Cameras go in the parking lot to see Jake Raab appearing on camera backstage for the first time since March, but this time, Jake demanded camera time, realising he had to do a bit of build-up for the upcoming match against Fenris. He's located as usual shooting the targets with his bow and arrows with archery targets planted in front of him. A small gust of wind hits Jake as he realises the cameras were on him. He places the bow in its place as he turns towards the camera and begins to speak.
Jake Raab: "I have to apologise to Fenris for not speaking much about the match because you see, I've never been comfortable, talking in front of a camera and speaking about upcoming matches as all of you know. However, I have to pay you back with an appearance of my own since your putting up a lot of effort to get people excited for the fight I should say for MMA fans to watch. I believe every MMA fan around the world, even those who aren't wrestling fans are going to watch us scrapping out if the tag match wasn't a preview of what's to come."
Jake decides to shoot a few more arrows, not willing to talk about the last match he had against Griffin Hawkins because it wasn't necessary, especially he didn't care to watch or listen to Griffin's video when he fought Jake. Jake comes back on camera and speaks again.
Jake Raab: "However, the reason why I've been quiet as well is that there's not been much for me to say quite frankly when Fenris is one of the only opponents I respect in this business. Fenris shows the dedication he has for wrestling and not only that; he was willing to put out an open challenge to face anyone for a match. I'm glad he accepted an MMA fight with me because that's the one reason truthfully I came to SCW, hoping one day, Fenris and Jake Raab, clash of the wrestling and MMA titans coming head to head and get the fight MMA fans have been dying for years. That's important."
Jake nodded, still feeling uncomfortable of talking to the audience, but thanks to the archery set up, he decided to throw a few arrows towards the targets via his bow and speaks again.
Jake Raab: "I can't wait to face against Fenris because there's nobody in SCW that can compare your MMA skills or anyone who has the guts to face you in an MMA fight other than me. I believe we will show the SCW wrestlers how two of the wrestling and MMA titans get it done in the world of professional wrestling, teaching SCW wrestlers a thing or two how to prepare for an MMA match, how to show them what a real MMA fight looks like, not the kind of Lions Den matches you've had here. That was why I accepted, knowing it was my only chance that I can fight you in a style that you know I'm capable of doing. I don't like to say this because of the respect I have for you, but I will do everything it takes to either knock you out or make you tap out in the ring because it's apart of the business after all and we both came here to win, but only one of us will, and that's me. Good luck at Into The Void and may the best MMA fighter win."
Jake then went back to shooting the arrows in the parking lot as the cameras went back to ringside for the next match to take place on Climax Control show.
