News about Mattheus Raab. Chicago, Illinois. Saturday 24th November (Off camera)
Fizz Raab: “It's about Mattheus.”
There's a clear dark cloud hanging above Konrad Raab right now after the cries he hears over the phone and it sounded really bad with Fizz's real concern about something as he places his knee on the floor, being unable to get up as it breaks his heart of hearing somebody crying on the phone that wasn't Fizz and he didn't know the details yet which was a dark rainy day outside that changed his mood as he says this with worry.
Konrad Raab: “What about him?”
Fizz Raab: “Can't you hear Mattheus crying?”
Konrad Raab: “Yes, but why is he crying?”
Fizz Raab: “Because he's being bullied at school.”
This obviously broke Konrad's heart, he never wanted to hear about his kids being scared of things, more it's obviously upsetting Mattheus who's primed to be a future AMA Supercross and AMA Motocross champion in the future and it was likely why his last two results in racing were affected which he now knows. He says this.
Konrad Raab: “We need to speak to him privately when we get back from Germany and England trip ASAP. We need to make sure the babysitter next week takes him to school and make sure she reports everything of what's gone on.”
Fizz Raab: “Also he needs to learn to fight. Every kid regardless of their lack of interest in fighting needs to learn how to if it comes to the worst.”
Konrad Raab: “Alright, thank you for letting me know. Please phone or text me straight before I wrestle Dave Rydell on Monday to keep me updated, alright?”
Fizz Raab: “That's a deal.”
Konrad and Fizz said their love yous and their goodbye messages as he puts the phone in his pocket as Jerry saw Konrad kneeling on the red carpet floor after he's just come out to use the bathroom and Mattia just came back from his job as a mechanic as Konrad tries to hide how upset he is with Mattheus news and Jerry who was concerned about Konrad as he attempts to pat him on the shoulder.
Jerry Flack: “Is everything alright?”
Konrad Raab: “Let's say the match against Dave Rydell means more than ever, to tackle the bully he is, showing the world how much what Dave does to encourage kids at school to bully and call names at other kids along with beating them and being able to overcome them by winning the match.”
Mattia Moretti: “What are you trying to say?”
Konrad Raab: “I'm saying my eldest son Mattheus is being bullied at school, that's my point and I'm pissed off about it. I'm pissed off it's affecting my god damn family even as well as my wrestling life. As if I need this on my shoulders.”
Jerry Flack: “I know it's hard for you to deal with something like that and it's not easy, but Mattheus is going to be OK.”
Konrad Raab: “I'm supposed to believe my kid being bullied is going to be OK. I can't do anything about it until next weekend cos I got a court case about Sebastian adoption in Germany with Fizz on Wednesday which means I'm flying straight to Germany once I'm done with this match on top of wrestling in England against Darroch O'Doherty on Friday.”
Jerry Flack: “You told me last week about Rebellion Pro return. All you can do is get updates from Fizz and the babysitter about Mattheus being bullied. I see that now, it means more than ever to win against Dave Rydell.”
Konrad nods as he's still feeling quite pathetic with himself, knowing his son was in trouble and he's never felt that in his life. Sure, his eldest daughters from his previous marriage got bullied at school, but it was very different with a son who knows can defend themselves usually, but because Mattheus only cares about being a Motocross racer and no interest in fighting, he knows it's something he must do before it's too late.
Konrad Raab: “I got to teach Mattheus how to fight. He can't throw a punch.”
Mattia Moretti: “I don't know what to say. It's horrible to know your son is getting bullied. Time to tackle Dave Rydell with anger.”
Jerry Flack: “I agree as you do need aggression with the match and I know you can do it.”
Konrad Raab: “I need to be alone for a while. Sorry for lashing out, but it's just me being upset and worried for my son.”
Mattia Moretti: “We understand.”
Jerry leaves the house, while Mattia went to go on his laptop to play some games. It was clear Konrad needed quiet time to digest the news he was given from Fizz. Although it could've been worse with Mattheus being ill and injured, it was just as bad as them, especially Konrad's fault of not teaching his other son to fight. He knows he has too much stuff on his shoulders and it was piling up on him on top of checking Mattia's bill payments each time he's in Chicago.
Parents talking to Mattheus about the bullying in school. Anaheim, California. Saturday 1st December. (Off camera)
It's been a while since Fizz and Konrad had to put themselves second apart from the Sebastian court case which they think went well, although they have to wait until 23rd January for the second court case to clear everything up regarding taking Sebastian home, although it could take longer than that as they were in the bedroom with Mattheus who's got nothing, but motocross bike pictures and posters on his wall and trophies he's won from his races.
Luckily, his sport was on a Christmas break at the moment, but Konrad and Fizz were seriously concerned about Mattheus and he asks a question to both parents.
Mattheus Raab: “Is it my fault?”
Fizz Raab: “No.”
Mattheus Raab: “I hate school. I want to be homeschooled.”
Konrad Raab: “I know it's hard, heck I didn't like school at all and I was just as bullied as you were, but you have to go because it's something you have to do. Can you tell me and Fizz the story of what started all of this?”
Mattheus pauses for a minute, giving himself time to think as he tries to not cry in front of his parents which was impossible, especially he cried in front of Fizz while she was talking to Konrad on the phone as Konrad and Fizz wait for him to bring some words into mind as he gets closer to both Konrad and Fizz for comfort as he answers it.
Mattheus Raab: “There's this guy in my year called Darren. He takes the piss out of the way I speak and my career as a motocross rider. He says I'm not a good rider and I'm only in the sport because of Fizz's dad and her brother. He consistently beats me up with words and psychically and I don't know what to do.”
Konrad Raab: “Does a teacher know about it?”
Mattheus Raab: “No because I'm too scared to tell a teacher.”
Fizz Raab: “That's what you need to do, regardless if Darren told you not to tell a teacher because things can be sorted. Me and daddy need to phone up your school and tell them the situation of why you nearly stayed at home last week.”
Konrad nodded as he didn't know, but he understands Mattheus very well as even to this day as he thinks what he's going to say or do as he hugs Mattheus and he says this.
Konrad Raab: “You know the opponent I wrestled against on Monday?”
Mattheus Raab: “Yes.”
Konrad Raab: “He was bullying me the entire time and I overcame him to win that match and I won it for you. I knew if I can defeat a bully like him in sport, I can make sure you can defeat the bully.”
Mattheus Raab: “But I don't know how to fight.”
Fizz Raab: “That's why daddy's going to teach you. I know you said you don't like fighting, but you need to defend yourself because those scratches on your face, will only get worse.”
Konrad nodded as he learnt a valuable lesson to teach every single one of his family members, even his daughters to learn to defend themselves. Roderick can defend himself as he does karate as he says this to Mattheus.
Konrad Raab: “I think you can be encouraged to do karate with me and Roderick sometime. Maybe then you can defend yourself.”
Mattheus Raab: “I don't like fighting. I don't like Darren punching, kicking me and throwing things at me all the time. I want to stay home and ride my bike all day.”
Fizz Raab: “That's another thing we got to talk about, you see Mattheus, although Motocross season is on a Christmas break now, you can't allow Darren to put negativity on you and affect your racing career. You have to not give Darren any sort of reaction and he'll get bored and focus on somebody else.”
Konrad Raab: “How do you want us to take this forward?”
Mattheus Raab: “Mummy coming with me to tell a teacher to sort it out.”
Fizz nodded as she along with Konrad to solve the situation out as quickly as possible with the problem not getting out of hand and to a point of Mattheus picking on Roderick and his other siblings he has or will have with Sebastian coming home sooner than later as Fizz needed the loo as she leaves the room and Konrad says this.
Konrad Raab: “That's something we can do. I think we also need to get your headteacher involved as well.”
Mattheus Raab: “Because Darren is affecting me to learn at school and being a great motocross rider. He also said not nice things about you with your wrestling as well. I got beat down by his other friends too. I'm scared of going to school and being on my own.”
Konrad Raab: “You are not on your own, you have Roderick there to support you. You have friends who like you for who you are, despite them understanding you not being at school half of the time because of your racing. Nobody should ever put you down from mean words Darren and his friends said. Did you do anything to get them to bully you?”
Mattheus Raab: “No.”
Fizz came back as he goes to detail with Fizz on other kids being involved and she nodded at Konrad and she speaks.
Fizz Raab: “Can you tell me the other names of the kids that were involved?”
Mattheus Raab: “Jordan, Max and Oliver.”
Fizz Raab: “We will go to school on Monday together and get the bullying problem tackled down straight away. Do you want daddy to talk to a teacher and Darren's parents?”
Mattheus Raab: “Yes.”
Konrad Raab: “I will do everything to make sure those tasks are done on Tuesday to arrange a meeting with them and talking about this going on because we don't want you to be upset or scared of anything, we want you to be happy and achieve things you can do at school and in your racing career because we love you.”
Konrad tries to not be upset in front of Mattheus, but it was difficult about the problem being quite serious as he does see the marks on Mattheus's face with scratches as Konrad tells Mattheus to take his top off and he sees some bruising on his chest and the side of his ribs, knowing it's worse than he thought which is a concern while Fizz takes pictures of the injuries Mattheus has got from the beatings the bullies have done to Mattheus.
Konrad Raab: “We also need to take you to the doctor to get these looked at in case it could be serious with those bruises and scratches you have there. We love you and we thank you for telling us. We will write everything down in a special diary of anything you tell us about the bully, we write it down and report everything you've said to a teacher.”
Fizz Raab: “We can do that and daddy will teach you to defend yourself from bullies like them in the near future and we will also do a play here and now as mummy bullying daddy to show you how you can deal with a situation like this.”
Fizz and Konrad stand up as Mattheus sits on his bed, watching everything his parents were doing with name calling and picking on each other until he sees Fizz taking Konrad down and punching him in his face and kicking him with Konrad being confident enough to laugh it off and to be confident and he says this.
Konrad Raab: “You need to be confident and show it to the bully, even if you don't feel like it. The end of the day, you aren't at fault. We got this sorted and hopefully, this play has helped you learn a thing or two.”
Mattheus Raab: “Yes it has, thank you, mummy and daddy.”
Fizz Raab: “You're welcome and remember to tell us right away if it happens and daddy will also be told via a phone call as well from now on every single day, even if in a title match situation, daddy will also want you to talk to him too.”
Konrad Raab: “That's right as I want to make sure you're alright as well as mummy does. You can do what you want now with mummy and daddy discussing things in private about the situation and leave it up to us to solve the bullying situation with your teacher and your headteacher too.”
Mattheus was usually told to clean up his bedroom, but because of a situation that's happened, they let him off for the day as both Konrad and Fizz leave the room and enter in their bedroom to talk about what Mattheus said to them and the injuries he's shown to both parents that it was cause of bullying.
They know what to do and have to get it sorted right away with Fizz doing the honours on Monday with Konrad wrestling against Lucy Wylde on UGWC Synergy show as he packs his things to go down to Huntington Beach to give his cousin Jake a telling off before he heads straight to Chicago to sleep at Mattia's house for the night.

Continuing to be on a roll of wins youtube.com shoot. (On camera)
“I know I've not put myself out there at all since I've joined in UGWC about something I've been drilled in my head by two people with one of them being a wrestler in this company for the last two weeks and I've just been reminded before I started this video to explain this. It's because I want to earn my title shots by winning matches consistently. This is a very strong thing to say, but I hate the whole system about paying for title shots.
I find it so difficult to accept it's fine for me to pay for title shots like everyone else is, but truthfully, I lose respect for myself if I did and unless I'm forced to by other wrestlers, you will never ever see me pay money for a title shot. Until I understand and accept that's how things work in UGWC, you won't see me get a title contention match. That's all I'll say on that.
Because my opponent this week of Lucy Wylde is a lot more important. See, I know what she's done in the company since she's been around of being a three-time Cross-Hemisphere champion because she has the talent to even be a UGWC champion of this company. She has it all, especially when it comes to amazing matches like defeating Eden at Battleground and defeating Travis Pierce two weeks ago on Synergy, although she lost against Alan and Travis in a tag match, kind of the same story of me losing to Angie and Dave, but defeated Dave in a solo's match.
You've had much bigger matches than I due to what I've mentioned earlier, but I'm willing to go out there and do everything I can to bring everything I have towards you. I likely won't care for your comments because truth been told, I got myself in a bad state the last time I cared about comments being said to me and wrestlers told me I shouldn't believe in negativity and be myself which I have since I returned. I know and aware that Eden likes to pick on you, but why you care so much on what she says?
Because I didn't care a damn thing Dave said to me the entire time he bad mouthed me and it only ended up costing him to win. I had focused on defeating him, especially it turned out my reasons for defeating a bully was much bigger than I anticipated. You can bad mouth me, but I won't because as I said to Dave, I'm bigger than that to insult you with meaningless words that don't mean anything.
I've not gotten upset once since I've returned here and that's not changing because nothing people say about me is true. I believe and know what I'm capable of and I know also you have a match coming up against Gabriel at the PPV, but I'm willing to consistently improve and grow to get better as a wrestler and learn from every win and loss I get here to better myself, to be someone who will earn everything he gets in this company.
This is beginning to be a whole new start for Iceman who will be known as a star who had to work hard to earn what he wants and I don't think you cared much about me when we had that triple threat match all those weeks ago for some reason, you only cared about Eden and that's disrespectful you didn't feel you had anything to say and it's because of that, you got pinned by Eden.
But you aren't ignoring me this time when you've got me alone when we will tear the house down to get the fans standing to pull out moves I want to do like me being a high flyer for one. I want to evolve being more than just a guy who does suplexes and powerbombs. I want to actually do more of moonsaults, shooting star presses, all high flying moves I can do as a wrestler in UGWC as this company is the only one I've not done things like that in so don't be surprised if anyone sees me go on the top rope because of me evolving to adapt to being adaptable to all situations I have.
Tomorrow night in Chicago is a beginning of that as I'm feeling ready to do that and impress the UGWC audience that I'm more than just a powerhouse, technical wrestler. Tomorrow night, there are changes coming after that win against Dave and it starts with defeating Lucy, despite the experience she has on me, I'm confident enough to win this match because I can and I will. You'll see soon enough. Prepare to be Iceinated by The Iceman.”
