After he lost against Katrina, there was Police waiting for Brutus outside the parking lot. As soon as they watched him walk back to the backstage area they all ran straight after him and straight away they captured him and then they begin to speak to Brutus.
The Police: Brutus. You are under arrest for rioting in Los Angeles last night. I am taking you down to the prison along with the rest of your gang. You do not have to say anything, But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when questioned something which you later rely on in court. Anything you do say may be given in evidence. Do you understand that?
Brutus Magnus: Yes I do. How the fuck did you find out it was me?
The Police: Lots of DNA that you left in the flame throwers and in the grenades matched the finger prints that you done when you burnt down the old WWH headquarters. Your gang weren't telling us anything about you though.
Brutus Magnus: How you matched my DNA finger prints?
The Police: We matched your DNA finger prints by a special machine and they matched to the wood you burnt down earlier last year with the WWH headquarters you did.
Brutus wasn't at all happy what was going on because first he lost a match against Katrina and now he was arrested? It's not been a very good day for him at all as the police were ready to go.
Brutus Magnus: Do you lot mind? Give me a chance on getting my things I have in my locker room for god sake at least let me do that. I just finished my match with Katrina Leone and yet you haven't even given me a chance to get my things from the locker room.
The Police: OK Brutus as long as one of us comes with you into your locker room in case you pull a runner on us.
So The Police had to agree to let Brutus get his things from his locker room at least as he packed everything quite quickly as he was rushing to get out of the arena before something else happens to him as the policeman begins to speak again.
The Police: The only time you will be allowed out of your prison is when you have matches for Inner Circle and on PPV's because we understand that you can't miss your wrestling matches but any other time until we can trust you. We won't be allowed to let you out of jail.
So The Police took Brutus along with his things from the arena as he was put in handcuffs and he was put into the back of the truck and the police shut the doors on Brutus and take him away fro the arena to the prison cell where he and his gang will be together again. Now the cameras roll onto the next match.
