Cameras go backstage to see Konrad Raab, standing with UGWC logos in the background with a microphone in his hands. Konrad's wearing his Iceman mask and trousers for his match tonight. However, Konrad wanted to promote the PPV match he has coming up. Konrad clears his throat, drinking a bit of water from the bottle before he speaks.
Konrad Raab: "I need to tell everyone how hard it was for me to ask UGWC staff on getting a title match. I didn't want to do it because it does go against everything I believe in. However, I know what I've done in the last nine months has been overlooked as per usual. Look at what I've done this year. I've overcome my fears of hardcore and fire matches and doing them, I overcame my lack of confidence in rumble matches, becoming runner up in Massive Melee this year. Most importantly, showing the champions I'm able to wrestle on their level, bringing out the best in me to do well."
It was clear to everyone that he was addressing the comments he heard about being handed title match. He continues.
Konrad Raab: "I have earned my Cross-Hemisphere title shot by putting all of my hard work in my matches. I had to wait nine months to get one finally, and I admit, I haven't deserved it for the last few months because of my win and loss records, but since No Holds Barred, I've won more matches than I've ever done since I turned up to UGWC. I've never been in better shape both psychically and mentally for this Cross-Hemisphere title match because that was the fear I had after I lost in December. I lost confidence in wanting another title match due to the disappointment I had when I lost at Horizons. Never thought I wanted a title shot again because of it."
This was a hard topic, having to tell everyone his reasons for the title shot Konrad has coming up. It was his proud achievement, and Konrad couldn't take a moment away from it.
Konrad Raab: "I'm excited to face against Ruby at the next PPV, and it will be based on pure competition, something a lot of you wrestlers with the exemption of a few nowadays. Ruby, I'm more than ready to face you for the Cross-Hemisphere title because I've been starving for this opportunity. I know you'll be committed to defending the title against me. I hope you show up so I can see you eye to eye, being this Cross-Hemisphere title match the most crucial match in my whole career. I will do everything it takes, honourably obviously to bring you the best Konrad Raab you'll face in the ring. For now, I have to go and prepare for my match against JC later tonight."
Konrad's finished speaking as he looks so intense in front of the camera, showing the hunger Konrad has in his eyes, wanting to win the Cross-Hemisphere title. Konrad then walks from the camera, and they turn towards ringside for the next match taking place on Synergy tonight.
