven.”
Dwayne: “As for the title loss, it's always a hard thing to take, but getting yourself drunk wasn't a way to cope with it. You learn and pick yourself up from your mistakes and keep trying until you win the belt.”
Konrad Raab: “I'm sick and tired of people saying that to me and each time I do, I fucking fail. I'm a failure at wrestling and a failure at winning titles.”
Of course, they know Konrad's only talking about his struggles in SCW as the other companies weren't relevant and it's gotten him down to a depressive state with tears rolling down on his cheek and the lads can relate to Konrad, but they were pretty shocked to hear Konrad got himself drunk to make himself happy.
Juan: “Maybe you're sick of hearing it, but it's the truth, Konrad. It's true you do pick yourself up and keep trying until you win a title in SCW.”
Steven: “I think you're too nice to be a wrestler and that's another reason too, you're so nice that it's easy for anybody to take an advantage of you and it's low and disgusting. Anyway, let's play monopoly.”
They played a game which of course, they eventually will get some free time later today, but Konrad doesn't know that as they spend time, discussing on their hobbies and what things they like and what people they have in life, many different things they talked about in the three-hour break. Once three hours were up, the alarm goes off and they all head down to do another set of mental toughness training for hours.
Konrad thought he was doing more training in the indoor gym, except it was only going to get harder as it was turning to outdoor training where he stepped out to the large area with many running tracks, outdoor gym and even military equipment that was used in drills and everyone was talking to their coaches separately on what they wanted to do, but Peter knows Konrad won't do that as he says this.
Peter Lawley: “You're going to do one hundred reps on the weight machine and with the dumbbells, you're gonna run one hundred laps around the track, run one hundred laps with bags on your arms and you're certainly going to do one hundred sit and push-ups. I'm going to make life so difficult that you're gonna have balls to complete the mental toughness training. Have a break to drink of course, but you can't say you quit or I give up. You must do it.”
Konrad Raab: “I'm so exhausted.”
Peter Lawley: “I don't care how tired you are, you're gonna do those tasks right now. I know you can do it, it's fighting against your head. Act confident, act like you're not going to take any shit from Justin and most of all, act like you only think and care about yourself. Fuck everyone else around you because you are on your own. Let's go to a private area where it's only just you alone.”
It was obvious that Neil told Peter that Konrad needed to be by himself more than he needed a training partner as he and Peter walked away from everyone and went to the private gym for Konrad to do the things he needed to do, including the running track as he knew it was going to be difficult, but at the same time, needed to be in difficult situations. Once he was given a couple of bottles of water, he starts with doing some reps on the weight machine as the other problem Konrad is gonna face is the weather, the weather in Florida is so hot that it was nearly almost impossible to complete the tasks.
He was struggling to lift up one hundred reps as he breaths really heavily, really almost knocking the wind out of him, but Peter shouted to scream and be angry with the training. Peter knows a lot about Konrad that he never saw him get angry in his Rebellion Pro matches and it was clear the weather was getting hotter so Peter left Konrad to do training by himself and get some more water.
After lifting weights on the weight machine, he places the weight down nicely and took the lid off the cap of water and drinks nearly the whole bottle as he took a bit of a breather before continuing with the same training, with dumbbells this time and walked with them. When Peter got back, he smiled to see Konrad lifting dumbbells while walking as he says this.
Peter Lawley: “Run with them.”
As Konrad does as he feels the sense of how bad even Peter wanted him to be an SCW champion someday and he was building him there. He sees Konrad struggling to complete it, but knows it was a well-deserved battle against his own comfort zone as Peter knew Konrad would be doing the same training as he'd do at home if he had his way, but it was also a whole new learning experience for Konrad to be uncomfortable and he saw it in Konrad as Konrad nearly fell to his knees, but Peter shouts at Konrad to say this.
Peter Lawley: “I know a lot of wrestlers struggle with this task, but I believe in you and you need to believe in yourself because this is what it's all about and that's the reason why you've never been SCW champion cos you never change anything up.”
Konrad got fired up each time Peter mentioned why he's never been SCW champion as he goes to the track and starts to run one hundred laps, only he had to stop midway because he was gasping for a drink as Peter threw one at him and he takes sips of the drink before he got himself going again to run as Peter sees that Konrad was putting in a much better effort than he was yesterday, but still knew Konrad needed a ton of work.
Konrad hated being on his own, but he sure as hell gonna suck up and get used to it because he's beginning to understand that being on his own from time to time without any training partners was actually good because he thought more about himself and Peter knew it would take time for Konrad to work on talking positive about himself, but at least he was getting the tasks down. By six in the evening came around, Konrad had completed all the tasks he's done. He ran out of breath, he was sweaty from head to toe and was sounding exhausted as they took a seat and Peter pats him on the back.
Peter Lawley: “Not many wrestlers have done what you did. I mean I can't blame you for stopping halfway with some bits as of course, you need to drink and take a bit of a break, but you finished it, you really can be mentally tough, just your fighting with your head.”
Konrad Raab: “I still think this is hell.”
Peter Lawley: “It is hell for anybody who's not comfortable with the tasks, but you did finish them, even if it took you longer than it would with most wrestlers, but you showed me that you won the battle today.”
Konrad Raab: “I don't know why.”
Peter Lawley: “I do and that's because you somehow fired, sorry iced yourself up each time I mentioned about you not being SCW champion. Seems like you really want to become SCW champion huh?”
Konrad Raab: “I do anything to get my hands on SCW gold whether that's the main title, US title, Adrenaline title, tag title or even the TV title. I know I've not shown it, but I'm glad someone out there was willing to get me on track.”
Peter smiled at Konrad as it was something he wanted to hear as Peter knows he had been very harsh with Konrad, he knows it and feels bad about it, but he knew he's doing his job properly with being a coach to Konrad and he barely can breathe, but he remembers that when he can't breathe from his mouth, he does it from his nose which was a bit better.
Peter Lawley: “That's exactly what I wanted you to hear. We're done for today and considering you need a break, we're going to do some light training work tomorrow along with the training of taking insults and I don't care what you think, I'm gonna involve Justin into this because you need to learn and figure out how you deal with those insults you get on a consistent bases.”
Konrad Raab: “How do you know?”
Peter Lawley: “I've seen what you've tweeted on twitter, I've seen how you react to Justin today in the gym and that needs work. I'm setting you a task to do some writing tomorrow because this is all about you being a champion and you're nowhere near that goal right now. Go and get something to eat and I'll see you tomorrow.”
Peter picks up his bag and walks away as Konrad does as he holds the door open for Konrad after he got all of his stuff including the bottles and places them in the bottle bin and walks out as he walks very slowly to the dining room to eat the dinner that's prepared for him before they go in their rooms for an hour to write in their diaries of their day of training before the alarm starts as he and Steven stood there, not knowing what it's about and Juan says this.
Juan: “It's social time where you get to meet other guys that are in the course. They have some arcade games there, table tennis, pool table, even a TV to watch films or something cos as you both know, it's far more relaxed than a mental hospital. Let's go.”
Steven: “You only got here yesterday too?”
Konrad Raab: “Actually I got here Wednesday, but the reason I'm behind is because I had to go and wrestle on Fridays due to a tournament to get myself a chance for the Rebellion Pro title if I get enough points and there wasn't a way I could skip matches for that but Neil and Peter know about it as they understood and Peter goes with me to matches but my main reason for being here is for SCW, not Rebellion Pro or any other companies I'm apart of.”
Steven: “Yeah, I understand. Let's go.”
They did as it might not have been the ideal start for Konrad in the mental training course, but he knew more how right Neil was when things will get worse for the better as he couldn't cope the amount of training he'd done in two days. He saw so many things to do, even having internet access to things which was good so Konrad could tweet anything Rebellion Pro gave to him, but nothing was there so he logged out of Twitter and interacted with the other guys there. He sees his room-mates racing against each other with NASCAR Daytona style and then seeing Steven play table tennis.
Konrad goes to play pool by himself at first before someone else joins in, a lad who was almost the same age as Konrad, only a bit younger as for Konrad, it was good to talk to someone who was still apart of the wrestling business and still actively wrestling. Four hours later, the alarm sounded as everyone left the room, but Steven and Konrad didn't know what to do as Dwayne says this.
Dwayne: “Time to go to our rooms to get ourselves to bed.”
Konrad and Steven nodded as they then came to their room to get themselves dressed for bed, although some had a shower which Konrad did straight after training before eating something for dinner as he went through hell today and the guys discussed their day and really still getting to know each other before alarm sounded for the lads to go straight to sleep as Konrad did right away after two hard days of mental toughness training.

TV title discussions. Minneapolis, Minnesota. Tuesday 10th July. (Off Camera)
Who knew on his return to SCW that Konrad would be in the position he's in now? Because it was very unexpected in his mind and even in his mental trainer's mind as well as he was still in the gym after already being in there well over an hour, but the difference is his attitude. Compared to him training in the mental training course, Konrad wasn't fighting against his brain anymore, he was focused to complete the task and only takes a drink when he finishes a certain workout. Of course, he hasn't even seen Jerry yet as he only got here on Monday since it was pointless for him to go home, especially when he isolated himself away from Fizz and everyone around him since yesterday because of his focus on the match.
Suddenly while Konrad was lifting very heavy weights with him yelling in anger not because he was angry about anything but because of the amount of weight there was and that he was using the anger for fuel against Autumn Valentine, Jerry walks into the gym, finding the person he wanted to speak to and he smiles, seeing Konrad workout in the gym as much as he has, being all alone in the gym since he requested to have some gym time alone and Jerry shouts this.
Jerry Flack: “Hello.”
It was a very big gym inside of the hotel and Konrad was across the other side of the room with the weights so he had to walk closer to Konrad to get his attention, but he wanted to stand for a few minutes, seeing how far Konrad was willing to go and it seemed like he was either done or he wanted to do something else which in this case, it was because of doing something else as he was willing to push himself so much.
He was picking up dumbbells and walks all around the room and he nods his head at Jerry, seeing how much training Konrad must've done since he had been training in the gym and it seemed like he's done a lot with how sweaty he was as Konrad went round one hundred times before he takes a quick breather as he wipes sweat off his body and his forehead as he was still suffering from the attack he got from Kordy which was shown in the match against Cassius James as Jerry speaks.
Jerry Flack: “I don't know how long you've been training but it's time to talk about that match.”
Konrad Raab: “To be honest Jerry, I just want to do a couple more hours of training before we talk about it. I don't want to stop mentally training myself.”
Which was something Jerry could accept as he sits in the corner of the room, just watching Konrad pushing himself to do the last few bits before he was done like running quite a lot of miles on the treadmill and then he works on his neck muscles which literally made him yell in anger again because it was a tough workout. Two hours later, he finished up as he took a drink and wiped himself with the towel before Jerry says this.
Jerry Flack: “Ready to talk?”
Konrad Raab: “Yes, let's go to my room.”
Konrad makes sure the gym was tidy and clean as he had another towel to wipe the sweat off with as nobody uses machines with someone's sweat on it and cleaned nearly every single one in there before he leaves the gym with his stuff with him. Jerry clearly wanted to go in the lift and Konrad puts out four fingers to tell him he was on the fourth floor as Konrad wants to run up the stairs to get some extra training out of him.
He runs until he reaches to the fourth floor and stands by the lift to see Jerry already waiting there as he gets the key out of his gym shorts pocket before allowing himself and Jerry into the room and take a seat on the chair with Jerry patting Konrad's back when he sat down and he says this.
Jerry Flack: “Really proud of you for wanting to mentally train yourself.”
Konrad Raab: “Thing is I've not spoken to anybody since Sunday. I've been in and out of the gym, that's all I've done, to be honest. I just had time in the hotel room to watch TV, listening to music to entertain myself.”
Jerry Flack: “Which is a really good way to prepare for the title match. Did you just come here on Monday and do mental training as well?”
Konrad Raab: “Yes.”
Jerry Flack: “You've come such a long way since before you were on the course and even when you were on it. Really see a major change in your attitude to approach matches and most importantly, not dwelling stuff in the past.”
It's true, Konrad hadn't spoken much if anything about the attack he gotten from Kordy at all, nor anything about before his return on issues that have happened, but it was Konrad being a whole new man, the man he truly wanted to be. Sure, he freaked out a little when it came to Kordy giving him a thumb to his throat and could happen again at any time, but he knew if he focused way too much on that, it'll lead to him walking away from Minnesota without the TV title around his waist.
Konrad Raab: “I've forgotten about the past, I even forgot about Dustin and Cassius to be honest because the only thing I've thought and researched a lot about is Autumn Valentine. I've not once got her out of my head for a minute.”
Jerry Flack: “That anger in there, was that apart of you being focused?”
Konrad Raab: “Yes.”
Jerry Flack: “I like it, I like the determination you have for the upcoming match already. You are nothing like the guy who I saw before the Adrenaline title match, you've changed and you act and even sound like you really want to do the match.”
Konrad Raab: “Do the match? No, it's more than that, I want to win the title from Autumn Valentine. I won't lie, Jerry, it's my toughest challenge since I returned from my mental training course. I've never fought her once in SCW, I've never even interacted with her as I've had no reason to, until now. I just can't stop thinking and speaking to myself about winning the TV title.”
Which of course was another big change compared to last week that Konrad wasn't freaking out in a bad way at all. He was calm and collected like a hard block of ice and had so much confidence to know he has belief in himself that even with Autumn's incredible wrestling skills and her achievements being so much higher than Konrad's, he still believed he can win as Jerry says this.
Jerry Flack: “You do look so confident, I mean why wouldn't you be when you're winning two matches in a row in SCW. One thing you've not done though is winning three in a row.”
Konrad Raab: “I don't care what I've not done because me winning an SCW title is going to change. I will capture the title from Autumn because I'm gonna come at her with everything I have in my body to win it. I really want to win, can't you see how crazy I am about winning it?”
Jerry Flack: “Of course you are. It's really good to see this in you. I don't think I've ever seen you be this committed to it.”
Konrad Raab: “I really want to win, I want nothing more than to be the TV champion and defend that belt every single week. Autumn is in the way of it right now and she may not have said anything, but I'm gonna make her aware to view me as a threat.”
Jerry sees the anger in Konrad's face and it was down to how focused he was on the match and the training on top of isolating himself was really working out and it was positive anger than a negative ranting raving anger Jerry has seen in many SCW wrestlers.
Jerry Flack: “Just remember, you need to be consistent with this confidence and don't let it get to your head when you do your video because sure, beating Autumn would be a great record for you to have with the achievements she's had in SCW.”
Konrad Raab: “Yes achievements, of course, are important to remember, but strength is her main weaknesses. I find it funny I go from opponents who have a weakness with speed for two weeks and then going to an opponent who has a weakness with strength this week. I might have stamina issues because of my age, but that won't stop me from capturing the title from Autumn cos I want it badly.”
Jerry Flack: “So you should and I do like this fired up Konrad wanting nothing more than to win the TV title.”
Konrad Raab: “Fired up? No, you got it wrong Jerry, fire does not exist in my world. It's iced up, that's the term I prefer you use thank you.”
Jerry chuckled a bit with the term iced up instead of fired up because of Konrad's nature of being The Iceman and he speaks about it.
Jerry Flack: “Did you ever play with ice as a kid?”
Konrad Raab: “Of course I did, that's why I'm known as The Iceman because you put me in an ice bath, I'll be in there all day and I'll jump in icy pools, swimming in one because that's apart of me I remember from my dad always telling me he saw me happy when I was playing with snow and ice. I have every single drink made out of ice.”
Jerry Flack: “That benefits you to win matches?”
Konrad Raab: “Of course it does because I wouldn't be Iceman if I didn't think it'll benefit me, of course, I could've been called snowman, but that sounded silly for a wrestling name, but I'm just really wanting to win and nothing's stopping me from doing so, not even negative comments from Autumn or rather her manager who's talking for her for some reason or anybody on the SCW roster.”
Jerry sees that Konrad wasn't going to have any issues talking about the match, the iced up eyes say everything about what he's going to say and boy, was he ready to go or what? Of course, Konrad was making himself sweat even more, even if it was positive anger, he had been alone too much, but in a good way for preparation for a title match.
Jerry Flack: “It's so good to hear this confidence as it's also of course down to the task you've got to do, right?”
Konrad Raab: “Of course, but I'm not concerned about anything, but getting inside of a wrestling ring tomorrow night and win the TV title and leave here with the TV title on my waist, waiting for the next opponent to come along and take it from me because I will be champion.”
Jerry Flack: “Good, glad we had this talk and glad I've not had to remind you of anything other than don't get too egotistic with this. You should go and have a shower dude as you're sweating everywhere again. I'll see you when you're ready to do your video for the match. I'm in room 451.”
Jerry leaves Konrad's hotel room to go into his own to allow Konrad to get himself sorted as he knew he needed a shower as he steps into one and washes his own body and hair before he gets another new towel and wipes himself off. He then knew he had to calm down a bit, but he couldn't because he needed to film his video for everyone in SCW to see as he puts some clothes on, even for wrestling as he goes to Jerry and knocks on his door to state he's ready as he gets his laptop set up and ready before going on youtube and press upload video to start talking about the match.
----------------------------------------------------------
TV title is going to be mine and nobody can stop me youtube.com shoot. (Online.)
“I won't deny to say this that although, I'm on a really good run since I've come back, this is my toughest test to date to face against Autumn Valentine who's really been on a roll herself since she defeated Cassidy to lead herself to the TV title match and then beating Sophie to win the SCW TV title along with retaining her title against Katie Steward last week. I know also that she's gonna test beyond my abilities to get myself pushed to my limits to do everything possible to make me lose against her.
She's defeated a lot of top names in the wrestling business and I can't believe the TV title is the first belt she's held after all the years of being in SCW which is longer than me. However, I want to know the reason why you've not been talking about your own matches yourself. I'm not fighting Ryan Watson, I don't want to hear the match talk coming from your manager's mouth, I want to hear your own thoughts, what you think of me as your opponent because as a wrestler, that's what you should do.
I never allowed anybody to talk for me because I know I believe in everything I've said the last two weeks is nothing, but the truth. I've been super confident about this match and why wouldn't I be when I've changed, bringing a new attitude in myself and most importantly, winning my two matches here. I've been training for this moment and I'm angry. Not angry because of wanting to rip your throat out or to rant about things, but because of how focused I am on defeating you.
I know you may not have much to say but I can't deny how important you are as an opponent for me to view you as a threat because of that belt you carry around and you've done a good job so far as a champion, but are you going to see the eyes of every fan in SCW and wrestler in the back to bring back the honour and pride into that title? No, you haven't and that's what I have in me. I do everything possible to promote SCW from competing in one-off events, even if I lose them, it doesn't matter because everyone should know about SCW and should know about how talented you and the rest of the wrestlers are in the back.
I also have enough self confidence and self esteem I've grown so much since I returned to prove the entire world wrong that I can and will take the title away and of course, I got to defeat you with my pure strength, yes strength I've had to work on a lot these few weeks because I'm ready to strike hard right at you Autumn. I'm so iced up and ready to go because I want and need to be SCW TV champion badly and I know it's the hardest one to retain as you got to be a consistent wrestler to get yourself there.
I believe in myself and I believe you don't stand a chance of winning this match because I've had to work on myself on my own and while I have a mental trainer guiding me, he hasn't been needed at all because he knows I've been talking to myself that I want to win the title and to beat you because beating you would be a very big achievement to have on my SCW record and I know Ryan's been talking about being hungry to win matches, but so have I as you can't tell already and I've become a lot more aggressive in the ring as of late so I do have the killer instinct in me.
I prefer to put everything of that in the ring and I will be bringing everything I have towards you Autumn because that's the wrestler I've become and nothing or anybody is going to stop me from winning this match, especially I've only been focused towards this match all week long. I'll defend SCW with honour and pride because this is the longest company I've been with now and I've never given up on it.
I've always put in hard-working effort each and every week because I want people to look at me in a whole new way of seeing him as a confident, believing in himself a lot more and self-esteem to work on everything I've done since I took time out from SCW to be built into a future SCW champion I know I will be tomorrow night.
I will throw you around with my strength so badly that it will help me to capture the win of our match. I have that confidence in me to do so. I don't know about your confidence without Ryan Watson speaking for you for some reason, but you continue like this, I will be walking away tomorrow night from Minneapolis, Minnesota with not only another win on my record but the TV title around my waist.
I will see myself as champion because that's all I've been thinking about, it's all I've dreamt about because I've earned this match. Go ahead Autumn or Ryan, talk about my past, talk about all the bad things I've done because the fact is, I don't give a damn as there's nothing you can say anything bad about me with what I've done since my return and nobody will ever put me down in or out of the ring again, rather I will and you'll see for yourself tomorrow night when the crystal ice belt comes to me.
I want to see you try to win the match without your manager out there to help you win because I want to face you on my own and beat you without extra advantages and even when I beat you with the extra advantage, I'd still overcome one of the toughest wrestlers in SCW history and become champion for it. Tomorrow night, the world will see The Iceman become champion after pinning Autumn's arms down for the three count and have my arm and title raised in the air to win the TV belt and be ready for challenges that await for me. Prepared to be Iceinated by the new TV champion.”
