Jerry and a UGWC star meet up. Chicago, Illinois. Tuesday, 23rd July.
While Konrad went back home due to circumstances going on at the moment regarding protecting his family, Jerry had other plans, plans that do involve Konrad, but the difference is it's going to be the first time he searches for any UGWC wrestler after Konrad's video of him seeking help and advice about hardcore matches. Jerry walks up and down the street, rubbing his face, biting on his lips, having a stiff neck, scratching his head to walk around Chicago for a bit.
He had never gotten the chance to explore on his own without Konrad, but he needed to, and he decides to wait outside of the UGWC arena. Sure, there's a chance on nobody being at the stadium, but it was worth to wait and see if anybody from UGWC would meet him up. Suddenly, coming out of nowhere, Jet Somers came out of the arena and Jerry came up to Jet and said this.
Jerry Flack: "Can we talk?"
Jet Somers: "I don't know who you are."
Jerry Flack: "I'm Konrad's mental trainer. Have you heard about the video he made straight after the match against Hide?"
Jet Somers: "Yes."
Jerry pauses as he takes a drink of water from his bottle and places the lid back on and sighs quietly before speaking again.
Jerry Flack: "Well I was in the background when he did that video, and Konrad meant it, he needs help and advice to get better at hardcore or in this case, chaos wrestling. I was the one who put him through that challenge."
Jet Somers: "Why?"
Jerry Flack: "To overcome his fears of being in Chaotic matches. He needs help, and if you'd be so kind to help him, that would be appreciative."
Jet dropped his mouth, raising his eyebrows at Jerry, thinking he must be mad, asking something like that to Jet, primarily he was known for being a Chaos champion. Konrad, on the other hand, wasn't known for hardcore wrestling as Jet says this.
Jet Somers: "It's going to take a heck of a lot for me to agree with training Konrad, but I can see your point. He struggled yesterday, and he's letting things get into his head. So I will give him advice about how to deal with the weapons situation and how to approach his fears, mentally."
Jerry Flack: "You don't have to train him if you don't want to, but he begged and pleaded for someone to give him tips, especially he doesn't have any friends in UGWC, and that's another thing he needs, someone he can talk to, rather than coming up to me all the time."
Jet Somers: "Then giving Konrad advice is something I would do and thought about it before Konrad did the video to ask for help. Speaking of Konrad, where is he?"
Jerry has been concerned with Konrad a lot lately with him not being himself and not feeling safe at home. He goes into more detail about it.
Jerry Flack: "He's gone home. Alright so does Saturday sound good for you on Konrad and yourself meeting up together?"
Jet Somers: "It's fine, but I won't be training him until I feel like it."
Jerry Flack: "I let him know on Friday when he comes back here. Thank you for hearing Konrad's video and being willing to help him."
Jet Somers: "Not a problem."
Jet went away from the arena to head back home, and Jerry has news for Konrad when he sees him on Friday as Jerry texts immediately, texting him he has someone to see on Saturday and discuss it on Friday. He sends the text and waits for Konrad's response. For now, he catches his flight back to New York.

You're voice has been heard. Chicago, Illinois. Friday 26th June.
The last few days have been tough on Konrad, after that loss against Hide, it hurt him badly, even beating himself up over it mentally because his weakness was exposed in the match and is still shaking about it, even though he had to deal with it again. Konrad wasn't enjoying life at the moment with his family still being in danger, with Luca being questioned for his attack on Konrad at a wrestling PPV back in May.
They were at Konrad's apartment in his living room where Konrad's sitting on the sofa, having his legs side by side with him placing his hands over his head and placing his head down in-between his legs, shaking his head and lets out a soft growl.
Jerry Flack: “You need to relax.”
Konrad Raab: “I can't do this. I suck at hardcore matches.”
Jerry Flack: “But this is a chance to improve on that loss. I have never seen you get this upset about a loss, since last year. I know it hurt, I know you're still scared, but you know it's for your good, don't you?”
Konrad Raab: “Maybe so, but I embarrassed myself and Hide made good work of me. It's like I feel ashamed and worst of all, I have nobody to talk to, and nobody has come to me for the video I made about seeking help. Maybe I should leave UGWC for good because nobody gives a damn about me.”
Then the tears come down on his face, too many things are happening at once for Konrad with Luca could very well attack and kill Fizz, Luca can track down his kids and kill them as well as attacking them. Then the Chaos matches fears came on top of him. It's the worst scenario for him. Jerry sees how shaky Konrad was with him not making any eye contact with Jerry. He begins to cover his head in shame, and Jerry speaks.
Jerry Flack: “I told you, it's alright to be scared, but the reason you lost is because of your fear. Now about the whole thing about nobody coming to you, no they haven't, but instead, I stayed in Chicago after you left in the morning. I stood outside of the arena, seeing if any UGWC wrestler would come to the arena.”
Konrad Raab: “And?”
Jerry Flack: “Although the guy didn't seem to know who I was, the guy heard your voice on your struggles and needing advice not coming from Lord Raab. You're meeting him tomorrow at a karate class, or rather he'll come after it's finished.”
Konrad Raab: “You're right, I do need to do karate, especially kata because I'm stressed out and that does relax me. Although doing some colouring books does as well. Who's the guy I'm seeing tomorrow?”
Konrad does the wide eyes, but he only felt a bit of a shock due to his stress, stuff he has to deal with at home and in the ring, mostly UGWC since his other company are on a summer break at the moment. Jerry sighed, knowing it might not have been a perfect option, but at least he was there.
Jerry Flack: “Jet Somers. Now, he wants to give you advice. I can't say for sure if he trains you, but he texted me the other day, he has things to say to you, and I want you to digest everything he says tomorrow, even if it might cut you through.”
Konrad Raab: “So he'd view me as a non-threat again?”
Jerry Flack: “To be fair to Jet, you weren't very well known to UGWC back then so you can give him a bit of lead-way there.”
Konrad Raab: “That's true. I want to get down to do some colouring now. I know I'm facing Kate Steele and Holden Orson tomorrow and faced the pair of them before. Nothing changes with Kate, to be honest as I respect her, but Holden is someone who's never appreciated me since I got in UGWC and that grinds my gears a bit.”
Jerry nods, it's the first time he's heard of Konrad doing colouring books as he never thought there were adult ones, but it's the mental training Konrad uses colouring for, along with karate kata he's doing tomorrow night. He knew he was always going to be at a disadvantage, while facing Kate and Holden, especially in a Chaos rules situation, but Konrad knew he has to find a way to win fast, while Konrad colours in his book.
Jerry Flack: “I can't blame you for a slight dislike for Holden. However, I know there's gonna be no problems with you and Kate, nothing bad was said about you with her, but Holden, he's slow at knowing who was a better tag partner.”
Konrad Raab: “He's a hypocrite, to be honest. He didn't want to team with me for some reason, yet when he picked Westley to team with him, Wrestley didn't attempt to save Holden from being attacked. I want some quiet time to myself with colouring-in, so do you mind?”
Jerry Flack: “Of course not because you know you had to do something that relaxes you."
The conversation between Konrad and Jerry had finished as after Konrad's done a few pieces to colour things in; he stops to grab something to eat and drink before he heads to his room for a big day of potentially having a new friend for Konrad in the process as well.

Meeting Jet Somers. Chicago, Illinois. Saturday 27th July.
Although it was clear that Jerry didn't say until yesterday for Jet to meet Konrad at his karate class downtown, he does every single weekend when he can. He was doing kata along with the rest of the class. That's his mental workout, even with the power of breathing heavily with moving his arms and legs. The class only just finished as Konrad goes into the locker room to place his clothes on and placing his karate gear in the bag, before Jet comes in, although he walks on the mat with shoes on.
Instructor: “Please take your shoes off, and Karate has just finished today.”
Jet Somers: “I didn't come to take karate lessons; I came to talk to Konrad.”
Konrad Raab: “It's cool sensei Lee, I told him to meet me after class.”
Sensei Lee: “Alright, but I was serious about the shoes.”
Instead of Jet stepping on the mat, he moves back and stands where the concrete floor was as Konrad come to approach him and they sit on the other bench where it's used for people watching Karate. Lee had to go early today as it was his son's fifth birthday today and he tosses the keys to Konrad, to lock up after him.
Jet Somers: “Why do you need to do karate when you wrestle?”
Konrad Raab: “Because my second eldest son does. It's apart of sharing something he enjoys. Yes, he's not here, but that's because he wants to be an Ice Hockey player and the small ducks have a game today.”
Jet listens to Konrad, doing karate because his son does, which was a nice thing to do as Jet wanted to get into business with what he has to say to Konrad.
Jet Somers: "I saw your match against Hide. Good fight that is until you got into your own head about it."
Konrad Raab: “It's because I was scared. I didn't know how to bust someone open. I did allow it to cloud over my performances in the ring."
Jet Somers: "You weren't sure enough to wield that chain, and you choked. You picked it up out of desperation, right?"
Konrad Raab: “Yes, I did. It feels like I have to use weapons and quite frankly, I didn't know how to use it.”
Jet Somers: “Listen, I defended the Chaos Championship for over four months before I picked up my first weapon. I just went out and did my job. The Championship was a side effect of doing what I do best. Stop focusing on the Chaos and go back to focusing on proving you're an incredible fighter. You'll be fine."
Konrad listened hard, but when Konrad heard Jet, stating how he didn't use weapons for over four months, not even picking one up. That's inspired Konrad a lot with the story Jet mentioned, and Konrad speaks again.
Konrad Raab: “Wow, nobody judged you for not using a weapon?”
Jet Somers: “No, but I wouldn't have cared if they did.”
Konrad Raab: “That's something I have to learn myself. It's nice to have a brief chat with you, but I have to go and shower, karate and kata wears me out a lot. I can respect the fact you went for over four months and not pick up a weapon. I learnt a lot from it, thank you.”
Jet Somers: “Alright. You know, I'm more than willing to be your friend.”
Konrad nodded, hoping Jet would teach him a few things or two how to use weapons, but instead, he got advice on how to be mentally prepared for a match and just to be himself. It was something Konrad's going to mention a lot as he smiles before he heads off home, taking a shower, feeling a lot happier with the stress gone from him, especially after talking to Jet. Before he goes in his room to do his video, he says this to Jerry.
Konrad Raab: “I know what I'm going to do in my matches.”
Konrad then picks up his laptop and closes the door behind him before he gets his laptop set up for the camera and the site he's got it on, and he goes on camera to speak to the fans and his opponents of Holden and Kate.

Got useful advice to approach the Chaos matches youtube.com shoot.
“You all know me for being a level headed guy usually, being able to take every loss to dust myself off from it and moving on. This loss against Hide, it hurt me as I let him destroy me because I let my fears get to me, and I lost because of my fears and insecurities of Chaos match. However, I got some advice from someone who did want to help me, someone who I consider one incredible Chaos champion, Jet Somers.
Not only because he was the first Chaos champion, but he told me for over four months, he didn't pick a weapon up; he focused on being a great champion, taking on all comers for the belt and dominated them all. I respect that big time, and I needed that wake-up call from him.
But this week, I'm facing against the impressive Kate Steele and the guy who thought he's better off teaming with Westley, Holden Orson. I start with Holden because I want to get him out of the way first. Of course last week, you weren't teaming up with Westley, you had Travis Roberts as your tag partner and last time I checked, he got pinned in the tag match last week.
That shows doesn't it, Holden? Also, you are just as guilty as Wrestley, allowing him to get hurt without defending for him. That's not teamwork at all. As a team, you're meant to protect your tag partner, but you don't because you're using them to expose them, I do respect you as a wrestler, but it's the attitude that will cost to achieve success here, which has been proven many times lately you're incapable of doing so.
I'm almost glad you turned me down to be your tag partner because you're such a hypocrite to get Wrestley, knowing you never gave a shit about him when he's in danger, If Markus and Jake were ever in trouble, I took care of them myself. You might be on a losing streak, but you can improve your skills as a wrestler, and I know for a damn fact, you will as well because the talent is there, but your head isn't. I know my head has been all over the place, but I ignore the situations at home and focus on getting the job done.
Kate and I, on the other hand, have no hatred for me and is likely the only one who understands this match being a Chaos stip and personally, as I said before and I'll say it again, I have a massive amount of respect for you and you gave me a tough fight when we were showing Donovan and the rest of UGWC just what wrestling is meant to be about, instead of the cheating that's going on in this company a lot.
No wrestler takes a shortcut to win matches by cheating or if they do, it rarely ever happens. We gave it our all, giving the fans what UGWC crowd what they wanted to see. You may have had losses, but you deserve to be called a threat in this match because you have put in a lot of hard work and I will show you along with the addiction, but I'd be glad go to toe to toe with you any day of the week. It turns out however you're a huge threat and massive competition for all of us, and I go to say, you deserve to be a title contender already because you're hungry for the opportunity.
I'm still coming for that Chaos title, whenever I will get a title shot which I hope Angelica is ready for me. I'm still terrified about the match I'm in, but the story of that Jet told me, it's sparked ice in me to perform well. I will overcome my fears and insecurities of beating Holden and win the match because while Kate has a chance to win, I need to win this match because I want to get over the loss I had last week and it starts now. I can't wait to show what I'm capable of and tomorrow, I will be pinning you for the three count or place you in a submission Holden. I will see you out there. Prepare to be Iceinated by The Iceman."
While Konrad went back home due to circumstances going on at the moment regarding protecting his family, Jerry had other plans, plans that do involve Konrad, but the difference is it's going to be the first time he searches for any UGWC wrestler after Konrad's video of him seeking help and advice about hardcore matches.
