Mental training day three. Orlando, Florida. Monday 11th June. (Off Camera)
Another day comes regarding his mental training course as it was getting harder for Konrad to get up at six in the morning because of the amount of training he had been doing, but he had noticed Steven suffering from the same effects as well. Juan and Dwayne, however, were very much used to the environment now as they've been there more than a week, although Juan has been on the course a couple of weeks longer than Dwayne. They both see Steven and Konrad struggling to get up, and Juan says this to Konrad and Steven.
Juan: “I know you guys aren't used to it, but it'll get easier trust me. I was struggling like yourselves when I came here, I got used to it, and I don't feel the struggle to get up. By next week, you guys will be used to it.”
Konrad and Steven take his word for it since they were still trying to get used to the mental training course system, although they both knew it was much better for them as they wouldn't get this sort of training anywhere else, although Konrad was missing his wife and his kids a lot as he shy's away from his mood until he's ready to say this.
Konrad Raab: “I miss my wife and kids so much.”
Dwayne: “I do as well, but it so happens that today, you get the chance to speak to them. Every Monday's, we have opportunities to talk to our loved ones, family members and friends via phone calls.”
Juan: “It's true. We all have that opportunity to feel a sense of encouragement and the will to continue training until they feel you're ready to leave the course and I tell you, I'm out on Thursday and they'll be a new guy coming in.”
Dwayne: “You never told me about that.”
Juan: “I was only told yesterday as they said I can be a champion in amateur wrestling now. I just got to do a couple of tests on Wednesday and Thursday before I can leave.”
Konrad Raab: “It's different for me because I got to complete my tasks by next week. I wasn't brought here via my trainer or anything; I don't have a trainer, it was this place who contacted me to come as I haven't completed tasks I started two years ago.”
It left the three guys in shock that Konrad had been here before but knew things were very different compared to them, and the friends he knew as he predicted long gone from the facility and Dwayne speaks about it.
Dwayne: “Really?”
Konrad Raab: “Yeah but I had to go because I had a TV title match to tackle and we had to put it on hold. It's obvious Neil knew I went backwards, so he's put me back here.”
Juan: “That can sometimes happen with people having to come back cos they've slipped back, but it wasn't your fault you've not completed training properly cos things happened last minute, so they just let you go temporary, just didn't expect them to take them this long to contact you to come back.
Konrad knew deep down inside; he was going to hate the training today, something that's exposing his biggest weakness as he sighs and says this while getting his clothes ready.
Konrad Raab: “I already gonna hate the training today.”
Steven: “Why?”
Konrad Raab: “Because after I've done light gym training in the morning, in the afternoon, I'm doing social media and taking insults training today.”
Juan: “Oh that's very hard. You think the gym training is hard? That's even harder because you got someone checking up every single minute of what you tweet and how your body language is, even at times to yell and shout at you if you are doing something wrong.”
Konrad Raab: “Lovely.”
Dwayne: “Come on, let's get ourselves ready for breakfast.”
All three lads agreed as Konrad was feeling the sense of having real friends just being in the room with him that didn't judge him on anything he was doing. He went to the loo, even having a shower since he knew the training he was doing today was very light in the gym today. He comes out being wrapped in a towel and dries himself off before he puts the clothes he has on his bed to put them on, and then they all leave for breakfast to eat.
Konrad then spots Justin and moves well away from him and sits at the far end corner to avoid him, not even making any eye contact which his room buddies notice the bully Konrad's talking about yesterday, although he knew he and Justin were going to be in the same room together today, but Konrad was eating really fast as Steven speaks.
Steven: “Slow down.”
Konrad Raab: “I just want to get the hell out of here with Justin being here.”
Juan: “Oh, is that the bully picking on you?”
Konrad Raab: “Yes, quicker I eat this breakfast, quickly I can go to our room and forget about him.”
Dwayne: “You know you won't be able to avoid him later when you're in the same computer room as him, right?”
Juan: “Don't do that to Konrad, let him relax.”
Dwayne: “What? I was only telling Konrad the truth.”
Juan: “Even so, we should be there for him to support him. He doesn't need this.”
Konrad Raab: “Fuck this.”
Konrad stood up and took his plate of food to his room to eat in peace as he wasn't technically allowed to eat in his room but it was a safe place away from Justin who at this point was looking for Konrad, and the other guys blamed Dwayne for making Konrad angry and leaving the table which he shouldn't have done and is caught on cameras for doing it which Konrad knew he was in trouble later.
Juan and Steven come into the room where they saw at Konrad eating slower which was a good sign but what wasn't was Konrad being angry about the situation as he didn't feel he was getting support after all and Juan says this.
Juan: “I apologise for Dwayne's behaviour, but he's not wrong at the same time.”
Konrad Raab: “So you support that bullshit?”
Steven: “What he's saying is you need to stop letting things get to you. Justin senses your fear and how easy of a target you are. We all have bullies here coming to get us, and we have to learn to cope with it.”
It shut Konrad down as he wasn't good at learning how to take insults which is one of the main reasons why he was here in the first place. Whether David Helms and SCW board of directors had any part of putting Konrad here was something he thought a lot about today, but that's to be found out another time as Konrad finished eating his breakfast, and he leaves the room without acknowledging what had gone on, and Steven asked Juan this.
Steven: “Did I say something wrong?”
Juan: “I doubt it since Konrad did finish his breakfast so maybe he's just put the plate away, but I tell you, that guy needs so much work.”
Steven: “I feel sorry for him because he's such a nice guy, he doesn't have the mean streak in him. He wants everyone to be nice to him, and that doesn't last as long as he thinks. That's why he's here because he needs to learn to be a bit more mean to his opponents.”
Juan nodded as he agreed what Steven said as Konrad came back, totally unaware what they had been discussing about as Dwayne finally came in and saw that he could already lose a friend with Konrad as he tried to get closer to Konrad, he says this.
Konrad Raab: “Get the fuck away from me.”
Dwayne: “Sorry I upset you OK. I know you don't want to be near me and your angry, but you can't know what happens in social media insult training.”
Konrad Raab: “I don't want to talk about it. Wish I never said anything.”
Dwayne: “It was on your mind, sometimes we have to speak what's on our minds. Justin asked me where you were and I said I don't know. If I was horrible to you, do you think Justin would've come here to pick on you?”
Juan and Steven knew Dwayne had been talking to Justin, they were there when it happened, and Juan speaks about it.
Juan: “Yeah he did, trust me cos me and Steven were there, and we all said what's on our minds before. Alright, we got time to rest before we do training for a few hours, let's play snakes and ladders.”
While they were playing the game, they got a knock on the door, and first thing Konrad did was hide because he knew he was in trouble for eating breakfast in his room. Juan answered the door and asked if they wanted, they could go into the social play lounge today with everyone else which had pleased everyone because it did get annoying to play in the room with board games all the time, so everyone went, except for Konrad who was frightened to be anywhere near Justin and Steven says this.
Steven: “I'll be with you, don't be so scared.”
Konrad Raab: “Easy for you to say when you aren't consistently getting picked on every single day of your life.”
Steven: “Listen, I get picked on a lot because of being like you, but the reason they haven't with me is not only because I'm new but because I'm able to take some insults. Come on, have some fun and forget about that nut-job.”
Konrad smiled as Justin was a bit crazy on wanting to make Konrad's life a living hell and Steven goes with Konrad to the lounge to do things which Konrad does play some table tennis and pool with Steven, staying away from Justin before the alarm rings for everyone to go down to their separate gym places as it was apparent Konrad went to the wrong gym place as it was all the hours of training he did yesterday and Peter found Konrad there and he pulls him to aside and says this.
Peter Lawley: “You aren't going here today because that's for the heavy training area. Come with me to the one you're supposed to be in. I've held the training up, so you don't miss anything.”
Konrad Raab: “Sorry.”
Peter Lawley: “No, I'm sorry for assuming you know where everything is.”
He pats him on the back as it didn't seem anybody would find out about Konrad eating breakfast in his room as it may be just a minor rule then a major rule as he went to the light gym work session and sat on the floor with the others and followed the instructions of what Peter wanted Konrad to do with running for ten minutes to lifting weights for five minutes, even using a skipping rope and he had to do that each time for two hours which was low compared to five hours of training.
When that's over, he was told like everyone else to go to their room and write out what he did in the morning since he had time to kill and it might be the most relaxing session of the entire time Konrad's here which was needed because he's going to go through hell with the social media insult program later.
Konrad saw four bottles of water on his bed as he sees everyone else had four bottles of water on their bed as well and even some snacks as well as he ate a protein bar and drank the bottle of water. He was the only one in the room cos the others were doing heavy training as the alarm went off an hour after he got in his room to eat lunch. He then went back into the room and saw his room-mates writing in their diary until Steven says something.
Steven: “I found out I got a bully of my own with a guy named Darren. See I have somebody torturing me now too.”
Konrad Raab: “Dude, you know we'll be there for you. If there's one thing I'm good at is being there for my friends because I care for you guys more than myself.”
Dwayne: “Which is a problem actually because it seems that's why you're never happy.”
Konrad Raab: “Not giving a shit about people and only caring about me is what makes me miserable. I always feel like shit when I care about myself.”
Juan: “I know that's the type of guy you are but it doesn't always work, and you need to love and care for yourself otherwise you'll be unhappy for the rest of your life. Yeah, Darren is an asshole, but out of the two, Justin's worse.”
Steven: “At least Darren doesn't want my head and says he wants to cause my time here hell, but he picks on me, making fun of me. I laugh it off and ignore him.”
They went to play snakes and ladders again as they were going to do that earlier but were told to use the social room, and they all had a good time, laughing and getting used to one another, even if what Steven said had played a lot to Konrad's head of laughing things off but it wasn't something Konrad could do, however he told them about his past and what awaits him at home which he mentioned cos there wasn't anybody from SCW here.
Dwayne: “Wow and nobody in SCW knows about it?”
Konrad Raab: “Reason for this is because me and Fizz decided it was best to keep it as a secret this time, especially the circumstances regarding our unborn babies with them having psychological problems.”
Juan: “Did anybody in your or Fizz's family have mental problems?”
Konrad Raab: “My dad did, and in a way, I do have them too. I don't act like it; I know, but I always try to hide it because it's not something I'm proud of. I smoke cannabis to calm myself down, but I can't do it here cos it's against the rules here.”
Steven: “Secret is safe with us, and I can understand after how much you've been picked on with those lot. God, they sound like assholes.”
Konrad Raab: “Not everyone is as there are some good people I speak to but I don't know if I have any friends left cos of my mistakes and I want to be a better person at least to myself.”
All three nodded in agreement, the first time Konrad admitted his faults on not being a good person with himself instead he was a good person to his friends. They know Konrad puts negativity on himself a lot because he knows it's better to do that then towards other people and blaming them for it. They play a game and the alarm rings as they all go to where they meant to go, except Konrad didn't want to do the training, nor did he know where to go.
Juan: “Hey, don't be scared.”
Konrad Raab: “I am though. You don't understand how hard this will be for me. I can't cope with it, and I don't want to do it. Besides I don't know where to go.”
Juan: “I sho..........”
Peter came in, knowing where Konrad sleeps as he says this.
Peter Lawley: “I take it from here Juan, you go outside to train.”
Juan nods as he leaves the room, assuming it was Konrad's coach for the course as he sees Konrad shaking and scared about it and he says this.
Peter Lawley: “I knew you'd refuse to go, but I want you to do this because trust me, if I didn't think you needed to do this training, you'd not be asked to do it, but you need to. We all do things we don't like or want to do.”
Konrad Raab: “It's training I want to avoid Peter. I will struggle a lot worse than I do in the gym.”
Peter Lawley: “I know, and that's why I'm more or less gonna focus on you doing this. We'll do some heavy training still of course, but this is something you need to do. You need to come back to SCW as a guy who will fight for titles and become champion.”
Konrad stood straight up, and he follows Peter where he's meant to go and he sits him right opposite Justin who was ready to load on Konrad. Peter and Justin's coach Ryan sit opposite also and watch everything that goes down between them or they will once Konrad starts writing. He was sitting there, not doing anything as he was so scared of saying things wrong. It took a lot for Justin to say something mean to Konrad using made-up twitter accounts set up for them.
It's too much for Konrad as he broke down in tears as he hadn't written anything in an hour until he types that he's a loser and a joke which was something of an easy target for Justin and Peter shook his head, seeing the main weaknesses of Konrad, accepting negativity instead of trying to combat it, and he doesn't yell, he says this.
Peter Lawley: “Explain why you said this.”
Konrad Raab: “What's a point of denying it if it's true?”
Peter Lawley: “Listen, you need to twist facts to make it sound like you are worth a damn in yourself because so far, you are showing me nothing. Do you want to be an SCW Champion?”
Konrad Raab: “Yes.”
Peter Lawley: “Then get your ass down to work and insult him. Do it.”
Konrad thinks of something to say, and then he does as he didn't feel good doing it, but Justin was blasting everything, but the real test was when it came down to the insults said about his family, something that really angered Konrad as it was one thing to insult him as a person, but when it came to his family, he blasted Justin to keep his family out of it, or something bad will happen. Justin was laughing at Konrad on how easy it was.
Peter Lawley: “Dude, stop getting so intense.”
Konrad Raab: “No, you can tell me not to be angry, but there's a line you don't cross, and Justin crossed it. You expect me to take insults said about my family? Fuck no, and I won't cross that line of insulting Justin's family.”
Peter Lawley: “Oh, I had no idea you had a family. It's not bad to be that protective of your family, but this training here is a place to learn, and you combat it. There's no block or mute functions here because you're meant to take it and do something.”
Konrad couldn't as it had been the hardest training for him the entire time and Peter knows Konrad had been right, he wasn't very good at insults, and it was just mainly him copying back at things Justin says, and Ryan pats Justin on the back for doing an excellent job to rattle Konrad. It was something Konrad couldn't do, and he tries to leave the room, but Peter locked it before Konrad could get out. One thing he didn't do was lower himself with family or death threat insults which is good to see and Peter comments about it.
Peter Lawley: “While you won't lower yourself to insult his family or death threats, you know he's not gonna do it, right?”
Konrad Raab: “That's not the point Peter. I keep believing people won't do it, but it's happened before people have come to my house and threatened to kill my family. I have heavy security now around my house because of this.”
Peter Lawley: “I know your a good dad to protect your kids and your wife from harm, but you need to get back on that computer and write more cos Justin has done more tweets about you without even me reading it.”
Konrad had no choice as he goes back on the computer and sees so many tweets, almost precisely like the hell he goes through with SCW stars on consistent bases to know he was shit as a wrestler and was a laughing stock. It was obvious Justin was too strong mentally for Konrad to combat as Konrad instead of coming with fire, doesn't attempt to attack; instead, he goes back to his ways to accept the negativity cos he didn't have anything positive to say.
5 minutes before the alarm rings, Peter was disappointed in the performance in the social media insult program, and he says this.
Peter Lawley: “I'm not happy how you able to accept negativity.”
Konrad Raab: “I just did it to shut him up. It's pointless to disagree with him as I said.”
Peter Lawley: “Sometimes, lying is good, and in this case, you could've done a heck a lot more to twist facts in his head. The next two days, we are going to continue doing this until you get it right. Until you strengthen your defences and go out on an attack on Justin and I, don't care how much you hate this.
Konrad Raab: “I don't like lying at all. It's just not me or who I am as a person. I won't lower myself to insult his family or threaten death on him.”
Peter Lawley: “I'm not asking you to threaten death or insult his family but to learn from it. To learn that Justin was getting in your head which he did and you could've done more to combat this from him. Tomorrow, I expect better performance than this.”
The alarms went off as Konrad and Justin via their coaches were guided to the dining hall and got their dinner before sitting separately as Peter and Ryan left them to it as Konrad sees he was sitting next to Juan as he saw Konrad covered with so much sweat.
Juan: “That hard huh?”
Konrad Raab: “Yeah too hard. I'm going to do this training over the next two days. I can't take this anymore. I want to go home.”
Juan: “You have to go through with it; otherwise you'd be known as a coward, and I know you don't want to go home, your brain is telling you to say that because it's messed your head up and it did with me when I went there for the first time too. The difference is I didn't say I wanted to go home; I wanted to do more of it because to help me get better at tackling situations like that.”
Konrad Raab: “Yeah maybe and I hate the feeling of telling Fizz later of what he said cos it was disgusting, heck he said he'll kill my family and myself while we're sleeping and how ugly they are, even killing me with a knife. It hurt me so bad.”
It did as Konrad was holding back the tears of what he had to go through as he eats his dinner and goes back to the room to write out what he did like everyone else, only the problem was Konrad didn't want to write out what he did as it tortured his mind as knowing Konrad wouldn't write anything in the diary, Peter came in and said this.
Peter Lawley: “I had a feeling you were gonna refuse to write in the diary because of today. I know I was a bit too harsh on you, but you had to learn and go through with this training. It's OK to write swear words and what he said because it's what you've done today, learn from it. I suggest you write because the reason you have the diary is to learn from your mistakes and how you got better from it.”
Konrad Raab: “I hear you, and I get writing it down now. However, I want to talk to Neil cos there's something on my mind that I can't shake off.”
Peter Lawley: “Well you always have meetings with him on Wednesdays because everyone has certain days with one to one with him and that's when you'll discuss things you'll have issues or problems with. I'll see you tomorrow.”
Peter left the room as it occurred to Konrad Peter was so smart, knowing Konrad would fall into the trap of being psychologically weak and vulnerable to attack as he wrote his afternoon down which he states it's the worst afternoon he's had since Konrad came to the course and wrote quite a lot of the hell he went through. The alarms sound as Juan explains to Steven and Konrad what's happening.
Juan: “It's phone conversation day where you get to speak to your loved ones, family members or closest friends. We'll show you to the phone box where you contact them.”
Steven and Konrad stood up, and Juan took them to the phone boxes and left them there as Konrad didn't even hesitate to phone up Fizz about his time here in the mental training course so far, even in tears about it. Once he got that over and done with, he had time to speak to his kids, and he got happy with something Mattheus said about his motocross race and Roderick with his ice hockey game, and he got a karate belt. Was so overjoyed, even with both daughters and the son that was involved in the triplets he had years ago being able to speak now as he gets off the phone, feeling so much better and goes to his room and he says this.
Konrad Raab: “Fizz told me my daughters and my son we had triplets with can talk now.”
Juan: “That's great news to hear, must be so happy huh?”
Konrad Raab: “I am, and I couldn't ask for anything better.”
Steven: “Did you get to speak to them?”
Konrad Raab: “Sadly not.”
Dwayne: “Cos of lack of time, right?”
Konrad Raab: “Yes.”
Steven: “Good to get to know everyone today.”
Dwayne: “It was, but it's now time to get ourselves to bed, and we'll chat in the morning.”
Of course it was almost bedtime by the time everyone had phoned up someone they loved or family members or close friends as they placed their bedclothes on and the lights go out as the alarm sounds for everyone to head off to sleep for another day of the mental training course which has near enough broke Konrad down as he was crying himself to sleep on that night because it was just so hard. He did sleep in the end after crying for an hour and praying he'll be fine and to get through with it.

How did Konrad cope with the TV title loss? Minneapolis, Minnesota. Wednesday 11th July. (Off camera)
It was the first loss Konrad's taken since he came back from his mental training course and everyone must be wondering at this point, has he gone back to his old ways or he has learnt to take the loss in a good way? Jerry Flack knew it wasn't a good time to interact with Konrad straight after a loss because he knew Jerry wanted to be an excellent mental trainer, it was to give Konrad some breathing space until he was ready to talk. So he heads back to the hotel to his room, waiting for Konrad to call or text. Obviously was taking a while to gather his thoughts up. Two hours later after the loss, there was a knock on Jerry's hotel room door as he opens it to see Konrad standing there.
He lets him in and closes the door as the plan was to discuss the situation and how to cope with it now than doing it before the match against Kordy at Rise To Greatness show that was announced a day before he had his loss with Autumn Valentine and although Jerry knew in this case, Konrad had the right to be a little down, he mentions this.
Jerry Flack: “You had nothing to be down about.”
Konrad Raab: “I almost had the match won Jerry.”
Jerry Flack: “You did, and it seemed like you were more motivated than ever before. I even caught Sharper saying this which was true, you were a lot more aggressive and not doubting yourself. That I believe is a step in a right direction. So did you have fun?”
Konrad Raab: “I did. I'm not upset or anything, those times have gone. I'm just gutted I didn't hit my finisher to win the match. That's all, and the reason I was late was that I had fans wanting my autograph on top of wrestlers talking to me about how well I coped with the loss.”
Jerry Flack: “One thing's for sure, a lot of people have seen major progress in you, heck Autumn Valentine overlooked you a lot of times in places because she thought you were going to go back to your old ways. It seems like you haven't, although you have every right to be disappointed.”
It was true, Konrad did have the right, but he remembers what he learned in the course to get back on track as Konrad mentions it to Jerry while he drinks a sip of his bottle of water he brought from a local shop.
Konrad Raab: “But I remember Peter always saying never let losses defeat me and to try again and again to reach the goals I want to do.”
Jerry Flack: “That's indeed right.”
Konrad Raab: “Which at this point I want to admit something, the loss has craved my addiction to go for the TV title again in the future. I'm more addicted on wanting to win that TV title than ever before and I will bust my bloody ass to capture it again whoever I'm going to face at Rise To Greatness. It doesn't matter to me, but I'm gonna win that title before thinking of anything else.”
Jerry Flack: “I like it, I like the fact you're willing not to give up because that was something you struggled with right?”
Konrad smirked as he drinks more of his water before speaking again.
Konrad Raab: “Forget the past Jerry, I'm not gonna give up until I have that TV title in my hands, even if it means going through all the mental training, I went through again. Autumn took me lightly, that was a sign from her manager who did all the talking for her for some reason and he tried to give Autumn the win.”
Jerry Flack: “He did, I saw the almost cheap shot he did, but he stopped. Don't know why, but you did a great job out there. Just come out a little bit better next time.”
Konrad Raab: “I will don't worry about that. I can go to sleep, being happy that I was this god damn close on winning the TV title. So close that I can smell a victory to come my way sooner than later. I shouldn't be disappointed for what I did out there tonight. There's no need for it. I'm off to bed since we have a long day to fly to England tomorrow, then finding out who I'm facing for Rise To Greatness.”
After Jerry pats on Konrad's back, when he's just about to announce Konrad had a match confirmed at Rise To Greatness, he left Jerry's room to head off into his and Jerry smiles, knowing if he hadn't been there tonight, it would've been a whole different story with Konrad's loss tonight on him putting himself down negatively, and it was good for Konrad to be ready to talk about the loss. Of course, Konrad knew where he went wrong which was only the tiniest of a mistake he could get but the smallest mistake being the factor of the match result as he talks to himself in his bed before he heads off to sleep with his head looking up at the ceiling.
Konrad Raab: “Success comes from knowing I did my best to become the best I'm capable of becoming. I will do better, and next time around, I will capture that TV title that's been the title I've should've stayed focused on throughout the entire time of being in SCW. I want another TV title opportunity to prove myself and to prove Autumn I can defeat her in a match.”
It was a whole new side of Konrad that no matter what the result come of him tonight, he was vastly a lot better mentally about the loss than he's ever been before. No negatives, no lack of self-esteem, nothing but positives of the loss he had tonight and his performance proved that as he turns the lights out and places his head down to level with the TV and closes his eyes to sleep.

Kordelia match discussions day. Manchester, England. Friday 20th July. (Off Camera)
It was the day before Rise to Greatness and Konrad was aware of it the day after the loss against Autumn Valentine for the TV title. Of course, Konrad hadn't spoken anything about the match with Kordy other than announcing to face her on Monday. He's gutted on being unable to attend the fan fest for Rise To Greatness because of having to be in England. After he wrestled Coda for the Ballroom title, they only just got back to the hotel and was time to discuss the match with Kordy. Of course, Jerry wanted to do it yesterday but knew it would've been a mistake with the Ballroom title match the day before hence why it was wise to talk about it now, especially they won't have time to straight after his match with Ethan Williams later tonight as they were going on a private plane going straight to Canada.
Konrad recently brought a private plane and pilot only to be used for emergencies like in this case for going straight to different countries for matches to be there on time, although he knew Fizz would've already checked in the hotel already so there were no issues there since she was going to spend time with Konrad because she missed him too much and he needed her help with knowing how to an MMA grapple since Konrad's competing in Iron King tournament on Tuesday that based on MMA rules but that wasn't to be concerned about right now as Jerry starts the topic off.
Jerry Flack: “I think it's gone on long enough to ignore the attack you got from Kordelia Amida.”
Konrad Raab: “Was it my fault I had to compete in a TV title match?”
Jerry Flack: “Of course not and we've discussed that last week, don't need to go into any more detail. The point is it's good you've not acknowledged it as it would've taken your focus straight off. At the same time, I'm concerned you've forgotten about it and not willing to strike back.”
Konrad Raab: “Admittedly for a bit, yes I did put it to the back of my mind because I wanted to focus on the TV title contention and TV title matches, but she's not done anything since so why dwell the past?”
Jerry Flack: “I get that, I do, but the past is why you have the match with Kordelia. You see, she's gonna be the most dangerous opponent regarding her hurting you you've faced since returning from mental training camp.”
Konrad Raab: “Don't you think I know that?”
A little aggression was coming out of Konrad but in a way that's sort of negative like he felt there wasn't any point to the match, although he kinda corrected himself with it when it came to when Jerry reminded him of him being thumbed to his throat pretty hard, and she has won all of her matches, but of opponents that were mostly just from local talent. Konrad drinks a bottle of water while Jerry talks.
Jerry Flack: “Have you watched any of her matches lately?”
Konrad Raab: “She's violent, so what? Not like I've not had a history of being violent before.”
Jerry Flack: “This is different though as you've done nothing to counter what she did.”
Konrad Raab: “Because I do it in a match against her instead. Of course, I knew I'd be facing her at Rise To Greatness after that attack, why should I attack her with cheap shots like a coward? Because I'm not one and you know that better than anybody.”
Jerry Flack: “I don't think you're taking this match seriously.”
Konrad Raab: “Explain how the heck am I not taking it seriously?”
Jerry Flack: “Have you said anything positive or a strength about her during this time of starting these discussions?”
Konrad was silent as Jerry was right, he hadn't really taken the match seriously, although the TV contention and TV title match had been keeping his mind off the attack which was a good thing as it meant he didn't go back to his old ways of consistently moaning and screaming about it, although he was freaking out the time before the TV contention match in case Kordelia strikes again, but it wasn't to be as he had been positive throughout as Konrad speaks.
Konrad Raab: “OK you're right, I haven't sat down and spoke about her but doesn't mean I haven't paid any attention to her matches, even yesterday's match too but the thumb to my throat did hurt and she has acted like she doesn't care about me.”
Jerry Flack: “She hasn't and nor have you either.”
Konrad Raab: “Because of good reasons. I mean now I can't get it out of my mind of what else she could do to me, and she's seen and heard me talk. I did look up past videos of her, and now she speaks Japanese.”
Jerry Flack: “Do you understand Japanese?”
Konrad takes a sip of his water again from talking a bit as he answers the question.
Konrad Raab: “Here's something you don't know about me. I speak in four different languages, German, English Norwegian and Japanese. So I will be speaking in Japanese simply because I heard and seen she's lost the ability to speak English.”
Jerry Flack: “Well I knew you speak German and English obviously but not the other two. Was completely unaware of that.
Konrad Raab: “I don't need a translator to know what she's said, I actually live in Japan and wrestled there a few times, although I'd love to go back and capture the Junior Heavyweight title, Japanese is a language I can speak in very well as I had to learn the language before I was able to live there.”
Jerry Flack: “You learn something new every day I guess.”
Konrad Raab: “Indeed you do. That thumb attack to my throat made me struggle to breathe during my match against Cassius James and nearly affected me to lose.”
Jerry Flack: “But it didn't happen because unlike him, you're mentality was the main factor of you winning, even if the struggle to breathe was an issue; you still made it through and also, you didn't quit. You have that strength in you.”
Konrad Raab: “I can be a very stubborn guy at times.”
All throughout his wrestling career and even in life, Konrad has been quite stubborn on a lot of things, but he chuckled at that as Konrad finds it funny he has the stubborn stigma in his personality which accounts for his ice addiction as Jerry even sees Konrad pouring an ice bucket of water on himself each time he wrestles. Konrad does forget about being mentally prepared for the match and says this.
Konrad Raab: “Regardless of what Kordelia's done to me, I will do everything in my power to get that win from her because that's going to be the payback I'll give to this maniac, and I don't use that word to an opponent but the way she fights local talent in the ring and the rumble, it's fierce, I admit that but brutality won't get her the win for the match.”
Jerry Flack: “You have been brutal as well.”
Konrad Raab: “Not the way she wrestles, I haven't, but I will fight Kordelia very aggressively which I have , and she will beat me very badly, I know that but I'm sure as hell going to stop that from happening because there are enough violent wrestlers out there who only wrestle to hurt people.”
Jerry Flack: “You will restore the honour and pride you have for this business?”
Konrad Raab: “Exactly and that's the main goal for me in this match is to bring back wrestling for what it's known for, not for people to seek blood and violence on opponents, not to hurt wrestlers or staff who work for SCW, wrestling to bring competitive nature streak back. That's what SCW company needs more of, people like Alistaire and me doing anything to stop the violence and putting people on injury lists. Wrestlers like us who want to wrestle for pride and respect.”
Very long discussion but at least it was talked about as he says this to Jerry after taking more of a sip of water.
Konrad Raab: “I need to do this video without you in the background today because you won't understand a single word I'll be saying to Kordelia since it will be Japanese and say almost what I've already said but in the Japanese language. I'll see you later.”
Jerry nodded as he agreed that he wasn't going to understand anything Konrad was going to say today as he still had time to do his video for the match against Kordelia Amida as he gets his laptop set up and ready to speak in front of the microphone.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Time to give you some payback youtube.com shoot with English subtitles, speaking in Japanese (On Camera)
“I've not talked in Japanese for quite some time as usually my opponents have spoken and understood English, but since Kordelia isn't very well on terms with English language, I thought to give my piece, and at least she'd be able to understand me, but before I get to her, let me talk about the match I had two weeks ago. Yes I know what you guys are thinking, how did I take my loss against Autumn Valentine? I took it very well, although I was gutted at first, but I remember how close I've come to being the TV champion and that's an achievement in itself for me to be so close to winning the TV title. I'm not giving up on my quest to win that title as I'm addicted on winning it, and I'm not quitting until I become champion and I don't care what anybody says.
Now I get to my opponent Kordelia Amida on Saturday night. You see, I know how dangerous and violent you are with beating on local talent as of late, we all saw the brutality you did on them, even to me when you thumbed me in my throat and you may ask, why haven't I talked about it? Why haven't I shown any signs of reacting towards you in the ring or even on twitter?
Because I've focused on other things, it's only now I have the chance to address you and your actions. I get it, you've won against local talent and taken part in the Rumble match but have you faced against somebody who's a well-known wrestler in SCW? I can tell you the answer to that is no you haven't. I came back, fought against the well-known wrestlers and only lost one of those fights since I've been back. Why have I just lost one fight? It's down to me with my confidence and esteem I have along with being a bit more selfish on doing matches for myself.
That thumb to my throat really did hurt me, even made me suffer from breathing problems as it's was shown against Cassius James, and I still won the match because of how mentally stronger I am, and as I've said before and I'll say it again, it's a permanent change of a whole new Konrad. I'm not imitated by your violent and hurting people at war, nearly everyone on the SCW roster wants to hurt someone and be violent with them. You can say I was violent a few times but I had good valid reasons for doing so, most of you wrestlers do it to act tough, especially you Kordelia.
I heard you say you don't want to win titles. Why not? If you aren't in the business as everyone keeps telling me when I refused to take part in the rumble and I've recently only learned this, why are you in the wrestling business? I know my reasons, and that's to become champion someday, especially starting with the TV title that's been the main belt I've targetted for two years I've been here.
Where did you go after you had your last match before the rumble against Felicity Lansing? I've had many losses in my time of being in SCW and not once did I take an extended break from here. A short week or had a break for a month yes, but not two years. I don't know what's gone on with you, but you've been a lunatic, and I still searching for answers as to why you attacked me.
I didn't do or say anything wrong, but I suppose that's a good thing in a way because if you hadn't had done that, there would be no Konrad Raab at Rise To Greatness and I have no doubts whatsoever I can do everything to beat you down, hit you so hard until I've given enough revenge for what you've done to me, causing me to almost lose against Cassius in a TV contention match, but it didn't work very well.
Much like I don't think your thumb spike as hard as you were with the thumb to dig it in my throat, it will have no effect on this Iceball running down the ring and knock you down rapidly because I'm ready for this match, I've never been more prepared than I have and you motivated me to make this match a lot more for me to win because I would love to have only one loss in the first half of SCW to have one of the best comebacks I've ever had since being in SCW.
I love this place with all my heart, and you aren't going to be another one of these violent wrestlers attacking wrestlers for no reason, instead your facing a man who's change his attitude, facing against a man who's mentally stronger than he's been forever and most importantly, a man who's here to restore honour and pride back into how wrestling should be, wrestling with competitive and respectful manner.
That's the wrestler along with being more about myself and performing matches more for myself along with the fans seeing me do so I want everyone to view me as and I will do everything to win this match because I've got such high confidence right now that there's no reason why I should lose to you, no reason when I've gotten better facing against Autumn Valentine who gave me a real fight but learning a lot more from that loss than you winning against local talent.
You can pick on and win against them, but I rather see you fight against Autumn Valentine and see how well you'd do, likely from hearing you want to be violent and hurting people for fun, you wouldn't be that close to winning the title from her, I tell you that right now. Come Saturday night since it's Thursday afternoon where I am in England as you'd likely heard this video by the time the match comes around, you'll be wishing that you've not sparked up the ice that is The Iceman and freeze your thumb with ice cubes, so you only have your thumb to the block of ice covering my neck.
Saturday night at Rise to Greatness, you'll see the new Konrad Raab coming out with all icicles in his eyes with pure aggression and going to win this match because that's how much I believe in myself and most importantly, how I will win my match without having any negativity on my mind and then pinning you down after landing my Ice Storm finisher for the three count with my hand raised to have my first ever win at Rise To Greatness, the biggest PPV in SCW and possibly the wrestling world. Prepare to be Iceinated by The Iceman.”
