Cameras go backstage to see Konrad after a very tough match against Lucy Wylde, dressed in his regular clothes. Before he can leave the arena, backstage staff told Konrad the UGWC staff, wanting a word with Konrad in his office. He walks backstage to find the boardroom as he knocks on the door.
Owen Peterson: "Come in."
Konrad came in and closes the door behind him, and he says this, looking uncertain as to what he's done wrong.
Konrad Raab: "You and Robert wanted to see me?"
Robert Ooley: "Yes, we do, please come and take a seat opposite us, and we'll tell you why we wanted you here."
Konrad walks farther in the boardroom and takes a seat opposite Robert and Owen as he clears his throat, looking severe at the pair of them. Owen and Robert already sense how uncomfortable Konrad is, being in the boardroom as if he's done something wrong as he says this to Owen and Robert.
Konrad Raab: "I haven't done anything wrong as far as I recall, other than swearing on camera, and if you want me to apologise for it, then I will."
Owen Peterson: "No, it's not your swearing, and quite frankly, we like what you've been doing, making changes to be verbally angry at least."
Robert Ooley: "While you haven't done anything wrong, what we need to discuss is changes with you. We understand how hard you've been working since you joined us in two thousand and eight. The problem is we have seen you suffer from a lot of stress and burnout for a while."
Konrad Raab: "Are you firing me for that?"
Of course, Konrad had no idea where this was going, and the pair of them got shocked with their wide eyes.
Owen Peterson: "Don't be ridiculous. Of course, we aren't going to fire you. It wasn't our decision, but we have meant to talk to you about this for a while, but from next week onwards, you aren't going to be wrestling every single week. Your psychotherapist told us you need to rest as he feels you're exhausted when you wrestle every week. You have been stressed and burned out, so we feel you wrestling every other week is essential to your recovery."
Konrad gasped, more the shock of him, being told to wrestle every other week was a significant change, certainly for him when he aims to be the most formidable working wrestler in UGWC. Konrad holds his hands up and says this.
Konrad Raab: "Sorry for assuming the worst. I can't accept that offer I'm afraid I got to wrestle every week, especially if I'm champion. It's who I am as a wrestler."
Robert Ooley: "We figured you'd say that as if you're a champion, of course, you'd wrestle every week, but right now, you aren't champion and you will wrestle every other week. It's something you should be grateful for."
Owen Peterson: "I know you love to wrestle for the fans and we admire that about you, but mentally, you're getting drained from wrestling every week, and you need to wrestle every other week. So while we expect you to be here every week, we don't expect you to wrestle every week, unless your champion. We got other business to address tonight, so you're excused as we got a lot of work to do."
Konrad nodded and shook hands of Owen and Robert for their care on Konrad's mental health. However, it's his psychotherapist's decision for Konrad not to wrestle every single week unless he's champion. Still, he walks out of the boardroom and grabs his things to leave the arena as the cameras go back to ringside for the next match to take place on the show."
